Howdy y’all, thanks for stopping by - and here’s wishing y’all a very merry 2024!!! 🥳🎉 I’m ringin' in the new year with a real experimental video here but I could NOT get this train of thought outta my brain without making something about it, 'cause never hearing anybody talk about some of the patterns I was noticing was driving me bonkers sdgfdks - please do lemme know what you reckon of this vid and these theories here in the comments! (^^)/ EDIT: WOW this is reaching much farther afield than I thought it would -- hi again y'all! Real quick for clarifications' sake: the main themes of each archon (freedom, justice, etc) are ABSOLUTELY still a major crux for any character getting a vision of that archon's element, same goes for many other theories folks have! (tho that said, idk if all the pyro characters really stick to a "war" theme...🤔💭 but that's neither here nor there atp 'cause I've already made a whole video about them all sgdfshkfs-- anYWAY-) My b if I didn't make it clear enough in-video here, but I'm really just fascinated by ALSO - (alongside those more-established theories and canon themes) - analysing the way that characters of any given element *connect with the people around them*, because there are definitely some really interesting patterns to be found when looking from that angle, and I haven't seen it explored before! 🔍✨
HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! I hope your theory would be canon :D I don't play the game, but I am starting to get invested after fountaine :3 you are a great artist that has definitely helped several others, including me in our struggles!! hope you can still *burn* just as bright (hehe, pyro pun >:3)
Happy new years🎉 also i wanted to add this about the pyro archon having a battle with a sibling, every archon has a person that looks similar to them that is dead (exept zhongli weirdly) like venti has nameless bard, ei has makoto, nahida has rukkedavata and lastly furina has facalors. So if your theory becomes true then the battle between the siblings could end with one of them getting killed by their sibling or sacraficing them selves for their sibling
I’m pretty sure the captain is the main fatui harbinger seeking the gnosis in natlan so this is going to be interesting and we will learn more fatui lore aswell
This was really fun to watch, it’s clear that you’re very invested in this and I love watching passionate hyperfocus rambles/analysis’ also HAPPY NEW YEAR
chevreuse does have a pretty prominent father figure,,,,,, she’s the captain of the special surveillance patrol just like her father before her. and, there was that little bit of story during the roses and muskets event where she talked at length about her father. it seems like he was a pretty big influence on her life. abd cooked with this one
Dude thank u I cannot even express how hype this comment was to read 'cause I haven't played the roses and muskets event yet so sdgfsjsgfh-!! SHE HAS HER DAD'S JOB THE THEORY HOLDS UP 🙌💖👨🍳
I haven't watched the video yet but from this comment I'm guessing it talks about family being associated with Pyro? I saw someone else mention somewhere that Pyro could have something to do with family or legacy (forgot which one, or both) rather than passion, and after thinking about it I realised that it is *definitely* the case, Arlecchino and Lyney are prime examples but you can see it in a lot of others too, I think the only one I'm not sure on is Xinyan but that's bc I don't really know about her, but I can also see how it can tie in with the tribes of Natlan
The only thing is that it focuses on the generational passing the torch, GaMing’s dad wants him to take over the family business but GaMing refuses to do it? So it don’t follow that generational passing of the torch really,,,
BROOOOOO after literally entering natlan and hearing that the pyro archon is a human and is selected by succession I immediately look for this vid again, DUDE WAS SPOT ON!!!!
Istg, when i played the freaking quest and heard that "The archon rotates via the tournament" i was like "oh my god that one guy was right..." Mf, you cooked so hard, the "torch passing trough generations" being literally THE TITLE PASSING, + the fact that you said that "there might be a battle to decide the archon"... dude, you cooked SO HARD
Not to mention (spoilers for act 1) Atea passed on her broach thingy to the Archon and I only noticed after that bit of dialogue that she has a PYRO VISION. So much was cooked
@@LambsEyesPNG oh my god that went completly over my head, they were all passing their own energy and memories to the archon so that they could be made into a flame
Also worth noting that Arlecchino herself has a pyro vision, and is one of the only harbingers we know of that is a successor to the previous one. Maybe that title passing on is what gave her her vision? Love your videos!!
We also know that she took over the title of father for the house of hearth (even if she hated the previous father) so it makes double sense that she follows the pyro trend
For seven whole months, I had this video in the back of my mind. I even had a sticky note and everything to remind me to check if you were right. And, well, you were right!
Update for Gaming🦁: He also should've inherited his father's business but like Xinyan he decided to follow his own path instead of the family business. But still the "passing the torch" is part of his character even tho he didn't do it at the end. Wow you really cooked with this theory❤🔥
also, in his character story 2 it is said "This manner of speaking, he explains, he got from his mother, [...] He would follow her just about everywhere, and in his doings and interactions with others, he would pick up many of her habits and interests." so yeah, he's inherited a lot of his traits from his parental figure!
lol the SECOND his uncle mentioned Gaming's dad in the first quest I was like THIS THEORY IS RIGHT ONCE AGAIN. didnt need to know the details, he had a thing with his dad and that was enough. then in the second part it detailed the family business from his dad and I was like THE PYRO THEORY IS MORE CORRECT. truly cooked with this theory
@@Roady6not really, lyney is the one child she tends to the most before the message goes to his siblings lyney must hear it from father first and lyney also is the leader of the trio
@@Roady6Lyney is intended to be the next "Father" for the House of the Hearth, he is the heir and he only, not anyone else. So no, not every kid in the orphanage would have a pyro vision.
