The brain isn't trying to use words it understands to create an image/idea, easier to relax and listen . =) P. S. You look lovely as always, and a little leaner. Did you change your diet/work outs like a lot of people (myself included) have this year with lockdowns and time at home? If so, did you reach your goal?
