JayGo Channel healthy eating is not a definition for weight loss. Im not skinny at all... Healthy food is about having a healthy life, without getting sick and living longer without limitations. Healthy isnt skinny or fat it has absolutely nothing to do with how much you weigh.

I'm trying to gain weight too my metabolism works fast so i need an extra amount of calories to boost it up and actually gain some weight. This is what I started doing and it's actually working is having this "smoothy" every morning WITH my regular breakfast.
I blend 2 bananas, about 2 cups of whole milk, 1/4 cup of oats, a bit of ground cinnamon and to sweetened it a bit I use either honey or sugar to taste. I drink that every morning and I started noticing the difference within a week. Hope this helps u! 😊xoxo

Well I definitely don't think it's right to not allow Haitians into the country. God made this "world" for us to live in and live from and as human beings, brothers and sisters we continue to segregate ourselves based on where were from but I think there's a limit when you're restricting others to live their lives in another country if they wanted to.

Yes there is a rule if none of your parents were born there in D.R u are not Dominican at least one parent needs to be born in d.R for u to be Dominican

I HATED this product line. It tangled my hair terribly. Now, I used the older version of the product but I am not willing to try the new one after that. I like the other lines of SM products but this was just not it.
I have been a HG user of the old line - Yucca and Baobab Masque was my favorite. The old line had MUCH BETTER ingredients. The new line has GLYCERIN as a major ingredient in the Masque. I am so disappointed. I was interested in getting the new Yucca and Plaintain line, but after seeing that they cheapen the masque by adding the GLYCERIN as a main ingredient and a whole bunch of conditioning alcohols. It is really cheapening the line. Why does Shea Moisture think GLYCERIN needs to be one of the main top 5 ingredients in EVERY PRODUCT LINE? What is the point of offering so many product lines if the main top 5 or 6 ingredients are exactly the same. I'll post the new vs old ingredients in the masque as a separate post. I'm mad b/c I've been using Yucca & Baobab for 3 years. NOW- I won't repurchase the new Yucca line products. I have to find a new HG. The only SM product I will continue to use is the Curl Enhancing Smoothie.

Hello Alba, first I just want to say that I love your videos; you are the one who inspired me about my curly hair. But, I wantes to ask you if you could please make a video on how to thicken your edges. I used to pull my hair back into tight side buns all the time (and they thinned out a lot from what they used to be) bc I didn't know better but if you could make a video that would be lovely💙😘

I really need help. Ive always had naturally curly hair which i love but recently ive been noticing that my hair is becoming less curly and im losing my coils. I don't know what to do. I don't want my hair to turn wavy over time. Does anyone knows any tips or what i could do or use? Id really appreciate any help. Ps its not due to heat damage because i never ever use heat on my hair nor do i ever straighten it.

The curling milk is amazzzzballs and it works great with thick curly big hair. And it's super moisturizing

I still use the older line and I love the Milk. I use it for day two and day to re-moisturize my hair and it works awesome. I will definitely try the new line. Love the hair videos.

Creams are the KEY!!! And then oils...I have to use 4 -5 products to keep my beast under control! I'm loving Not my Mothers cream curl...Shea's milk is the only product I can use from this line but the hair mask is great!!! I've got big curl hair... Trying to use less heat tho!
I'm always afraid of using so much product in my hair because it always gets oily so quickly.
Every hair type indifferent. Do what's best for you. My hair is never oily no matter how much product I put in it. I style my hair based on my hairs response
I'm 19 and I still haven't found the right products and right techniques to bring my curls to life and make them look nice. I'm always going back to straightening it because I can't be bothered with it anymore. It's actually so stressful lol.
Just dont put much or any product too close to the roots.
Hey I have been watching your video for over 3 months now since I started my journey to healthy hair recovery and I use mostly shea moisture products but until now on day 2 or 3 after washing my hair it gets crazy frizzy its embarrassing, would you recommend something to control the frizz??? I've tried the new styling milk and I HATED IT! It did not work well with the other products I had use with it (eco styler gel). Weird because it specifically says it can be layered with other products. When my hair dried, it left me with white flakes EVERYWHERE!!! I had to washy hair the next day because it was like dandruff all over me lol
Are you sure that you're human? You're so gorgeous!! haha. And that hair..girl...lol. Does your hair ever get crunchy? I notice this happens sometimes to me. I have fine/thin curly hair. So too much product makes it crunchy, and too little makes it frizzy...and touching it too much just jacks it up haha. How do you prevent the crunchiness from happening?

