Am I the only one who gets hesitant to put my hair in a style when my curls are on point (usually Days 1, 2, and 3) because I don't want to stretch them out or ruin them? That's why I love the styles in this video. None of them stretch the hair out too much. :)

T Rosa Patience and enjoyment is key. being patient wasnt a struggle for me after a while because I enjoyed my healthy hair being back and healthy even at a short length. If you look back at my video "Get Healthy Hair" Youll see how short it was but the curls were so healthy and poppin it didnt matter... Healthy hair grows and thats all there is to it

However after a recent blowout I've noticed some shedding & thinning causing various lengths, that I initially transitioned to prevent. I desire health opposed to length, which will come, so I'm back to the drawing board with the wash & go, LOC techniques until I achieve my desired hair health & curl pattern again. Hey alba just a helpful tip: the jagged side on the bobbipins are supposed to go against the hair/head with the smooth side showing. It holds WAY better. You may just like the jagged edge showing but just incase you didn't know ☺️

I'm in the process of eliminating heat damaged ends and it's going pretty good, now I'm just waiting for the length. Anywho, I'm getting beside the point. I love your wash and go's and idk if it's my type of hair, but wash and go's don't work well for me; I don't know if it's the products I use or what but after about 3 hours my hair puffs and frizzes up. Are there any products you recommend or suggest for me to use to eliminate or lessen the frizz? Thanks :)
By the way, I can tell you are doing the hair treatments. Your hair looks much softer and the curls are more defined. I started the oil treatments last week. It makes a difference!!

Lua Stutzer I wish I had more time, but honestly 1 video takes like 3 days of my time because Im not able to film, edit, and upload all in one day without other priorities due to my lifestyle and having a child with a high demand attention by my husband and I. So my process isnt the same as other youtubers I just try to make it work for me so that making videos isnt a stressful thing, its suppose to be fun and a hobby for me. I usually film on one day, then continue on with my day as a mom, then edit little by little the next 2 days unless I stay up til 4am after my son goes to bed. I just dont like to make it hard for myself because then its no longer fun or something I want to do you know... Anyway I did a Get ready video recently but I call it "Completed Look" instead of get ready

Apply oil prior to swimming and reapply oil and a deep conditioner to style after swimming until you get home to cleanse. I recommend co-washing for those swimming to cleanse hair without stripping moisture
