Just make a fruit/veggie/herb(wild eatable plants) smoothie(organic) every day. And go outdoors and get in touch with our old friends, the bacteria. But it has to be a way of life. No short term solution.
Good day, I went into our garden and to my surprise I found 20 edible plant and herbs, I added some bought ones. Fabulous video, I didn’t know that vegetables were full of bacteria that are good for us. So what happens when I make soup which boils the veg for a short while prior to leaving it simmering until the soup is ready? I’m guessing the bacteria are all dead although the soup will feed the gut bacteria that I already have. So do we have to eat raw vegetables to achieve the benefits of a greater diversity in our bodies, or is there a way to gently cook them to preserve the bacteria within the plants/veg
Hello, thanks for the video. Kindly let me know which specific Bacteria strain are you talking about in the video that was used in the trial which lowered the stress level of the Veterans? thanks
How does washing the 30 veggies before eating them affect the microbiome distribution? Essentially, do you recommend washing veggies or does that eradicate bacteria and in turn offers no benefit?
the beneficial bacteria is inside the food. you should always wash your veggies and fruit due to the threats of microplastics, pesticides, and herbicides.
30 different plants at the grocery store has got to cost more than $30. From my understanding once you blend the plants, they start to lose their vital nutrients after two or three days; and will start to oxidize. If any doctor in the near future is going to recommend a green diet for depression and anxiety it’s going to be a naturopathic or nutritional psychiatrist more than likely not covered by insurance. The government would never approve of this, it would hurt the pharmaceutical industry and their wallets. They’ve already shut down Scientists that have discovered Foods that can cure cancer. Let food be thy medicine.
So how does he store those ground up 30 plants, and drink some daily.,when he only makes this cocktail once a month. Does he ferment them like sauerkraut? Freeze it??? Anyone know???
Naturopaths Recommend to STARVE OUT the Candida & other pathogenic bacteria with special diet, plus healthy lifestyle: 1) Cut out all sweets (stevia ok though as tastes sweet but zero sugar) processed foods (bread etc) & high carbo foods. Mostly Raw Food Diet. Suggest get a Vitamix whole foods blender to make smoothies + salads. On Vitamix website, you can get $200 off refurbished ones & still get 5yr warranty & new container. I've had mine 10+ years & use it daily 1-2xs, so we'll worth the cost. 2) Alternate every 3-4 days A) Kyolic (aged deodorized garlic & Capsaicin caps, with B) Pau D'arco caps & Grape Fruit Seed Extract tabs. 3x/day. Keep switching back & forth. 3) Excercise 30-60 min daily. Increases drive resilience & immune function. 4) Try to get to bed between 8- 10pm, so you sleep deeper & heal/rejuvenate your body, by being in synch w the Earth's Circadium Rhythm. 5) Intermittent Fast- Eat meals & snacks during 9 hours each day, not longer. So No eating for 15 (better than 18 as not damaging to heart) hours, say 8pm to 11pm. Doing this alowes your body to produce Stem Cells to replace damaged tissues, organs, brain etc. Usually 3-4 months minimum but may be 6-8+ mos depending on your level off infestation If systemic& has gone fungal, thus including brain, hormones & organs(. You will have pathogenic bacteria & toxins die off at first, so will feel worse b4 feel better, but well worth regained health, vitality, energy, brain function, great mood, sleep & happy gut!! All veggies & fruit have lots friendly bacteria. Beets, greens & cruciferous family have tons!!. Diet 80% veggies, 5% healthy Fats (avocado, coconut & olive), 10% sour green apples & blueberries (only!) fruit. 5% Soaked pumpkin seeds. Garlic, raw carrots & pumpkin seeds kill pathogenic bacteria. Every time want to cheet, remember these pathogenic bacteria slowly poison you until you die. So tell Candida " F____ You, I'm not feeding you!!" Happy healing! .
A lot of tests are done on men and then the results are applied to women. However, isn’t it important to test whether men’s gut biomes are different to women’s? Also, plants are great but what about the pesticides?
Perhaps thats the reason mental health issues tend to exhaust you so you dont clean as well allowing the bacteria to increase. I’m speaking on the level of evolution. Clearly we have changed the environment to the point where its toxic and less beneficial. But even just 100 years ago it might not have been as toxic. I have severe ptsd from the military i started fermenting veggies years ago. It might have helped but i did it because i love fermented veggies. I just went vegan a week ago. So far i find its way more filling and stays with me longer. We will see how my body adjusts to it but I’m more interested in the effects it has on my mental health
Yes, as replied above, yet nuts & seeds need to be soaked overnight to break down their outer layer which has detergent chemicals. All fungi/mushrooms actually need to be cooked to break down the indegestible proteins before consuming them, & then can be added to Vitamix (whole foods blender- gold standard) veggies. Can get refurbished Vitamix at ~ 200 off w 5yr guarantee & new container, on their website.
Yes, but he's not saying that the gut bacteria alone are responsible for determining our mental health. But what he was saying is that based on his studies, they play a major role on how well can our mental health be.
Amish are neither more nor less likely to be dysfunctional than other groups. You are completely negating the tendency in that group to: marry for group benefit, denied or restrictive education, subjugation of women, rejection of scientific principles, etc.
@@jojowellness3123 not to mention rejection of any teenager who, after a permitted period of experimenting with modern ways, does not completely reject said modern lifestyle. Not just mental health but physical health too! I believe bacteria will be the solution to all of our health issues. This planet is chocked full of different strains of bacteria and we have it on and in us doing so many different things that we don't completely understand. When we learn what the different strains of bacteria can do we'll know which bacteria we need to correct the problem. No more pharmaceuticals that have terrible side effects and may not help anyway.

