Thanks Stu, we really did... was brilliant to see Mackie in his own garage, and the work he's done looks even better in real life... but we'll pop it on the bike and do a walk round so you can see it all together... and a great weekend, as we popped into London to visit a very dear friend on the way home too, now back to reality lol !

They say it takes 10.000 hours of practice to master anything...I didn't have 10.000hours yet...but maybe 6 or 7 years I should be getting better at what I do. I hope.

Great work,very elegant.I know Penny will propably remove the Triumph logo but i think it would look great to actually paint the logo something like a satin gold/copper...It would really match the bike and wont be hard to do.

I always thought Mackie was a keen Fisher, hence the name, makes a lot of sense now, ha ha.
Really like the way he uses his little finger on his drawing hand against the tank to steady himself, almost like a stand. Also places his other hand on his drawing hand to steady further....fascinating stuff.

A different sort of pin-lining, but I like it! Sort of an art deco feel about it.
Absolutely David, wanted something unique, feminine but not 'girly', and there is way more to pin striping than just the traditional straight lines... Mackie executed my idea with his unique talent perfectly... am very happy! PPx

Excellent stuff! I think the filler cap now has to go. One of the push-button ones would be less distracting. +1 on scrapping the tank badges - with those colours you could go a number ways. My vote is gold with black letter lining, or ivory / off-white with gold letter lining... White and gold may be a bit matchy-matchy though.
