Thank you everyone for the support this year. It was a total gamble to go back on tour but it's been awesome. Learned a lot so 2025 is even better. Lots of cool content coming (pre season livestreams? Who's in?). BTW, where are the car people here? Whachu driving?
Great first year back on tour Karue and good luck for 2025. I'm very much a car person, I also have an Audi, as well as a couple of sports cars, including the new Lotus!😊
Did you get a call from Rio Open? This year they granted 3 WCs in the maind draw, another 3 for the qualy and Seyboth Wild entered the draw through the rankings. As brazilian number 6 you clearly have a right to play this ATP 500 event next February. Did they call you?
Agree! Karue, you should totally get a shot! It would be great for Brazilian tennis too, even if you have been living in the US for over a decade. Create a petition if necessary, you'll get at least 20k signing it haha
Hey Karue, thanks for the awesome content! Rooting for you and wishing for continued success. As a recreational tennis player, it's really difficult to understand what it takes and the grind to even consider playing slams - can you talk about some of the parts of the journey thus far that someone on the outside may not really experience/understand? I imagine travel taking a toll + being disciplined to just simply get better. How do you balance everything from prioritizing the things to improve in your game + physical/mental health?
It’s been very enjoyable watching your amazing year and journey. As a half Puerto Rican, 4.0 tennis player and USTA captain in his early 60’s, tennis has been a wonderful part of my life for many years and I hope it will be a wonderful part of your future as well, including a rise into the Top 200 in 2025. All the best!!
So sorry for coming so close and having a technicality keep you from the AO. But great job increasing your rank so much! Looking forward to seeing you at Roland Garros.
I believe in Roland Garros! But I also believe that you will get top 100 You’re improvement is crazy Keep going karue Question though What forehand grip do you use?
What a incredible year karu! Keep going, it was a pleasure to meet you in Drummondville, you did play well there, hope to see you win this title next year! Wish you 2025 a great tennis year karu! Vamos!
Dude what a great szn!! Its absolutely awesome to watch and there is so much to learn from you. Also can i say, i really like how well made this video is, it reminds of a little short film
It is a great year! Your FH and serve even improved after turning pro at thirty. Your conditioning is superb. Maybe you could not only win the qualifier but also win a couple of rounds at French open. Your mental strength is as good as your BH, top 20 in the world. Very inspiring story!
Sounds like you have found the right mindset to enjoy and be happy on your pro journey. So much to be grateful for, not having to deal with any major injuries after restarting from scratch is huge, too!
Bro you achieved your best ranking ever in your lifetime at an age when that’s not even dream able for some. You’re literally better than ever player in the world except for like 200 and change people. I get that the grind of that ranking range and the money it brings is killer but what an animal you are and an inspiration.
Great season Karue! I've really enjoyed following your journey this year. I'm looking forward to see you keep marching up the rankings in 2025. Best wishes for next season.
Great year! Easily best tennis content on yt. I’d love to hear in another video what you think you need to improve on your game in 2025. Do you focus on improving further your weapons or do you spend time on weaknesses?
Great video Karue!!! Thanks for sharing your journey with us, it's super interesting and exciting to crazy tennis fans like us. I follow you more than I follow the ATP circuit at this point 😂 You had a great season but I truly believe the best is yet to come, you have the ranking now to only play Challengers and make the jump to the ATP circuit!!! Best of luck from a Spanish fan 🫡🙌 PD: I forgot to ask a question: which do you think is your biggest improvement, that allowed you to win matches at the Challenger level? Was it the mental aspect or the physical one?
Congrats on the amazing year!!! Sorry if you’ve addressed this before in another video, but I was wondering, what sort of “scouting” do you do, if any, on opponents you’re about to play. Do you look at stats and results from their recent tournaments, UTR, and/or watch videos of them playing online? If so, how much time do you typically spend doing these things for each opponent?
Wow what a year for your Karue! Keep up the good work and love your content. Huge fan and could you let me know if you’re playing in the DMV area (maybe d.c.?) I would love to come see you in person to support
It is sad you won't be coming to Melbourne, but let's now focus on making the Roland Garros 2025 cut! I say the Parisian clay will be a far better place for your Slam debut.
Make a video going over the finances for being on tour. And without this RUclips channel and sponsorships, would it have been at least break even for the year? Would love to see that video, thanks and good luck!
dude just make it a good pre season , think about all your game areas to improve and fill as much wholes as you can and go battle it , right now you are a solid challenger player I believe if you have the right attitude you can win some challengers and then get your shot at the tour level events and slams
Nothing is wrong, just things are happening with their own speed. Keep your motivation and enjoy the game, your family, and free time. Start training and prepare for next year. Everything will be fine. Don't forget to take the aero 98 if you think it will help you with the power :)
Bummer, Karue, but I actually think your best Slam might be the French. Maybe you're not the King of Clay but you may be the Count of Clay. You've had (surprisingly?) good results on the red stuff.
Congrats on a great season! Would be interesting to hear an insight into the financial aspect of a career at your level. How much do things cost and how do you manage your assets to afford the life on tour?
Where does the level drop come from during matches? Some sets are an excellent level and some aren’t. This is true for everyone so I’m curious where you think the problem stems from
Is your ranking high enough for the Qualies at the ATP 250s in the South American Golden Swing in February? Play those! Great ranking points in those Qualies and the level is the same as challengers
Bro it's really better to start ur physical endurance preparation in a proper way in a week or in 10 days, work hard bro in ur endurance run on hills to improve ur breathing and ir endurance and at the end of preparation in the sand beach also with the gym work and ur tennis technic work and tunning all shots ,if u level up a lot all that u really can give it a real shot to be a top 100 player so soon and with patience and focus u will get it bro
Outside the top 100, players are barely getting by. Players typically earn a max of $1m in a 12 year career. Typically someone with a career high of 200 would maybe make $350k. Apart from doing something you love it's hardly worth it! An awful lot of work for very little reward.
How surprised are you that of the top two or three things that are holding you back most from the next level, fitness might be the most significant? At your best level, you could go consistently deep in Challengers and win some if your fitness level could sustain you. Best wishes and high hopes for 2025!
Thank you everyone for the support this year. It was a total gamble to go back on tour but it's been awesome. Learned a lot so 2025 is even better. Lots of cool content coming (pre season livestreams? Who's in?).

