What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing or typing. It is best know for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and sooth their mind and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.

The cat is actually how the author portrays himself and in that picture it was a cat crossed with a Zaku from Gundam
Jacob’s Ladder is a great movie. A psychological thriller
Jacob's Ladder could refer to the Bible where a ladder appears in patriarch Jacob's dream. This ladder symbolizes Christ who will unify Heaven and Earth. However, it more likely refers to the psychological horror movie Jacob's Ladder from 1990, since Fujimoto's statement is "I like Jacob's Ladder".

On the chainsaw man part of the video you were questioning the “I love Jacob’s ladder” thing on the manga. That’s actually a reference to the movie called Jacob’s ladder. Tatsuki loves movies and references his favorite a lot in the manga and especially in the anime that just came out. Sorry for sounding like a “🤓” but just thought I’d put that out there. Jacobs Ladder is a horror/thriller movie from the 90’s it’s actually really good. edit: there’s also a more recent one that is what i believe, a remake.
