When you make sure your job is completed correctly, that reduces most of the stress. When I realised that, I prioritised it, and that has resulted in a much simpler life. When I was trying everything to avoid doing my work, the stress that created was awful. We need to earn to live, get that sorted and then enjoy the free time not thinking about what you haven’t done!

I go 6 days a week, so if you ever want to talk exercises and splits, im here. Just a technical camera thing; I think your camera is picking up focus on your mic and not your face. Your hand while your drinking tea and being closer to the mic on that focal plane being more in focus is in indicative of that. Also, seems like some auto setting is continually booting ISO to compensate for light.