@@kiyomi_kamimoto Also while arlecchino is considered their "father" lets not forget its just the title of the house. Its really not the same when you compare it to the other characters.
the idea of natlan’s archon seat having to be won (and the gnosis should come with that) is held up by the fact that capitano, the harbinger currently in natlan, has “thrown his hat into the endless ring of war,” and so if he wins, he would obtain the gnosis and be able to give it to the tsaritsa. that makes him look less like some battle-hungry guy duking it out for the hell of it like childe and instead gives him a clear motivation. very cool theory, and im looking forward to seeing if it works out later this year!
Also adding a very important nuance of distinction between Childe/Ajax's thrill seeking chasing of battle, treating it like a game VS Capitano the "captain's" considered, strategic approach to more serious warfare
So Capitano wants to be the next Pyro Archon to obtain the Gnosis... That's freaking cool, interesting. This makes me think that we will have a counterpart to Murata Himeko who will be the new Pyro Archon, but at the end of Act V she will give the Gnosis to the Traveler, thus putting an end to the war. This will lead to the Traveler being chased by the Fatuis and would be a great cliffhanger for the beginning of Snezhnaya.
If that theory is correct then we can assume that Murata is confirmed deceased and the gnosis is being used as a war trophy due to the absence of the pyro archon.
This also explains why the researchers in genshin haven't found the common thread between the elements of the Visions users. I mean, not all of them are gonna give their level 10 friendship backstories to a random researcher, yknow?
A big part of this theory got absolutely fulfilled upon Natlan archon quest release. There has never been a more clear picture of passing the torch with how the pyro archon title has been passed from generation to generation.
for yanfei, she has a theme of being the "next generation" of the adepti as well, one born in peace and able to live alongside humans. her ideal of living happily is something her father passed on to her as well!
From my memory, I think Yanfei's mother was the adeptus, while her father was human. Also, I wonder if Yaoyao is older than Yanfei, since Yaoyao is a full-blooded adeptus who probably ages slower.
@@anonymoustachy nope, check yanfei's voicelines and stories. her dad is the adeptus, who signed a contract with rex lapis, and is currently traveling the world. as for yaoyao, her stories emphazise that she's streetward rambler's youngest disciple, and while they never say explicitly that she's not an adeptus, they imply it because she "caught the eye of the adepti" and overall seems the same as xiangling: a human who caught the eye and favor of the adepti.
@@sortileges5474 shes not a witch, shes a pyrotechnician. shes brilliant at making bombs but has yet to show any affinity for magic (outside of her vision's abilities)
18:02 The theory still checks out! Gaming (new Pyro character) has a backstory that is very centered around his father's wishes for his future versus his own. This video aged very well.
11:33 I think that Dendro reflects to someone who is passionate about learning new stuff. Nahida was locked up for 500 years, using dreams, or a person’s conscience to go around Sumeru and learn new stuff. Alhaitham is a scholar, more specifically a scribe, always checking documents of the Akademiya. Collei is learning to be a forest ranger, Kaveh is an architect, Kirara is a youkai who works as a delivery person, learning to communicate with humans, and about other nations, Tighnari is a forest ranger himself, researching about mushroom to make handful guide books for adventurers going around in the Sumeru rainforests, he’s also Collei’s teacher. YaoYao is the apprentice of Madam Ping, learning about adepti. While they are other characters related to this mindset, such as Sucrose, Lisa and Faruzan, they focus on other goals, or their backstory is more fitting for other visions. To make it simple for myself, I’m going to explain Faruzan. Faruzan was a popular Haravatat researcher in the Akademiya, who went to the dessert to explore King Deshret’s tomb and the puzzles that are in there. In result, she got trapped there for like 100 years, solving all sort of puzzles to get out of there as soon as possible, yearning for freedom again. While she had the desire to learn of that, the main factor here is that she wanted freedom for herself. After she managed to get out of there, she received her anemo vision, since she achieved her wanted freedom. I yapped a lot. Too much.
I think it’s less about “what happened to them” but what is “most significant” to the person. The most significant to Dendro users is learning. The most significant to Anemo users were the people they lost and the changes that happened after. The most significant to Pyro users were their parent figure. The most significant for Hydro users are their secrets. Etc etc
@@FacingVicissitudes I never said It depends on what happened to the person. I’ll take my example of Faruzan again. She got locked up in the Mausoleum for 100 years, and wanted freedom for herself. What did she wanted? Freedom. She didn’t lose anybody. Xiao wants freedom from his duty. Venti wanted freedom for the people of Mondstadt. Anemo is most commonly connected to freedom. Anemo users, for the most of them, the most important thing for them is freedom. In the present or past. Yes, there are a few exceptions on every element, but at the end of the day, for the moment, those are just theories. Nothing has been confirmed in game about it. I’ve seen many people discuss about visions, and the only thing that has been said in game about them, is that archons aren’t the ones that give the visions, but Celestia, and elemental dragon sovereign can also give visions based on what element they hold, which is why Neuvillette gave Furina her vision. (Neuvillette being able to give hydro visions has been confirmed in his character story, and Furina getting the vision from Neuvi is also sorta canon, since her vision design is different than others in Fontaine. Not only she is able to control Pneumia- Ousia, but her vision has this little detail that no other character has. It has like 4 spikes, that look like dragon teeth or dragon claws! Just a lil fun fact hehe)
@@lumini1i Faruzan lost everyone from her time who didn't survive or live out 100 years later (most notably her dear classmates) possibly one of if not the biggest loss suffered by a civilian playable character
I think it depends on more what traits are more important to the character, and each character sees that beloved trait in the traveler. Which would explain thematically why we can claim all elements.