I just started using Shea moisture products this week. I'm trying to get my curls healthy again after I totally ruined them after years of harsh chemicals, straightening, color.... 😩 I totally wish I would have been happy with my curls before I totally screwed them up. Thanks for the tips!!
Hi Alba! I'm fairly new to your channel, but I love all the videos that I have seen so far! I was born with extremely kinky curly hair. I am Mexican American and I have Puerto Rican blood in me. I attribute my kinky curly hair to my Puerto Rican heritage. Growing up, no one was able to manage my hair which gave my hair the appearance of being very coarse and frizzy. Therefore, this led me to feel helpless and I hated my natural hair. So from a very young age I have been straightening my hair constantly, have used countless treatments to loosen my curl, and to make matters worse, I have bleach in my hair due to highlights. Now as an adult, my goal is to restore my natural curls. I see pictures from when I was a little girl and my hair looks like yours!! I feel so sad because I ruined my hair with heat damage and chemicals. I've seen your videos on restoring natural hair and I'm all in! I also want to participate in #AlbasLongHairChallenge. I know that patience is key. I just wanted to let you know that you've inspired me and have taught me appreciate my natural beauty!! Thank you for that!
One question though: I have been letting my hair grow out but I still have some bleach in my hair:( do you recommend that I dye my hair back to its original color??? Or what should I do??
Great video. Any helpful tips on how to reduce/eliminate hair shedding? I cannot apply hair products with my hands without ending up with strands of hair all around my fingers/hands! My hair is natural since 2008 (my last relaxer) but I can tell I'm still paying for years of abuse to my hair!
Hi SunKissAlba, I was just going to suggest a video that I would really love to see! I know you make videos with your big beautiful hair and they always look superb, but I have the same hair as you I'm just looking for a little less volume. I tried looking for people with my kind of hair but yours fits the bill perfectly. So I was just wondering if you could make a "frizz free less volume hair" I know it's opposite of what you do i just think it's something different and I would just really love it :)

Albita - you should tell the people at Shea Moisture that these products aren't even available at their website, nor they are available at Target at all. Out of stock. Not at CVS either....They have them at ULTA but at a higher price which I think its just ridiculous. I would recommend before advertising on these, the people at Shea Moisture need to have their stock together!!!

I've been watching your videos for a while and just have a quick question. How often do you wash your hair? I have dry curly frizzy hair and was thinking it was because I wash it too much. What do you think?
I would recomend to use brazilian hair products for curls! Because my mom is from Brazil and my hair is curly and its AMAZING!!

Hola @SunKissAlba !! Quisiera saber que hacer en caso de hacer ejercicios varias veces a la semana, entonces el pelo suda mucho y hay que lavarlo mas a menudo entre semana. Para esos caso es recomendable utilizar algún shampoo o que productos puedo utilizar? Especialmente a mi me suda mucho el pelo aun no haciendo ejercicios. Gracias por tu ayuda!!
Shea moisture products are soooooo expensive in the UK . I wish I could try all the products from the lines . I've tried the curly thing and it just didn't work . My hair needs more lighter products . one day I hope I can try all the range 🙏🏾. X

I just started using the Shea moisture line on my 2yr old,she has beautiful dirty blonde thick curly hair and these products work so well on her. Might have to try this yucca and platano line next lol. Love you alba keep doing your thing!

Oh this is interesting because I used their shampoo and conditioner of the yucca/plantain line and did not like it one bit. It gave me itchy scalp and dryness, also noticed some white flakes after the shower. Never felt fully clean. I don't know why it felt like this because I'm very certain I'm not allergic to anything in the products plus I use other shea moisture things but yeah. since I didn't like their shampoo (conditioner wasn't too bad, the shampoo was the worst tho) I never bothered to try the rest of the line D; kinda wanna try the gel cream, sounds interesting haha
african black soap shampoo for life tho \o/ I do love their curling smoothie, the jamaican black caster oil leave in masque and their leave in conditioner...
love this company but guess not all their products can be winner D;
Alba, your hair is beautiful and the products that you use smell amazing!!!! However saying that, I have tried now three of the products but i never seem to get similar results. Its so disappointing because you have such beautiful hair and i am trying to get rid of my split ends and make my hair healthy again but nothing i do seems to work for me..... is there anything that you can suggest for me please? thanks sunni xxx

Hi Alba, I'm currently using the Yucca and Plantain leave in conditioner which I found at Target on clearance. I found that weird that it was on clearance since I thought it was a new line by ShaeMoisture and they did not have any other of the Yucca and Plantain products on the regular isle. Now I'm going to have to experiment with an other leave in to see what would work with my hair.
God I love your tips and videos so much! But hate the fact that here in Spain you cant really find any of the products you use...or actually not even one good product for curly hair. If anybody knows about one..please share! hehehe
