I love how the cameraman started to run after Seungjae when he noticed Seungjae left the house even said really loud so Seungjae dad could hear to aw how sweet.
Seungjae is actually really smart. He can dress himself, and he knows to bring money/a credit card (even if it wasn't real) and a bag. He even knows that he should stay on the side of the road so that he won't get hit by cars. The kid's got skills.
Seungjae is a smart kid he is usually the type of kid the dont cry a lot, this is the first time i see him cry over some snacks he only cries when someone else cry, what a great kid.
I work with kids, and it's fake crying 😂 Or the 'I didn't get my way' cry. Not too upset because they already knew chances were slim it would work 😆 But hoping the crying might persuade the adult, smart little kiddos 😁
I ran away once too when I want to go to an adventure. I took only a soy milk with me. In the end I cannot open the door so I called my dad. He opened it for me and asked "where are you going?" That's the end of my adventure lol
I'm always amazed at Seụngjae's problem solving skill. This time, firstly he tried to kill time by playing with his toy/smashing imaginary insects. Then he tried to substitute his craving with his other fav food: ice cream. He even licked the candy's wrapper, or asked the camera man for snacks and still couldn't fulfil his craving for sweets, finally he headed out to buy snacks using toy credit card and money (he still couldn't distinguish real money yet he went to the outside world to resolve his problem). The other kids will just know to cry, whine or throw a tantrum in this kinda situation, but Seungjae calmly faced his challenge without blaming the situation or his dad for not satisfying his wish. I must say he is one of his kind, a very very bight kid. He could even calmly communicate his emotion with Jiyong by saying I'm angry (high EQ indicator) before finally bursting into tears. I admire Jiyong so much for his parenting skill, he even knew about the mashmallow test and used it on Seungjae. Every parent must watch this show to know how to properly educate their kids, seriously.
I pretty much a "smart" kid when I was three too. I asked my mom for a candy at my brother's school canteen, my mom said no. When we are back at home I climb up a kitchen counter(which is really dangerous) to eat some powdered milk. Then, my babysitter who saw me panicked and put me down. I waited for her to disappear, the I climbed the other side of the kitchen counter to pick some really sweet banana. This time, my mom came in and immediately put me down on the floor and gave me a bottle of milk to satisfy me. I stopped searching for sweets and sleep after a while. My English sucks btw.
It's amazing because Jiyong is an EX-IDOL, and most of the public doesn't associate an idol with a good parent, yet by watching this show he's amazed me time and time again with this exceptional parenting skills and dedication.
@@brittney8010 Because usually when idols have kids the most publicized instances are when they have kids by accident so they rush into marriage at a young age - and obviously since they're young, they're inexperienced and unprepared, but the media covers them anyway. That is the most prepared 3 year old I have ever seen. He's very intelligent but still has the stubbornness of a toddler. Seunjae is absolutely adorable ^€^ At least he's at the age when he can learn from right and wrong so Jiyong won some parenting points in this episode for teaching his son about patience
Imagine a barely 3 yo kid perfectly prepare himself with money, card, shoes & bag to go out to buy himself snacks. Even knowing where the shop is! What a brilliant, smart kid! Btw, Seungjae really is not afraid admitting to anything, be it a coward or a fly as long as he gets what he wants lol
ParkSiQa brilliant indeed but this kid needs full attention or it'll be scary. Imagine if this scene happens when they're not filming TROS and VJs are not around to tell appa and Jiyong appa is alone with Seungjae and Seungjae leaves house alone when appa in bathroom or upstair?! It means Seungjae will be able to leave house alone. He is so smart, that's why.
Yeah I agree with with yoogs but also East Asian countries like Korea and Japan are much safer than most western countries. That could also impact the way the parents raise their children
I saw two of the TROS dads teach their kids to never go with strangers (the triplets and SeSuDa siblings) to keep them safe from kidnapping so it's safe to say that Korean parents have that fear too. I fear for Jiyong and Seungjae since the kid treats everyone as a friend. No one is a stranger to him and it will only take one stranger who will take advantage of that and put Seungjae in danger.