But what if it was either "was saved from unfortunate situation" (Collei, Kaveh, Rana) or takes care of someone less fortunate (Tighnari, Yaoyao, Baizhu, Alhaitham). Both seem to fit Nahida's story
There's also another passing of the torch for lyney!! in his story quest, not a father figure per say, though i still prefer to interpret it that way because it's cool and wholesome, he and lynette went to a famous magician Cesar, who helped them hone their skills at magic tricks. In the story cutscene for lyneys quest you can see Cesar saying magic should be mysterious, suprsing, and logic defying, and lyney repeat that notion in the cutscene. This can be scene as Cesar passing down an ideal of that phrase to lyney, and also the profession of being a magician because he agreed to teach them. In the story quest lyney also does the same trick, although a bit altered, that killed Cesar, so that can be seen as a passing of the torch too!
another thing that could be taken from that quote at the beginning is that it could be referring to the hair color inherited as well; a physical symbol passed down to show winners and losers since the descendants have red hair (like flames) so perhaps the loser have white hair (like ash). there is a theory that Bennett is Natlanian and, due to the curse on Natlan's land, him being taken is the reason for his luck. This is just me looking at that quote and going "...huh" as I peice things together don't mind me.
okay but that idea about the white hair being like ash and red hair being like fire and it relating to the winners and losers quote is SO CLEVER THOUGH OMG UR MIND 🧠✨
If Natlan does have the theme of Phoenixes, that means there could be a theme of reincarnation. And you pointing out that Bennett and someone else pointing out the Natlan character from the trailer has the same hair and eye color, meaning that they could be "reincarnations" of a previous "loser". Maybe when a "Child of Murata" loses the battle for the title, they also lose their hair color and memories. Being reborn in a way. Perhaps even green eyes are very common in Natlan. Maybe Murata themselves were/are a phoenix or another firey bird of myth. Maybe Murata themselves had to fight their sibling(s) for the Archon throne. Maybe the storylines of Natlan could parallel with Hamlet (?)
This video cooked so hard now that I've played through a good chunk of Natlan, I would actually shake in excitement to see a Snezhnaya theory video on how the visions are connected to the tsaritsa
I don’t know if anyone commented this yet, but I think for Jean, Barbara was the main loss, since they were raised separately after their parents split and they barely spoke after that despite Jean desiring to make contact, as she couldn’t face her little sister. Jean didn’t lose Varka until he left, but based on her vision story, I believe Jean had her vision before that.
Since celestia can probably already see what destiny is laid out for vision users, maybe the visions can be given out before they actually meet the quota, since they know they're going to meet it in the future
For Bennet, there is also the aspect of him wanting to become an adventurer just like his Dads. So not only is he the torch in their story, but he also wants that responsability. He wants the torch to be given to him, and that is why he works so much to proove to others that he is an adventurer worth giving a responsability (no matter how unlucky he may be)
the twin pyro archon thing might be from the fact that Neuvillette's introduction page on hoyolab has a quote by Xbalanque, who is named after a Mayan mythological figure who had a twin brother, and Xbalanque's quote names him as "One entombed with the Primal Fire", which sounds either Archon or Sovereign-ish. Whether Xbalanque is the/an archon or not, we're very likely to meet him at least.
maybe it centres around the reclamation of a rightful throne then - implying the other twin is associated with ash, it fits with the overall teyvat theme of stealing power (e.g. heavenly principles stealing dragon thrones etc)
I don't think Xbalanque is Sovereign. He talks about them as if he doesn't belong to them, and Neuvillette said that people in Natlan don't like Sovereigns.
I did watch a Nathan theory video yesterday and they said that in Aztec and Mayan Empires, there were two sibling gods that each resembled the sun and moon respectively and I’m pretty sure Xbalanque is a sibling god so they could be one of the archons fighting for the title
Coming back at this, it didn't really spoil the full story, but he did predict the archons changing part, this theory can also be applied to the ancient names. Really cool to see this theory be true, it shows how much genshin has been planning
I've read Chevreuse story and wow i can't believe it, the passing of torch from a parental figure to their next successor theory is true! Chevreuse's father, Monsieur Donatello, was an ex Maison Gardiennage, has violated the Gardes regulations and becomes a criminal. After finished serving his sentence, Monsieur Donatello was now serving in the Special Patrol. The officers and members (Donatello's friends) of the Special Patrol had made preparations ahead of time for Chevreuse to learn from them in the field, learning all about the relevant work in advance. Though Donatello was still uneasy about his daughter following in his footsteps, she had completed all the training he had prepared for her. Chevreuse had given it her all, passing even those trials designed expressly to frustrate and vex her. Now Chevreuse has taken up the post of Captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol.
Something you didn't mention, some NPCs we've talked to DO go to Natlan and seem to like it there. There's one in Inazuma who went to the hotsprings there and later made artificial ones for Inazuma, Augustus Lovelace an NPC traveling in Sumeru said "crossing the desert to Natlan sounds nice, too", and Moglane one of the clerks in Meropide says she really wants to take a vacation to Natlan. Lectoure a Fontine NPC has a girlfriend in Natlan and worries about being able to integrate with all the different tribes. Whatever is said about war, the NPCs seem to be able to come and go freely. I don't think that would be the case if the locals were all killing eachother 24/7. Knowing Genshin, the "war" is some kind of combat game or sport where anyone who wants to join can fight or "throw their hat in the ring" and the strongest gets something out of it, possibly leadership/archon status like you suggested.
