NITI Aayog policies and plan will be only 40/50 effective when implemented because NITI Aayog or the Central Government has not even conceived the idea of National Accountability Law. What can you do if every government machineries whether they are peon or even the Prime Minister of India doesn't follow proper work ethics and productivity. Specially government machineries in India is like a joke in our society. Except few many government machineries work only to get salary on time if possible more bribe under the table and to its maximum exploits people who are morally corrupt are one those who are in the highest post maligning the whole economy. So unless National Accountability Law doesn't get into effective develop India is for the distant future. Forget about 2047, 2080 is not enough to make India a develop government.😅