It amazes me how intelligent Seungjae is but it's also pretty concerning. It's lucky that this time the cameramen were there and able to follow him/let Jiyong know, but what if that had happened on a day when they weren't filming? Hopefully Jiyong and his wife can adapt their home/habits as Seungjae gets older and situations like this become more likely. Thankfully Seungjae is also a very sweet and mostly well-behaved child!
it's normal for an active child to do this, my baby brother did this when he was 2-6 it was a big problem cuz he will hear the ice cream truck and would try to run out with his piggy bank. my dad put an extra lock on the second door and it did help but eventually he figured it out and would use a chair. qoq eventually you have to trick or get them to want other things, we got him to tv for himself and let him play games now we just keep fighting on how he should share his tv since we let him play our consoles/games. ForeverCellist actually, it's just because they're filming yhay Seungjae can go out like that. Jiyong knows there are a lot of KBS staffs at home coming in and out, so he didn't lock the door. There were also at least four who followed Seungjae & they let the boy out the door. I guess Jiyong also monitored Seungjae in the room & pretended he rushed like he didn't know. This show is partly scripted anyway. The parents gave the children the bait & wait for their reaction. I'm pretty sure if they're not filming he will lock the door.

Athenathe SheWolf I don't think all korean parents behave the same way as jiyong. many kpop idols have said that their parents used to hit them when they were younger. moreover I think jiyong and the other fathers on tros show more restraint when disciplining because they are being caught on video. if the cameras weren't there, they may have been harsher but jiyong as a person doesn't seem like the kind who would hurt their kid. he is very patient.
no Korean parents are strict as hell I used to get the beating as a child :( but it taught me I guess ... but it really comes down to the person and I think they are not hitting them because of the cameras but my mom had no problem beating me in front of everyone lol
Athenathe SheWolf I thought maybe it's because the camera at first but if sungjae can be so brave and not afraid maybe jiyong's treatment for him is the same in front or off camera.
Athenathe SheWolf honestly, it was my mom who always played the bad guy. He drew on Seungjae's face when he was being bad and made him walk outside in public, he tells Seungjae he'll turn into a fly if he eats chocolates, tells him the police will take him away if he eats junk food, hid a pop-out snake inside a chips container, and threw a snowball at his face out of the blue hahaha

I can't believe it. A 3 years old kid knows how to wait just for five minutes. Knows where to walk in the street. Knows how to dress and what to bring. And SOME Korean kids don't know how to sing English songs at that very young age. I salute to his parents. And he is so adorable😍😍
I always come back to these clips! I miss them so much on the show!!! I really like how Jiyong made it clear the reason he was really mad about saying it was because Seungjae left without his dad 10:07
may all ur bacons burn omg my nephews and nieces listen to that song all the time so once he sang it i started singing along hahaha! but omg seungjae is such a smart little boy
He's such a smart kid. I'm not surprised if they suddenly say he's a genius in school. He knows soo much at such a young age. Damn! when I was his age I barely knew what money was nor how to dress myself.
Lol may all ur bacons burn. hes just a baby he will listen to appa when he grow up. Its not his fault being like that. Need more education to learn more. Dont forget u used to be a kid and u could be like tat
The Stanford marshmallow experiment - children were provided food and if they manage to wait 15 minutes, they get more. From research, children who waited longer became more successful when they grow up. Cmon Seung Jae!!
Although it was funny and very smart of sungjae to go by himself but it's also very good that jiyong teaching sungjae to not have anything he wants 😊 Good example so that he won't be spoilt
I like how he is sweet to his son yet disciplined and strict without cursing, screaming or using violence he teaches him what's wrong and right and also plays with him and pranks him
Putting it a bit bluntly, I think Seungjae's way too smart to lie to. I think it would be better to just explain to him honestly why too much sweets and snacks are bad. Now he's just saying he'll become a fly, lol.
This adorable kid just make me smile everytime. He is very smart in his own unique way. And Im so proud. In his young age he know how to train his self with his dad. And Im proud. He refer to become a fly just to get a snacks whaaa
I remember getting this video recommended to me by yt and I just got curious so I watched it, little did I know that that will be the start of me loving the whole TROS casts lol.
Just when you think Seungjae can't possibly get any cuter he starts singing in English! OMG I CANNOT TAKE THE CUTENESS! 😍 Also his English is amazing for a young kid that doesn't live in an English speaking country!