Yeah, NPC dialogue keeps mentioning people taking vacations in Natlan and relaxing there, and Baizhu's story quest even has a family take their kid there to heal. There's no way the whole thing is a 24/7 warzone if people can do that. To add to this, the Aztecs, an established inspiration for Natlan, were known for their "flower wars"--scheduled ritual battles to keep conflicts going without resorting to full-on resource intensive warfare.
Nah, no hate but we’ve seen 3 Khanreians compared to 1 person from Natlan. (Comic does not count.) 3 chars from a dead nation with a people that shouldn’t even exist. They’re not showing Natlan characters likely because they will likely have custom models. Natlan is Aztec tribe/Sub-Saharan African tribe inspired. That latter part is important. They will likely look very different from the “normal” Genshin chars to fit Chinese stereotypes of Sub-Saharan Africa. Would love to be proven wrong on any of this in a few months.
@@aquasis995 you completely overestimate Hoyoverse's work ethic. They will NOT put that much effort into a nation lmao. Chances are the characters will mostly be pale like Sumeru.
Even Arlecchino holds the trait required to receive a pyro vision, in her killing the previous "father" and taking his role as "father" of The House of Hearth.
@@Izyume She never received a pyro vision, and instead became a being made of liquid flame from the grief of losing her husband. She received a cryo delusion from the fatui to tame her form, which is why her fight begins with cryo, then she breaks free from it, and is pyro
Okay as soon as you said that Mexico was one of the inspirations for Natlan it clicked for me. I took a mesoamerican archeology course last semester, and something that came to mind while watching was The New Fire Ceremony. I recommend looking it up but it deals with a lot of the themes you mentioned in reference to Natlan. Every 52 years the Aztecs would “reset” and their two main calendars would align to start again on the same day. To prepare, people would throw out their things, clean their homes and the streets, and put out all fires. Priests dressed as gods would climb the summit of the sacred volcanic mountain. In full view of the basin below, they would cut out the heart of a living human sacrifice and a fire was started in the chest cavity. This flame would then be transferred to the city where, from pyre to pyre, all the temples fires would be lit once more. They thought the sun would stop existing and Star goddesses would descend upon them and eat humanity if the ceremony failed.
I’ve done the Natlan quests that are out so far and it turns out that the “passing down the torch to their successor” thing is actually a super central and important thing in the Natlan lore! Wow! How did this guy know!? 🤯
Now that Natlan is released, bro is not just cooking- they're the owner of all 5 star kitchen. He keeps hitting all the marks so far, scarily accurate even. I'm sure there'll be holes in this theory at some point but WOW he got many BIG things right
The way that Gaming is now a character and his whole story revolved around him and his dad's relationship and how he didn't want to be apart of his dad's business is actually insane! I think that this theory may have just nailed everything on the head @~@
Actually no not at all! There was a throwaway line in Gaming story that talks about how his own father has a similar personality; breaking away from his family's business of tea farming to become a merchant. In that sense, Gaming breaking away from his father's business is also a passing of the torch as well. They also talk about how though Gaming inherited his mother's way of thinking and way of communication, his personality is almost one to one with his father so much so that they will butt heads if they had lived under the same roof. (Gaming's words not mine)
I've been thinking about dendro and I think their connection might be isolation? Both self inflicted and coming from others. Collei was isolated because of her illness, Alhaitham was isolated because of his personality, Baizhu self-isolates so he won't pass the contract to another, Kaveh was isolated because of his determination to see things through (when he received his vision, the other students all abandoned the project he wanted to continue on), Tighnari was isolated because of his heritage (his fellow students treated him a bit like a mascot), Kirara was isolated as a youkai, Yaoyao used to lived in a secluded village, isolated from the rest of the world.
I think you're into something, maybe is not just one trait that grants the visions. See all pyro character seems to be both passionate and have receive the torch from their predecessors. And dendro character were isolated but eager to learn.
@@hectoruco3073 wait this is actually perfect, especially as nahida's story is about her being isolated but ready to learn about humans and emotions, etc., and it fits with pretty much all dendro characters, i 100% believe this
Hey!! This is kinda what I thought too! I said maybe it had something to do with being trapped (trapped basically also meaning isolated) literally or figuratively, so I'm happy to know that someone else sorta thinks this!
Oh one quick thing to clarify: Kazuha got his anemo vision before his friend was executed, hence why they were both being perused during the vision hunt decree. If we’re going by this line of thought, the lost loved one that could have granted him his vision could be his father or the rest of his family that died. Although, if we take the Teyvat is stuck in a time loop theory into account, Kazuha’s friend still could have been the one who granted him the vision because his death was inevitable.
