Thank you everyone for the support this year. It was a total gamble to go back on tour but it's been awesome. Learned a lot so 2025 is even better. Lots of cool content coming (pre season livestreams? Who's in?). BTW, where are the car people here? Whachu driving?
Great first year back on tour Karue and good luck for 2025. I'm very much a car person, I also have an Audi, as well as a couple of sports cars, including the new Lotus!😊
Car Person here, 2006 Mazda Miata as a daily, base model, 110k miles and have had it for a year, ive been slowly but surely, upgrading everything on the car to get it to as nice of a OEM+, clean, fun car. Its a blast, cheap to own, fun to work on, a blast to drive, cheap to buy. I recommend every car guy to get one
Did you get a call from Rio Open? This year they granted 3 WCs in the main draw, another 3 for the qualy and Seyboth Wild entered the draw through the rankings. As brazilian number 6 you clearly have a right to play this ATP 500 event next February. Did they call you?
Agree! Karue, you should totally get a shot! It would be great for Brazilian tennis too, even if you have been living in the US for over a decade. Create a petition if necessary, you'll get at least 20k signing it haha
Sad that I won't be seeing you at AO but congrats on the season Karue! awesome to see everyone's online coach walking the talk and holding your own professionally.
In one year, to be in striking distance of making it to AO is quite the achievement and plenty of confirmation! Rooting for you next year, and for Jules Marie too, hopefully my two favorite tennis tubers will meet in 25!
Hey Karue, thanks for the awesome content! Rooting for you and wishing for continued success. As a recreational tennis player, it's really difficult to understand what it takes and the grind to even consider playing slams - can you talk about some of the parts of the journey thus far that someone on the outside may not really experience/understand? I imagine travel taking a toll + being disciplined to just simply get better. How do you balance everything from prioritizing the things to improve in your game + physical/mental health?
If you can, you should totally hit up Tyler, Texas for a tournament this year! I personally love watching your videos, and a lot of my coaches and fellow tennis players have at least heard about your journey.
Congratulations on embarking on pursuit of a dream and thank you for sharing your journey thus far with us! As you note in the video, you have accomplished a great deal while aiming for a lofty goal. And you've provided many of us with some great tennis in addition to these videos! Thanks again and I'm looking forward to following you in 2025.
You did awesome this year, and I loved watching it. I first saw you playing Winston and found your explanation of how you played him very interesting. When you switched rackets at the beginning of the year to get a little more power, I was like okay cool. And then you just played awesome all year. I most enjoyed the videos where you analyzed your matches because it gave us a real insight into what you were trying to do in points, things that you thought you did well, little mistakes that you felt cost you, and just the general momentum in matches. Great playing, great channel, and I'll definitely continue to watch to see how you progress from here. Thank you!
Well, what‘s left to say, except: Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Your videos have been captivating! I was always looking forward to watching them! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with amateur players, rest and recover and let‘s get those French Open! All the best for you! Greets from Germany
Mustache gang, great season man! Been fun to watch your journey and It's honestly wild to see a "RUclipsr" be able to go this far but I believe you can go even further! Have a good break man.
Denied entry to Mexico!!!!! And after the same thing worked just back in April! Oh Karue, what a blow. Bravo for trusting the Universe. Yes, it just is what it is. It was SO fun watching that ranking fly up thru the recap. Fantastic video, it is always such a treat to hear from you and see you play. Thank you!!!
Hey Karue, love your content - the lessons, the fitness drills, the matches, your journey - big fan! Now that you're one of the best Brazilian players, are you thinking about playing for your country at the Davis Cup or is that something you're are not interested in at all (if given the opportunity, at least)? Best of luck and enjoyment for the next season. Armin (from Austria)
Great season buddy. Love your content and how authentic you are, and No BS which is great to see. Really hope to see you break top 200 and no reason why you can’t to do it. See you at RG!!
It’s been very enjoyable watching your amazing year and journey. As a half Puerto Rican, 4.0 tennis player and USTA captain in his early 60’s, tennis has been a wonderful part of my life for many years and I hope it will be a wonderful part of your future as well, including a rise into the Top 200 in 2025. All the best!!
What a incredible year karu! Keep going, it was a pleasure to meet you in Drummondville, you did play well there, hope to see you win this title next year! Wish you 2025 a great tennis year karu! Vamos!
Honestly, that’s an incredible year! Well done! I’ve really enjoyed your channel and following along. I said earlier in the year I’d come to the Aus Open if you made it, but I’m too broke anyway so we can both aim for next year haha. Have a lovely Christmas break and I’ll look forward to following your progress in 2025!
So sorry for coming so close and having a technicality keep you from the AO. But great job increasing your rank so much! Looking forward to seeing you at Roland Garros.
Rockin highlight reel somebody call ESPN who is this badass haha. Wow what a year of both the tennis and the content. Admirable work, thanks as always for sharing your experience with us.
