That’s common problem with the cat 416 the center pivot didn’t have bushing in it the replacement center pivot has them they updated it I just did my machine. I was looking at that line boring machine on eBay for while I think it’s well worth the money I have a few on my excavators that are going to need it I couldn’t get them line bored for that price . I turn my own wrench’s always did every time I paid a mechanic when I was to busy always disappointed.
C&C Equipment has the same line boring machine. They have many videos showing it being used. Contact them and they will most likely give you some helpful tips. They do constantly say they want to get a American made line welder-boring machine.
Yes I had saw that literally the day after I posted this video he was working on an excavator boom It did help It was just recommended to me. I was able to zoom into some of his settings. I am going to post an update video that I did credit him in I appreciate the suggestion

You supply the welder it comes with the welding rod. Check it out it he gives an excellent review of good and bad things he likes. He gave it thumbs up for others to try. At the very end he says where he bought it and tells the name of the company based out of Florida. Good luck my brother from another mother

I think his is definitely better than the one I got cost about $2,000 more but for production work I do think it's worth the extra money