Kazuha had still experience loss before the execution of his friend. His clan declined in strength and finance, his dad supposedly died, and there was a huge fight within his family. His friend is by no means the "loss" he experienced to get the vision. Same goes for Jean who's family ALSO got into a fight leading to a divorce where her and Barbara were seperated.
i think his friend is a red herring, we know from kazuha’s story quest and from the wanderer AQ that his clan/family had been completely destroyed by the time he had grown up. In his character story, “As the young master of the house, Kazuha could do nothing but watch as his family's future crumbled around him. But as helpless as this made him feel, when the moment came that the home was officially repossessed and the last attendant was finally dismissed, he breathed a sigh of relief: As far as he was concerned, this was a golden opportunity to begin leading a free and wandering life.” the last line is obviously the most important, rather than tie himself to the sorrows of his families collapse from what wanderer did in the past, kazuha decided that he could be free of inheritance and traditional clan life. this is what makes him anemo, but the dead friend thing obviously adds to it lol
11:28 I've always headcanoned the criteria for Dendro specifically is a love of life, along with a kind of curiosity and willingness to explore all facets of life that comes from that love. I think you're spot on regarding the overall criteria for the elements tho! I've seen it pop up here and there in a few fics, but I don't think I've ever seen it explicitly spelled out like you did here (which I appreciate a lot)! This theory is cooking!!!! It's also a reminder for me to go watch your other Genshin vids at some point (not right now tho because it is... almost 11:30 pm lol)
That could make sense, actually. While I don't know much about all of the Dendro vision bearers, Tighnari is a Forest Watcher- he heals people and plants, Collei received her vision for rescuing a child lost in the forest, Baizhu is a pharmacist who quite literally trades his own life energy for his patients, and Yaoyao takes care of her elders- in a way, preserving their lives.
@@Asukkinne. like I said, I don't know everything about all the characters, and Kaveh is unfortunately one I don't know very well. I stopped playing Genshin several months ago, and I never had Kaveh or played his hangout event, so I don't know him very well.
Im not even a genshin fan but i love hearing people talk about things they genuinely enjoy even if i have no idea what they are talking about, Also happy new year everyone
Adding onto what you mentioned about twins- I’m religious, following the huehuemexicayotl faith, and a lot of our gods are twins, or triplets or other such relations. And typically, they would either war in the bickering ways of gods, or have very very strong loyalties to each other. So I’m really hoping they bring that in, or maybe something to do with duality which is really big in our faith and was really big for our ancestors
really ABD cooked with this omg But about Venti's voiceline about the pyro archon and geo archon, he's mostly talking about how they were in the past! Canonically, Zhongli *was* pretty hardheaded in the past, especially around their early archon days. so, Venti's description of the Pyro archon could still be true in some way, with the original pyro archon being just as he describes back in the day! either way super super good theory as a Genshin OC maker myself I am taking this and running with it thank you for your service.
Chevreuse following her father’s footsteps as the Captain. Gaming’s father teaching him the wushou dance but also wanting to pass him the tea business. Arlecchino taking “Mother’s” role as the knave and father of the house of the hearth. Very well thought! I always thought about a burning passion for what they do but that passing the torch theory seems to be spot on.
the idea of passing the torch through family of some form (not just father figures i think) being a vision criteria is being proven more and more by natlan. especially with the concept of ancient names. this theory has aged amazingly well
I really hope this catches on in the greater community, and I enjoyed the different approach to visions and think it makes more sense than the more flat feeling alternatives the community has made so far. It feels more dynamic and interesting. I think the idea of a rotating pyro archon seat would be interesting simply because its a dynamic we haven't seen before in-game, and would give them an excuse to flesh out the archon "throning" system fontaine's story set up. I think this is plausible and my fingers are crossed that they go in that direction!! Really good video, dude!!
This makes so much sense from a HI3 player point of view (I don't play it anymore but I do know some plot points), because murata himeko was like a parent to kiana who INHERITED himeko's flames after she died. This seems like a plausible reference that hoyoverse might do.
@pchs I want Murata to be Himeko so bad, but at the same time, there are so many hints that Murata will die or is already dead... I can't go through that again man....
As someone who has been into Genshin for a long time and watched lots of theorists before, your video was such a breath of fresh air. The thing about "passing the torch" fits perfectly! Most theorists I've seen talk mostly about the travelers and paimon, it's so rare to see someone talk about Natlan and the Pyro Archon, not only that, I loved the editing and little animations you made, it was super enjoyable!! You have my utmost thumbs up! :D
Pyro characters are also insanely passionate about what they do, Amber is passionate about the knights and being an outrider, Bennett is passionate about being an adventurer, Dehya a mecenary, Diluc about bringing justice, Thoma with the Kamisato's, Xianling about cooking, Yoimiya about making fireworks, and Lyney about magic and keeping his family safe. Also I'd like to point out that Lynette lost her parents, her vision really has nothing do with loosing Lyney. All in all, its a good theory
another point id like to say, Venti has not been here for long at all, hes been dorment for 500 years. So i do not think Venti has any clue with whats going on with the other Archons now, because the Archon war and the cataclysm is all he knew of them. His opinion of them is obscured because he doesn't know them
Yes I've noticed that too! Pyro characters dedicate themselves to something they love, and share it enthusiastically with those around them, almost like the warmth that emanates from a flame.
Kirara is passionate about deliveries. Chiori is passionate about fashion. Lisa is passionate about being a librarian to the point of surrendering from Academia to be a gull time librarian. Furina is passionate about theaters. Sucrose is passionate about Alchemy. I think it just happened that the Pyro characters are passionate about something but being passionate is also present in almost all characters.
I was fascinated by your work when I first watched this and now with Natlan released , I can't help but giggle because you were so right, you definitely predicted the main topics and themes of the Pyro Archon and Natlan.
20:01 came back almost a full year later to say you cooked and got it right. To add, Arlecchino also inherited the mantle of harbinger from her “mother” so you are right, it’s not exclusive to fathers in general. Especially with Mavuika, it’s a literal passing down of archon-hood from the lore we know so far.
if there is a focus on twins or siblings like the rumor, i think it'll follow the current theme of, "there can only be one of us." From the beginning of the game, plot points have frequently included clones or twins and only one survives. Most people think it hints to the traveling twins, but if there is anything sibling related it natlan, i think it could add to that as another nudge.