@ the emira?? No way! That's one of my favorite cars out there atm. Unbelievably good looking. Kudos
@@Karuedoingthings if you ever come to England (Wimbledon maybe!?) Message me and I'll take you for a spin!
Getting closer to 150K subscribers! Abração, Mestre!
Roland Garros 2025. I believe you can do it.
Me too.
That's fine, Paris it is, clay Karue!
And it suits him better than hard court.
Did you get a call from Rio Open? This year they granted 3 WCs in the maind draw, another 3 for the qualy and Seyboth Wild entered the draw through the rankings. As brazilian number 6 you clearly have a right to play this ATP 500 event next February. Did they call you?
PLEASE I need Karue to play an MD match so he finally gets a Wikipedia page
Agree! Karue, you should totally get a shot! It would be great for Brazilian tennis too, even if you have been living in the US for over a decade. Create a petition if necessary, you'll get at least 20k signing it haha
On a positive note, you would have had to play upside down, maybe fight boxing kangoroos, and so on. FO quali seems smoother sailing. Good luck!
What a run you've had this year, Karue! It's been a pleasure following you on RUclips and on Challenger TV! Here's for an even better 2025!
These personal review videos are what I love. Me being a introspective guy I enjoy hearing a touring pro reflect on his year

Great content Karue. We will continue to follow you on your journey. Go get'em.

I believe in Roland Garros!

You’re improvement is crazy
Keep going karue
Question though
What forehand grip do you use?
I saw you this year live in Morelos Mexico and it’s amazing to see how far you have progressed. Keep it up Karue and hope to see you soon in Mexico
Congratulations on an amazing season!
What a incredible year karu! Keep going, it was a pleasure to meet you in Drummondville, you did play well there, hope to see you win this title next year! Wish you 2025 a great tennis year karu! Vamos!
What an outstanding year! Congratz🎉! Rooting big time for you next season!