He is missing out on fiber, the food of the microbes, when he takes a concoction of 30 plants! You can easily eat 30 different varieties of plants in a day if your lifestyle is whole food plant based. A container of mixed lettuces, other raw veggies, and several different types of seeds you have sprouted to put in salads each day makes it especially easy.
Okay. I grew up on a 120 acre farm and we had animals. I worked that farm multiple ways and I still have asthma. My Asthma was caused by environmental issues in Iraq....also I got ptsd from the war. I’m not calling this B.S but I’d love to give this a try and see if it works but your farm theory is not playing out so well on my issue
A single case would be considered anecdotal. This idea is not to suggest bacteria are curative of any condition, but they may improve our disposition. With this evidence one could argue you would currently be much worse off had you not grown up on a farm. It's impossible to make any solid claim unless you had an identical twin who grew up urban then went to Iraq with you. I wish you all the best with your healing.
If you moved away from the countryside...and into a city...without being active outdoors, and not eating raw veggies, such can change your microbiome...in couple years.
He's not saying that the gut microbiome alone is enough to have a good mental health. He's saying that it is one of the major factors on how well we can handle stresses in our lives.
I feel better after drinking V8 (the classic tomato version or the spicy tomato version). Is my afternoon pick-me-up. (I do not add alcohol for those who are wondering.. )
I'll let the cows eat 30 different plants in a field and eat the meat instead. Fasting also does wonders for the gut. Eating 30 plants a day is exagerated and unsustainable in the long run. Less is better.
Yeah cause our species has evolved through hundreds of years as omnivores, just so you can only eat meat and call it better than eating a balanced diet.
That actually wont work at all, just the opposite. Meat actually contains only pathogenic bacterial strains, but not friendly gut bacteria strains. Especially bad if meat is not organic or wild caught, as they contain hormones, antibiotics (which kill good gut bacteria, but leave pathogenic ones like deadly Candida - produce 100 known toxins, negatively affecting every aspect of our lives), pesticides, herbicides, fungicides & rodenticides (latter 4 are ~ 75-80% heavy metals w deadly neononic chemical poisons. Hope this clarifies things for you!

Also I’m sitting here having spent 80 dollars on 2 different gut microbe supplements which are touted to have excellent psychological and or antidepressant effects. 5 days in and I definitely feel different--way more energetic and just happier. Like way happier. Happy thoughts. 🤔👍🏻
Hi what are these gut microbe supplements, can you share?
@@matthewehritz3544 I will have to get the bottles and look… one is “new life” with several synergistic ones and the other is l-Reuteri? Little pearls which survive stomach acid. I can’t remember the name of the one that specifically has research for antidepressant effects-it’s a strain ending in-16 ? A scientific name..
Great talk and message. Spinach contains over 800 species of bacteria! Love it.
It is noticeable that the majority of diseases are related to the imbalance of beneficial bacteria, which is organic food and the practices of our ancestors from the way of giving birth to children, breastfeeding and the way of preparing and diversifying foods contributed to fighting a group of diseases and modern science has concluded that the best thing to live a good healthy life is to return to what is old
Great talk, thanks
Great talk- practices everyone should consider adding to their lifestyle