I don't think the twin will die or anything like that. Venti has somewhat of an ability to predict the future via songs from the future and he has a line called "About us: Heroes" that goes "Haha, once the (hero[aether]/heroine[Lumine]) in the song has actually rescued the (princess[Abyss Lumine]/prince[Abyss Aether]), I will ensure this song spreads to every corner of the continent!". He already knows you'll be able to rescue your sibling.
@@itsyaboichilde5397 Venti's voicelines. You can look in the wiki and see for yourself, he's one of the most suspicious archons because of being worshipped alongside the god of time, Istaroth.
Same, both working on a new one and reworking an old one I was very disappointed in. They still don't look super genshin, but they're much better than before
After three pyro characters and Natlan teaser trailer Congratulations I believe you nailed it gg 🥳 I liked your approach so much i was always wondering about the common part between the characters and for now i am totally convened that this is the way Genshin goes with visions.
Im watching this after natlan has come out, and you were right about whos the pyro archon changing and not always being the same person, and the strongest person becomes the pyro archon
You also got the anemo one correct for sure, Xianyun's lore has a point of being close friends with Guizhong and both shared a love for mechanics. after Guizhong died, she modified the Guizhong Ballista in her memory.
One thing about dendro characters is that they are all very goal oriented and career focused. Alhaitham is easily the most powerful person in sumeru, and intentionally limits himself to have less oversight. Tighnari is the head ranger. emilie started a whole brand. kirara started a delivery company (or at the very least is the best delivery person there) baizu is the most acomplished doctor in the world. Or they are focused on personal growth, like yao yao and colei.
(Adding on to what you were saying; also SPOILERS FOR LIYUE AND FONTAINE'S STORIES) If we're going with the twins theory, then maybe the reason Capitano is going to Natlan is in hopes that helping one of the twins defeat the other will result in said twin giving him the Pyro Gnosis as a "thank you" gift or deal fulfillment (similar to what happened between Signora and Zhongli). Another thing to note is that the resurrection title in the story overview video has been theorized to mean the resurrection of the 3rd descender, but it's full-well possible that there is a double meaning between that and the resurrection of the Pryo Archon title.
WAIT IS THAT WHY THE TSARITSA IS GATTHERING THE GNOSIS??? TO RESSURECT THE THIRD DESCENDER TO CHALLENGE THE PRIMORIDIAL ONE???? YO WAIT A FAT FUCKING MINUTE- THAT THEORY KINDA FUCKS!!! man natlan is shaping up to be really fucking interesting
@tarantulalovelace9947 my predictions for natlan is that the 3rd descender will be resurrected there or maybe the pyro archon will be resurrected to beat something and then she will give the gnosis to the fatui.....I heard that columbina is there so I believe capitano job is to get that gnosis while columbina job is resurrection
Not only did you guess many things accurately but i think this could also explain why we couldnt resonate with pyro which literally has never happened before, after all we are something of a local celebrities plus dig and deal with the secrets of this world, we are at the heart of the adventure guild, have a huge bound with our sibling aaand throu the aranara quest the sibling is akin to a wiser half who already travelled the same path. So resonating with all these elements might not have been simply becuz of the leylines, we genuinely can relate somewhat to the archons throu our experiences. But then again we never had the experience of "passing the torch" YET, it just makes sense that we suddenly can't resonate with pyro.
bro did not pay attention at all lmao. we can't resonate since there is a drought of pyro energy in natlan not only because of the leylines but also because of the abyss interfering with the night kingdom
@@mptyalln I paid plenty attention "bro" Like paimon said it might've been caused by abyssal interference or the contamination of the night realm-,, but at the end of the day we're just theorising and neither this or that explanation is canonical. Until more chapters are released to me the vision distribution system still provides a lot of food for thought.
@@hania264 It's either what you said, or what the other guy said. OR both factors are affecting why we, the traveler, can't have the Pyro element yet. We won't know yet.
You should be a theorist for this game ISTG!!! You called it MONTHS ago, Mauvika is the current Pyro Archon, The Pyro archons DO CHANGE and they Inherit the will and memories of the past Archons and the First Archon (Xibilanque, prolly incorrect spelling sorry)
I do want to mention, Cheveruse does actually talk about her father during the rose and musket event!! She inherits the “business” so to speak of her father being a part of the special survailenxe division. I do want to mention also, Arlecchino/“Father” also has a pyro vision, and she did inherit the “father” title too.
Considering that the name Murata is most likely from the name "Murata Himeko" in Honkai Impact 3rd, there's a very likely chance that she is dead. HOYOVERSE WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS TO POOR HIMEKO 😭😭😭!!