Seungjae passed the "marshmallow test"! Really didn't need a proof that he'll be successful when he grows up, but being able to delay his gratification, even do things to distract himself- assures me as a new viewer that he'd do well when he gets older (like the result of thae said study by Standford University)
Omg at 12:24 when he started singing he finger song I was smiling so much. My little siblings listen to that song all the time and it brought back memories. You’re so cute Seungjae!
It’s not the first time he made it on Facebook, I stopped watching TROS after the triplets left but I saw his video crying when some beggars came to him asking for money and I found it so cute and pure that I decided to watch again!
Seungjae is really smart for his age. It's times like these that I get a bit sad because I feel like it would be nice for him to have a sibling to play with. Rohui's dad is always attentive to her and goes over the top to give her attention. Seungjae's dad is practical and raises him well with his mom, but like a previous episode showed, it would benefit him to play with peers.
Five minutes is along time for a little child and he did amazingly well with his self control. Good Dad to teach him delayed gratification, which many no longer practice. I hope I see more videos of his father & son!
I like how he said I hate you but is still holding his dad. Some kids will cry at the top of their lungs, keep on stomping or shout and cause a scene. Oh our cutie Seungjaeya
I was so concerned and scared when he left but then i remember that the camera crew is following him and i was relived. Gosh, i always forget about them i swear.
It’s so important for a child to learn about delayed gratification n patience. So happy that our baby SeungJae passed the test! Even older kids have difficulty passing this test. SeungJae yah, you’ll grow up to be something big for sure!! SeungJae FIGHTING!!! 😘
really surprised bout how good lesson from this parents are! also for Seungjae. he has a good manner and really being patient and listen to his parents well
Oh My Goodness, soooo cute! Kids are the same the world over. Dad is very good with him too! Held his ground, even when it's tempting to give in. Kept the goal in mind of his growing up to be a good man. 😅😍
Thid kid is soooo adorable. And i was amazed by how he waited patiently for that 5minutes. good job seungjae. I'm your fan from the philippines and i hope i will soon have a son like you😀😀. By the way, to his dad, i hope you will compliment your son more often specialy after he does a good job.

rin 1996 how did it go?
Watch their episode wherein they went him and Sian in traditional kindergarten school look how he behaved haha 😂❤️
I always come back to these clips! I miss them so much on the show!!! I really like how Jiyong made it clear the reason he was really mad about saying it was because Seungjae left without his dad 10:07
Daddy finger, daddy finger where are you? Here I am, here I am how do you do? Ahh. ♥
He's getting better and better in english. Such a smart kid!!
may all ur bacons burn seriously the fact that he knows what language to use with what foreigner and how to sing in English is good
may all ur bacons burn omg my nephews and nieces listen to that song all the time so once he sang it i started singing along hahaha! but omg seungjae is such a smart little boy
tae taeeeee

parkhyungsik kookie~ahhh (●´з`)♡
I BET ALL OF US WATCHING MOSTLY OF THE EPISODES OF THIS SHOW WILL BE A GOOD PARENT AND REALLY KNOWS HOW TO RAISE A KID SOMEDAY
I thought his mom miscarried at first but then he said : He turn into a fly aargh ._.
omygod i was so prepared to cry and be saddened but then he turned out to be a fly hahahahaha lmao
I was thinking the same thing 2, I was like, is this gonna b a sad story?
“I’ll just eat and become a fly”
Adding another sentence
“And once i’m a fly i’ll come back and fly around you while you’re cooking”
omfg the panic of the cameraman and Jiyong had me rolling
I was also like just relax and walk behind him and.check what he's doing
It's normal reaction for parents trust me
These korean babies are really different and articulate compared to how I grew up or how my little cousins grew up. They’re adorable.
sungjae "i hate you dad" but hug tighly with appa😍😍
People should do the same. Gosh... If people were smart like me of what i think of. we all be smart together. Not an insult tho right'?
Can we just take a moment to appreciate Jiyong's parenting skills. Like he's a pro, honestly
He's such a smart kid. I'm not surprised if they suddenly say he's a genius in school. He knows soo much at such a young age. Damn! when I was his age I barely knew what money was nor how to dress myself.
This could be so dangerous if he didn't have a camera crew with him.
I'LL JUST EAT AND BECOME A FLY. THAT'S ME EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!
