What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing or typing. It is best know for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and sooth their mind and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.

Also, i wanted to address the amount of darn effort this creator puts into her videos. For each manga we have
1. An explamation on the name, and author.
2.then a detailed view and read of caption.
3. Count of each volumes
And there are 850+.
In addition the ideo quality is amazing and onsistance.the amou t of motivation and dedication this creator has is unparaleled.

If you guys enjoy well written graphic novels, I can't recommend Saga enough. There's not many volumes out right now, but it's unbelievably good. It's one of the few things that has made me belly laugh and cry.