@@emiliereal104 I was going to say whenever Hoyoverse makes an expy they don't change that character's nationality, but i remembered that that's not always true Theresa/Kallen & Nahida/Rukkhadavata, Pardo & Kirara. So it very well could be Kiana. Her Herrscher Of Flamescion form also fits perfectly with the story and she also uses Greatsword like Murata Himeko. It could also be Fu Hua aswell because "The Phoneix" and the theme of "Resurraction" in Natlan. Her and Kiana are also one of the only few characters that has a close realtionship with Himeko. I would honestly be happy with any of them bc i love them all but i just hope we get a playable Murata Himeko in genshin. She's irrelavant in Hi3 and hardly used in Hsr
This still holds true for Arlecchino as well, whether you consider Pierro as that 'father figure' (which is a bit of a stretch tbh) with the passing of the title of Knave and Harbinger, or if you count Crucabena as that 'mother figure', with her crowning Arlecchino as the next 'king' of The House of the Hearth. And while Crucabena didn't technically pass down the title of Harbinger and Knave willingly, it was still, technically speaking, passed down in a way. Crazy
i need you to know that i saw the name of this video pop up in my notifications and immediately cackled and asked, out loud, “Alex what did you DO” off to actually watch the video now! i’m excited for Natlan so this should be good :3 EDIT: First of all, I genuinely LOVE this theory and really hope some of it becomes true because it’s genuinely one of the most interesting I’ve heard! Second, that sneaky little Phoenix Wright portrait KILLED me. Excellently done. EDIT 2: And yes, Chevreuse fits the theme! She tells the Traveler about her father during the event quest. EDIT 3: Also yes I am absolutely using some of your vision breakdowns for my own OCs. They are very appreciated :3
@@Ardorstorm Hey, never to late to make one! Genshin’s a really fun sandbox to play with, you’ve got tons of options! (I may or may not have gone from two OCS to about 7-8 in the last month or two)
Bro you cooked! I didn’t think of Pyro being associated with passing down a torch, I thought it was just characters having a a burning passion for what they do! But this seems to be the case, looking at the character’s stories. And yes this holds true with Chevreuse in the Roses and Muskets event too so good on you for making an accurate prediction! I can’t wait for Natlan as we know almost nothing about it! Glad a found your channel! I love your art and animations!
You are incredibly on point, considering the newest update! Guess what, here’s a snippet GaMing’s character story 1: “Thanks to his father's hard work, at least Gaming no longer had to experience the backbreaking daily grind of farm work, nor would he have to start a business from scratch. But as they say, "like father, like son"”
As I see, every archon quest has some key factor simmilar yet opposal to the previous one. Venti is the archon in disguise, but although he initialy hides this info, he does not hid it until the end. Zhongli is also an archon in disguise, but in oposition to Venti, he hides it until the very end. 'Where are those who share the memory?': Zhongli lost many friends but is dealing well, reasonably, with this fact, and grew very suportive and deffensive of his nation as way to cope with grief; Ei lost friends, and is taking centuries and centuries to learn how to deal with it, meanwhile she grew distant of her nation and is actually hurtful to many of her people. Nahida inherits the title from someone identycal to her that perished byt this info ends up secret to her people, just like Ei took the archon position from her twin but no one knew it. Furina is also a part of the original archon, created by her with the aim of fighting a greater enemy, just like Nahida was made by Rukhadevata so that she could retain her power and fight forbidden knowledge. For Natlan, I think the great show, the key, will be related to 'who is the true archon'. And, as Furina's glow was to pretend to be an Archon when she wasnt, I think the Pyro one will either pretend not to be an archon (and successfully do it rather than doing it as Venti and Zhongli) or to not even know they are an Archon (to contrast with Furina- she knew she wasnt the one but remained in position- they pribably are living a normal life either in battlefield or reclused). Just my thoughts. Sorry if there are spelling mistakes, I am pretty sleepy now
Well, yes, in fact all Archons parallel each other (for example, Ei compared her struggles with Furina), it is always something different from the other previous Archons. However, one thing I am sure about Natlan is that the ending will be connected to Venti's ideals of freedom, as all the previous nations, in addition to their main themes, have involved freedom. I would say it is one of the most important ideals in Genshin.
@@hadeness789for sure, especially with the heavy emphasis on resurrection. every AQ has ended pretty well for each nation. i think natlan will probably have people unite to fight something else rather than between themselves, like how in fontaine the traveler went from being in the courtroom prosecuting furina to immediately learning the prophecy was actually caused by the whale, which is also what interrupts the trial itself. it’s very direct lol
It may be possible that Venti's voiceline was referencing to when Zhongli was younger (around the time of his partnership with Guizhong). It seems that Guizhong was the brains and Zhongli the muscles in their partnership; Zhongli must've gotten wiser through the years with all the experience he'd gained. Also, loved this analysis!
Chevreuse inherited her dad's job (and trauma from him), Gaming inherited trauma from his dad (and part of his personality) and Arlecchino is LITERALLY a father. Who inherited trauma from a "parental" figure. Abd COOKED with this one
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who noticed the reoccuring backstory themes! With the recent event that came to pass for this update (4.3), I think there's a lot of things from this theory that do indeed hold water! I'm looking forward to the next Lantern Rite to meet GaMing and learn what his deal is as a street performer. We know Chevreuse has a father figure that gave her the knowledge and resolve needed to become who she is now in the special surveillance patrol, so I think it's safe to say that we might see a similar theme real soon with the new characters coming in future updates! If you'll permit me, I do have my own thoughts about the backstory themes regarding dendro that I'd like to add to the conversation. One thing I've noticed as a part of the backstory themes for dendro (since this one is very much indeed hard to pin down with how little of a roster we have at the moment) is that a majority of the dendro characters have trouble communicating in general. For example, Alhaitham is very well known for his stoic and blunt demenor (even going as far as to some speculating that he is autistic coded). Collei is also known to be struggling in communicating via forms of writing and with what we know in the webcomic regarding her previous experiences, she's always had a hard time opening up and understanding others. Kaveh often misunderstands intentions of others and will get ahead of himself, often burying himself in his work for the sake of a client and providing the best result possible. And of course Nahida is trying to understand the thoughts and feelings of other people, but albeit through rather intrusive ways like reading minds. This might not be entirely one to one if I've missed a few things, but I think it's a strong possibility that the struggle to communicate in general might be an overall theme among the dendro characters. Sorry for the wall of text, this just really triggered all my braincells to explode with excitement over this conversation and I hope I've added something to it. I certainly do hope this theory pans out and even if it doesn't, I can say that this was fun ^^
that might be it! Kirara is a yokai cat trying to interact with humans. So there was most likely a struggle to communicate there at the beginning. Folks thought Baizhu might secretly be a villain because of how little he talked in the liyue archon quest. But he's just a quiet guy with a talking snake. Yaoyao is a little harder to pin down, because she seems to just be a people pleaser. With no real issues communicating with others. But we only know her from last lantern rite. So it's very likely we're just missing that part of her backstory.