Awesome season Karue. A bit of bad luck about Mexico mate, but it shows us just how many things a touring pro has to keep on top of. Massive job. I'll book my AO tickets for 2026! Rest up and get ready for that pre-season!
I admire your drive and determination... And your ability to adapt and make good decisions to reach your short term goals in order to set yourself up to reach higher goals. Good luck in your quest! I will be good to look back 20 years from now and know that you gave it your best shot!👍
Dude what a great szn!! Its absolutely awesome to watch and there is so much to learn from you. Also can i say, i really like how well made this video is, it reminds of a little short film
It is a great year! Your FH and serve even improved after turning pro at thirty. Your conditioning is superb. Maybe you could not only win the qualifier but also win a couple of rounds at French open. Your mental strength is as good as your BH, top 20 in the world. Very inspiring story!
Dude! Even if you did not make it to Australian open - congratulations of what you’ve done so far this year. Many of us here wish we could do what you are doing. Keep dreaming high bro! At least to me, you have done an exceptional job this year, keep moving forward! Best wishes 💪🎾
Hey Karue, great Jouney and love the Vids man! A quick Tip, Honeycomb is fantastic for staying healthy, i know a lot of Soccer Players eat it a lot, it helps them for important matches even if they are sick! Greetings from Switzerland!
Sounds like you have found the right mindset to enjoy and be happy on your pro journey. So much to be grateful for, not having to deal with any major injuries after restarting from scratch is huge, too!
Way to go Karue! Best wishes to you and yours through the Holidays and into the New Year. Enjoy some well earned down time. Your vids have been a constant source of inspiration and I look forward to more as we watch you clime the ATP ranks in 2025. Cheers!
Hey Karue. Can you please share some insights about how it works to puzzle the travel arrangements/accommodations expensew in-between weeks of consecutive events depending on early/late did you exit a tournament? How do you manage to catch up the travel arrangements for the following event if you made a final? Is it standard to share/combine travel/stay with a tennis fella in order to cut expenses and give us an example if you can? Cheers lad
Congrats on an amazing year Karue quartering your ranking 💪 Could you do an update of your match play trilogy ("manager mindset") after emerging in competition again? 😃
Hey Karue, Thanks for letting us know what happened about the push to the AO. Lots of us are wishing you well, and hoping for your continued success. Questions? Well, I'm curious to know, when you examine your game, what, specifically, do you believe you can improve to a useful difference?
Great year! Easily best tennis content on yt. I’d love to hear in another video what you think you need to improve on your game in 2025. Do you focus on improving further your weapons or do you spend time on weaknesses?
Great video Karue!!! Thanks for sharing your journey with us, it's super interesting and exciting to crazy tennis fans like us. I follow you more than I follow the ATP circuit at this point 😂 You had a great season but I truly believe the best is yet to come, you have the ranking now to only play Challengers and make the jump to the ATP circuit!!! Best of luck from a Spanish fan 🫡🙌 PD: I forgot to ask a question: which do you think is your biggest improvement, that allowed you to win matches at the Challenger level? Was it the mental aspect or the physical one?
Great season Karue! I've really enjoyed following your journey this year. I'm looking forward to see you keep marching up the rankings in 2025. Best wishes for next season.
Torcendo por ti, keep going. Sou de marechal cândido Rondon,pr....cidade do Thiago wild , jogo tênis também. Morei em Connecticut em 1994/1995... Força e foco, não desista, quero te ver nos slam... abração
Hey, congratulations on the season! Very impressive achievements. I would highly appreciate it if you could break down the financial aspects of being a professional tennis player at your level. Could you share details about tournament earnings, sponsorships, and then subtract all the expenses like traveling, equipment, coaches, and so on?
Congrats on the amazing year!!! Sorry if you’ve addressed this before in another video, but I was wondering, what sort of “scouting” do you do, if any, on opponents you’re about to play. Do you look at stats and results from their recent tournaments, UTR, and/or watch videos of them playing online? If so, how much time do you typically spend doing these things for each opponent?
Wow what a year for your Karue! Keep up the good work and love your content. Huge fan and could you let me know if you’re playing in the DMV area (maybe d.c.?) I would love to come see you in person to support
dude just make it a good pre season , think about all your game areas to improve and fill as much wholes as you can and go battle it , right now you are a solid challenger player I believe if you have the right attitude you can win some challengers and then get your shot at the tour level events and slams
Bro you achieved your best ranking ever in your lifetime at an age when that’s not even dream able for some. You’re literally better than ever player in the world except for like 200 and change people. Roland Garros 2025. I believe you can do it.
Me too.
Karue plz respond I saw you in Vegas and I’m ur biggest fan
These personal review videos are what I love. Me being a introspective guy I enjoy hearing a touring pro reflect on his year
The channel is great because it allows me to think deeper about the experiences and have an outlet for those thoughts. Keeps things clear

Those are given to brasilians. Real ones
Shut up. Karue went to the US to play tennis in college, not as a baby.

That's fine, Paris it is, clay Karue!
And it suits him better than hard court.

On a positive note, you would have had to play upside down, maybe fight boxing kangoroos, and so on. FO quali seems smoother sailing. Good luck!