Eat sambar.. it is a dish cooked with all vegetables.. in India..
Loved this information and will put it into practice!
Excellent talk. However I would like to know which probiotics are good for psychiatric disorders
I find this speech fascinating. It’s not talked about or even encouraged by mental health professionals or even general practitioners because there is no money to be made by big pharmaceutical companies. They control the health care model we use today. Not Drs or anyone in the healthcare care industry. Big pharmaceutical companies pay the politicians and those who control healthcare regulations. Sad but true.
Love this, let's just not rush to the opposite as the problem itself is trying to change faster than our biology allow us.
awesome, we are soil based beings.
*Who else loves spinach!?*
All greens!
✋
Oh yes
Not me... but I will be reviewing the situation very shortly after this video!!
👍
Thankyou Christopher for this great, very informative video.. it's a nudge in the right direction.. 😀
Fabulous information!
Would it be possible to link the studies he talks about?
I dont think regular Dr's will write prescriptions for food anytime soon..at least not in America
Hello, thanks for the video. Kindly let me know which specific Bacteria strain are you talking about in the video that was used in the trial which lowered the stress level of the Veterans? thanks
How does one make the mix last 30 days before the net round? Should I freeze?
Would you consider beans and grains that don’t touch the actual soil as part of the 30?
How does washing the 30 veggies before eating them affect the microbiome distribution? Essentially, do you recommend washing veggies or does that eradicate bacteria and in turn offers no benefit?
the beneficial bacteria is inside the food. you should always wash your veggies and fruit due to the threats of microplastics, pesticides, and herbicides.
I’m currently doing this right now, I told my head doc my new meds are veggies. That went over like a wet fart in church
What about homemade kefir?
Love the spinach toss 😆
Does cooking vegetables destroy the bacteria on them?
Yes it does. Raw food Fermenting increases the bacteria.
Shred or very fineine dice & slice equals more bacteria in fermentied foods. A variety mix is best.
What’s the food for bad bacteria ? How do WS one starve the bad bacteria ?
One thing that comes to mind is refined sugar, cut that out for a start.
Naturopaths Recommend to STARVE OUT the Candida & other pathogenic bacteria with special diet, plus healthy lifestyle:
1) Cut out all sweets (stevia ok though as tastes sweet but zero sugar) processed foods (bread etc) & high carbo foods.
So tell Candida " F____ You, I'm not feeding you!!"
Happy healing!

When he threw the spinach 😂
Lol, I noticed and felt it too
What was the bakteria they inserted into mice? Have they tried it with human subjects?
A lot of tests are done on men and then the results are applied to women. However, isn’t it important to test whether men’s gut biomes are different to women’s? Also, plants are great but what about the pesticides?
PS- I & majority of clients & friends are women. Ages 15-87.

@@timrochemont5334 thank you😊
Gratify to read this. Someone is using their brain… eats veggies… coincidence? I think not!
How is it going?
@@starlitchiz so far so good.
Are nuts included in the plants category?
Yes, and spices, seeds, etc. Also, many people include fungi like mushrooms.
Don't forget the Amish come from a better family support system and community which also greatly impacts mental health.
The Amish also own PUPPY FARMS/MILLS 🐶😪😡
Yes, but he's not saying that the gut bacteria alone are responsible for determining our mental health. But what he was saying is that based on his studies, they play a major role on how well can our mental health be.
Amish are neither more nor less likely to be dysfunctional than other groups. You are completely negating the tendency in that group to: marry for group benefit, denied or restrictive education, subjugation of women, rejection of scientific principles, etc.
@@jojowellness3123 not to mention rejection of any teenager who, after a permitted period of experimenting with modern ways, does not completely reject said modern lifestyle. (Although I have heard rumors that in the less conservative communities, it is possible younger adults are succeeding at hiding access to modern things if they made friends outside their own community during the "year of running around".
No more pharmaceuticals that have terrible side effects and may not help anyway.

is there a list of plants ?
so what to eat when everything is full of bacteria?
Who fails on WFPB? Why?
Isn’t there a genetic component that makes spinach taste bitter for some people?
Spinach tastes bitter to most people. It's the bitter tasting greens that are the most nutrient dense.
I really do like my name now - and my surname means "small pile" 🤓 How convenient!
Thank you I say to my dog.
Maybe if there'd be less stress at work and in society then people would be less stressed? Just an anxious thought ;-P

Absolutely, great connection!
I think he’s using a blender and drinking everything, not using a juicer, which does remove the fiber.
Definitely agree with the fibre!
Vitamin whole foods blender is the gold standard for best health!
Uses a Vitamix, not a juicer, so fibre is retained!
Maybe this diet could help wean people off drugs like heroine, crystal meth, etc
Does V-8 help the gut
I doubt V8 has any living bacteria because it has been cooked/boiled before it is packaged. Likely, it is considered pasturized.
Yes it helps Uranus 💩
Any update ???

How about V8 juice?
I feel better after drinking V8 (the classic tomato version or the spicy tomato version). Is my afternoon pick-me-up. (I do not add alcohol for those who are wondering.. )
I want the recipe for the thirty plants shake.
30 different plants with 6 cups of water, then blend. I am guessing that he freezes.
The resonant star conventionally step because eyelash conjecturally receive unto a tough united kingdom. nosy, hideous high geranium
Oh god, self reporting! Not reliable!
That's why he released his studies for peer review.