My gosh Seung jae you are too adorable. But baby, listen to appa. Okay? (。’▽’。)♡
may all ur bacons burn army everywhere lmfao
Lol may all ur bacons burn. hes just a baby he will listen to appa when he grow up. Its not his fault being like that. Need more education to learn more. Dont forget u used to be a kid and u could be like tat
MikanxNatsumeLove koreaboo
may all ur bacons burn i
YOU ARE WEIRD
The Stanford marshmallow experiment - children were provided food and if they manage to wait 15 minutes, they get more. From research, children who waited longer became more successful when they grow up. Cmon Seung Jae!!
Y'ALL SCARED ME I LITERALLY THOUGHT SEUNGJAE RAN AWAY FORM HOME. Btw his english is adorable.
Seungjae is one of my fav kids on this show. I loved how his father taught him to be patient.
seungjae is the definition of cuteness, istg.
god, please, please, please, give me a child like seungjae.
jEnut you must hard working to have child like sungjae bc everyday is new challenges
Ashlynn Sania Hahaha I was about to say, Seunjae is a doll but also a lot of work. I'm a really calm person so I need a kid like Sian😂
Loriani93 mybe the twins better for you😜
We could get that arranged 😉
This kid knows how to face adversaries in life at this early age. What a joy to watch.
Although it was funny and very smart of sungjae to go by himself but it's also very good that jiyong teaching sungjae to not have anything he wants 😊 Good example so that he won't be spoilt
I like how he is sweet to his son yet disciplined and strict without cursing, screaming or using violence he teaches him what's wrong and right and also plays with him and pranks him
He gave the cashier play money oh my gawd so cute!
Seungjae: desperate times call for desperate measures
Putting it a bit bluntly, I think Seungjae's way too smart to lie to. I think it would be better to just explain to him honestly why too much sweets and snacks are bad. Now he's just saying he'll become a fly, lol.
i can't resist seungjae's cuteness!!! >< I miss him so much!
Jiyong is a realistic type of dad and I love that he's on TROS.
Seungjae - goes to shop alone without his dad at
Me - calling my mom to go bathroom
WHY IS SEUNGJAE THE CUTEST LIVING THING IN THIS UNIVERSE
Zzhe z for me itss yijun but sadly isn't there though but seungjea is second cutest to me
ad its for me and remove its
how hard it is to teach young kids the virtual of patience. he did well though.
For a 3 year old to delay gratification like that is quite incredible. You amaze me everytime, Seung jae!
This adorable kid just make me smile everytime. He is very smart in his own unique way. And Im so proud. In his young age he know how to train his self with his dad. And Im proud. He refer to become a fly just to get a snacks whaaa
Hoping for Yook Sungjae and Ko Seungjae collaboration ☺
Kim Tete and Kwon Ji Yong and Ko Ji Yong make collaboration
intan ayu omygiiiiie. 😱 that will be daebak.... 2 faves in oneeeee picture ❤
Kim Tete
I would stop what ever I'm doing and watch that episode if it happens specially if GD is in it.
NCTZEN IS HEAR TO SLAY THE NEW FANDOM NAME huhuhu remember jiyong with haru? and also sarang... how lucky these kids are?
Kim Tete
Very lucky indeed
I remember getting this video recommended to me by yt and I just got curious so I watched it, little did I know that that will be the start of me loving the whole TROS casts lol.
Being mad at his dad but listened to him ahhh how can this kid be so cute >,
OMO. This kid is really smart. He has a lot of solutions to every problem.
Sungjae's dad teach him how to be patient to eat chocolate
I want his dad teach me how to be patient while downloading...
This is Seungjae before he learns how to say "Let's eat first, I'm low on sugar." 😂
Watching in 2020
At least he tried to pay for the sweets lol
Omg at 12:24 when he started singing he finger song I was smiling so much. My little siblings listen to that song all the time and it brought back memories. You’re so cute Seungjae!
let's just eat and become fly 😂😂😂seungjae is damn cute
The parents are very well educated, they also get help from experts people, how to deal with kids. They got money and
The cameras!!!!
oml its so cute how he walks over to the cameramen and asks for some snacks. God- this kid is just too cute.
the vid of seungjae waiting patiently for chocolates made it on fb lmao
can i hv a link?
BOBOHOE I saw it too😂❤
It’s not the first time he made it on Facebook, I stopped watching TROS after the triplets left but I saw his video crying when some beggars came to him asking for money and I found it so cute and pure that I decided to watch again!
