The people who cry the loudest about being cancelled are usually the abusers who deserve to be cancelled.
"We" shouldn't be making decisions collectively on who is cancelled or who to listen to anyways it will only lead to disappointment. Form your own opinion and listen to who you want and cancel who you want. Me personally I do not listen to Lil Nas X because he thrives off controversy to sell records never on just the music. You don't have to stand up for yourself. It's not our place to pass judgement. You are only supposed to walk the path of Christ, it's not your place to make others walk it with you. God, above all things, believed in free will. He won't force people to follow him and he wouldn't want you forcing people to follow him either. At the end of the day those that chose to follow him will get what they get and those who didn't choose to follow him will get what they get. Its not our job to worry about it, just make sure you're walking with him. That's all you need to worry about. I personally don't believe in religions because they are man made but I do believe in God and I choose to walk with him. Idc if these people believe or not and neither should you because God gave us all the free will to choose our own paths.

Coming from a former fan...Saucy Santana, Sissy Nobby, and many other gay artists don't get the same hate from Rap that Lil Nas X gets because of his antics about being gay. Yes, there is a glass ceiling for gay rappers, but Lil Nas X, Frank Ocean, Young MA, Princess Nokia, Big Freedia, and many other LBGT+ artists have worked with other major and smaller rappers with no issue. It ain't about Lil Nas X being gay, it's literally about him.
Also no one has to be a perfect Christian to be upset that someone is using their religion as a marketing tactic. Most Christians do not condone the violence, or sexuality in music either and I know a lot of non-religious people in the comments don't actually interact with Christians and it shows. Plus other artist like Nas, Diddy, and Kanye have received critics from the Christian community as well about the imagery used in their music. They have every right to be angry, but I wish they realized that the most effective way to "cancel" someone is to literally ignore them on all fronts when stuff like this happens.

tbh, I don’t understand religion, and im just in a weird thinking spot. I personally think we do it just cause we don’t know where life is from and made, how do we know that god doesn’t have a god etc.
More and more LNX is just becoming a gimmick artist. Which is a shame because he has talent but results to riling up people for promo & sales.