I got goose bumps just thinking of seeing your name at the RIO OPEN Qualies! WOW 😊
It's my favourite tennis player, Clayrue Sell
All good, hard work pays off eventually, keep it going!
Tive o prazer de te ver jogar em Curitiba. Joga muito! Keep pushing.

Love the content. Keep it up, Karue! See you at the French Open
We love your journey, no matter what ranking/result you having. Enjoy the off season💪🏼

I know you can get it! You have the level...ranking will follow soon!
You did it great! that is the most important thing. Think about it. after years out, you are almost there..And you are the one dude!
Amazing year! Ive been following your progress. I hope to see you in RG 2025. The best from Argentina!
Very inspitational Karue. Showing us club players there's always room for improvement.
I hope you qualify for the French Open! Good luck!
It is sad you won't be coming to Melbourne, but let's now focus on making the Roland Garros 2025 cut! I say the Parisian clay will be a far better place for your Slam debut.
This video was very well made!
keep it up Karue! u can do it
You can definitely make the top 100 Karue! Congrats on a great year and best of luck for 2025!
Make a video going over the finances for being on tour. And without this RUclips channel and sponsorships, would it have been at least break even for the year? Would love to see that video, thanks and good luck!
Boa sorte e enjoy the break 👍
I heard a pro in the 300s say the french open 2025 cut off is April. 4 chances this year, you've got this Karue.
Watching you rip that Australian Open 2025 paper hit me in the feels.
According to my analysis, Web3 Infinity appears to be promising. It's captured my interest.

Am I the only one who noticed Karue's perfect spec Rs5?
Great video, thank you. 👍
Vamos Karue. The journey is fire, the result is irrelevant, it is merely a goal.
What a journey!!!
Nothing is wrong, just things are happening with their own speed. Keep your motivation and enjoy the game, your family, and free time. Start training and prepare for next year. Everything will be fine. Don't forget to take the aero 98 if you think it will help you with the power :)
your 2024 was amazing !
There is always next year, and three 3️⃣ more grandslams , stay on it 😮 💪🍀🎾
Hello Karue, what do you do for recovery after a long tennis season?
Karue are you planning to do the south american clay swing?
Bummer, Karue, but I actually think your best Slam might be the French. Maybe you're not the King of Clay but you may be the Count of Clay. You've had (surprisingly?) good results on the red stuff.
You did not do anything wrong, the season was amazing! Get plenty of rest, recover, and give it all in 2025 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Congrats on a great season!
Would be interesting to hear an insight into the financial aspect of a career at your level. How much do things cost and how do you manage your assets to afford the life on tour?
I have faith in Web3 Infinity's promise. The project has a bright future.
You could've won an event there . Nishesh withdrew so you had a great chance
next event!!!!!!!!! you will get into the next grand slam.
keep it up!
Where does the level drop come from during matches? Some sets are an excellent level and some aren’t. This is true for everyone so I’m curious where you think the problem stems from
Segui asi!
Any chance for a quali wildcard for one of the brazil atp tournaments
Give this man a wildcard for the Rio Open.
Karue, man!
What went wrong?
Simple, you tried your best, but you didn't win enough and you just came short.
Geat effort thoughm
Is your ranking high enough for the Qualies at the ATP 250s in the South American Golden Swing in February?
Play those! Great ranking points in those Qualies and the level is the same as challengers
I believe the qualifying draw gets wildcards as well. He could probably get one.
Believe in yourself we believe in you
It differs from other tokens due to Web3 Infinity's self-governing nature. Inventive genius at its finest!
What's the best player you've played against this year? Who impressed you the most?
What does your daily on court practice look like?

That just means you can come to the Dallas Open now
Web3 Infinity is Web3 Infinity.
Where were you driving, is that your home?
Song name at the start?

Best wishes and high hopes for 2025!
Were there no other tournaments anywhere else in the world you could have gone to besides Mexico?
Hey Karue, great job. Any chance you can put together a 2025 schedule so your fans can come watch and cheer?

USO2025!!!!!!
Can't you still enter? Isn't that why it's called open?
Yeah, only if 40 to 50 players are sick or injured or if they give him a WC.
Not gonna happen. Hopefully Roland Garros!
US Open 2025, you can do it!!
He still has a chance to make it at Roland Garros and Wimbledon too!