I can’t get over this adorable child 😂😂He’s just too precious 😍😍😍
Seungjae is really smart for his age. It's times like these that I get a bit sad because I feel like it would be nice for him to have a sibling to play with.
Rohui's dad is always attentive to her and goes over the top to give her attention.
Seungjae's dad is practical and raises him well with his mom, but like a previous episode showed, it would benefit him to play with peers.
Five minutes is along time for a little child and he did amazingly well with his self control. Good Dad to teach him delayed gratification, which many no longer practice. I hope I see more videos of his father & son!
I remember this patience test of Daehan, Minguk and Manse on their STRAWBERRY TEMPTATION. Oh I miss them 😚. Anyway, Seungjae is a really smart kid. 😍
Same here... I remember how song appa teach them.. I miss song family..
I hope that seungjae wil realize how much he gave his appa hard times ...i feel bad for my parents who were so patient raising me 😢
Ji Yong's looking good with his haircut 💙
I like how he said I hate you but is still holding his dad. Some kids will cry at the top of their lungs, keep on stomping or shout and cause a scene. Oh our cutie Seungjaeya
"Ill just eat it and become a fly!!"
Seungjae is me lol
I was so concerned and scared when he left but then i remember that the camera crew is following him and i was relived. Gosh, i always forget about them i swear.
i repeat the part where he hug himself 14:01 like thousand times already
Vinni L lol ikr like So CUTE!!! (^∇^)
It’s so important for a child to learn about delayed gratification n patience. So happy that our baby SeungJae passed the test! Even older kids have difficulty passing this test. SeungJae yah, you’ll grow up to be something big for sure!! SeungJae FIGHTING!!! 😘
I like the way Jiyoung discipline his kid, he talks in a calm manner, he doesnt slash out at his kid and doesnt give in on what Seungjae wants.
That's how you should do it
Aghhhhhh I want a son that's cute and adorable just like Seungjae
really surprised bout how good lesson from this parents are! also for Seungjae. he has a good manner and really being patient and listen to his parents well
this is totally funniest episode of Seaunjae :D Im a huge fan of him. I think this father and son duo deserves to get their own tv Show :D
The last episode brings me back to here. Miss you Seungjae 😭
"I'll just eat and become a fly" XD He just doesn't care anymore. #relatable
Although I understand nothing but this baby boy is fun to watch.Lots of love to the baby.
Oh My Goodness, soooo cute! Kids are the same the world over. Dad is very good with him too! Held his ground, even when it's tempting to give in. Kept the goal in mind of his growing up to be a good man. 😅😍
He has such nice memories for life..
I remember things from that age.
Seungjae plays no games when he wants a snack...
If dad can't give me 🍫
Than I'll buy it myself
🚪 🚶🚶🚶
alex knight *then
I suddenly remember the twins trying to buy a smartphone...
Seungjae is such a smart, nice, kind, funny, and mischivieous kid at the same time. Love him so much 😘
Thid kid is soooo adorable. And i was amazed by how he waited patiently for that 5minutes. good job seungjae. I'm your fan from the philippines and i hope i will soon have a son like you😀😀.
By the way, to his dad, i hope you will compliment your son more often specialy after he does a good job.
Out of all the Superman version of this show I really enjoy seeing Seungjae's mischievous nature and his relationship with his dad!
Omgosh I have never laughed so hard in my life ! I laughed so hard I couldn’t catch my breath !!! Thank You KBS for putting this on RUclips. I am so a fan from Minneapolis Minnesota. I wish America TV would produced shows like this .. 😂😂😂😂 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Have you seen him when he was treating his dad's hangover?
Mireya , yes I did see that one Omgosh I laughed so hard at that one. And the other one I liked that just cracked me up is when he took his fake money and fake credit card and his dad‘s bag and decided to walk to the store by himself to buy chocolate and the cameraman was so worried he was yelling for the dad and told him what was going on. My stomach hurts so bad I couldn’t even catch my breath I had tears running down my face ! And the dad has such a cute personality and tries to be so patient without laughing I like when his dad plays little pranks on him.😂😂 oh yeah this is the one where he walks to the store !
Wow..... Patience is the key to bigger prize. The kid has got a great lesson.