23:00 even though this was made 7-8 months before natlans release, this is honestly a great theory, because it coincides with Ashikai's theory about Simulanka. the name doesnt necessarily matter, just that the role is fulfilled (like her point about Scaramouche or the connection to the Kaveh-Story quest afterwards (not his hangout)). im not too good at explaining things but this is just something i noticed and i urge you to watch Ashikai's video on Simulanka
As someone who's super invested in Genshin lore, I came into this video with lots of doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised that your predictions for Natlan were very similar to mine! The specific part about siblings fighting for the Pryo Archon's throne is something I thought of as well because there is a theme of duality and twins in Aztec mythology. The theme of a parental figure connecting the Pyro characters was also something I never noticed until you pointed it out, but it makes sense. All I have to add is that I hope we learn more about Bennett when we get to Natlan because he's super interesting in his own right. I'm curious as to how he survived in the Mare Jivari as a baby before that adventurer found him and his similar appearance to Iansan. Anyways, great theory!
I’m pretty sure in the musket and roses event chevruse talks a bit about her father and how he taught her many lessons like to not give up so this is a really good theory!!
What if the Dendro connection is centered on self-sacrifice? Nahida’s predecessor gave up her life to try to stop the Withering, Nahida gave up her memories during the archon quest, Baizhu sacrifices his health to heal others. Not sure about the others but that was a connection that came to me while listening
Tighnari sacrifices his sanity to make sure Cyno has company 😭 /j Although for real, I do agree I think selflessness has somrthing to do with dendro. I believe it's Shadow Gaming that made a video about vision and mentioned this too. Collei sacrifices herself to go find a lost kid all alone in the woods without Tighnari since he was away just to make sure she was safe and not alone. Tighnari if I'm not mistaken went out on a limb at risk of destroying his reputation & credibility to question a lecturer and as a result ended up creating a whole line of research as well. 🤔
Howdy y’all, thanks for stopping by - and here’s wishing y’all a very merry 2024!!! 🥳🎉
I’m ringin' in the new year with a real experimental video here but I could NOT get this train of thought outta my brain without making something about it, 'cause never hearing anybody talk about some of the patterns I was noticing was driving me bonkers sdgfdks - please do lemme know what you reckon of this vid and these theories here in the comments! (^^)/
EDIT: WOW this is reaching much farther afield than I thought it would -- hi again y'all! Real quick for clarifications' sake: the main themes of each archon (freedom, justice, etc) are ABSOLUTELY still a major crux for any character getting a vision of that archon's element, same goes for many other theories folks have! (tho that said, idk if all the pyro characters really stick to a "war" theme...🤔💭 but that's neither here nor there atp 'cause I've already made a whole video about them all sgdfshkfs-- anYWAY-)
My b if I didn't make it clear enough in-video here, but I'm really just fascinated by ALSO - (alongside those more-established theories and canon themes) - analysing the way that characters of any given element *connect with the people around them*, because there are definitely some really interesting patterns to be found when looking from that angle, and I haven't seen it explored before! 🔍✨

happy new years and got to love the moments when your ADHD causes you to stumble into a theory that may or may not hold water

I haven't watched the video yet but from this comment I'm guessing it talks about family being associated with Pyro? I saw someone else mention somewhere that Pyro could have something to do with family or legacy (forgot which one, or both) rather than passion, and after thinking about it I realised that it is *definitely* the case, Arlecchino and Lyney are prime examples but you can see it in a lot of others too, I think the only one I'm not sure on is Xinyan but that's bc I don't really know about her, but I can also see how it can tie in with the tribes of Natlan

kaeya tho? very bad theory here. 20 minutes of lies.
the idea of natlan’s archon seat having to be won (and the gnosis should come with that) is held up by the fact that capitano, the harbinger currently in natlan, has “thrown his hat into the endless ring of war,” and so if he wins, he would obtain the gnosis and be able to give it to the tsaritsa. that makes him look less like some battle-hungry guy duking it out for the hell of it like childe and instead gives him a clear motivation. very cool theory, and im looking forward to seeing if it works out later this year!
Also adding a very important nuance of distinction between Childe/Ajax's thrill seeking chasing of battle, treating it like a game VS Capitano the "captain's" considered, strategic approach to more serious warfare
Tournament arc? 👀
So we ARE fighting Capitano after all 😭
This also explains why the researchers in genshin haven't found the common thread between the elements of the Visions users. I mean, not all of them are gonna give their level 10 friendship backstories to a random researcher, yknow?
I think there's a wiki for that tho

yup, she’s the youngest playable adepti and if her father is also an adeptus then it makes sense as an intergenerational passing of the torch

Thank you so much dude!! 💖
I thought that too, I've become sick of watching the same old cutscene as stock footage in genshin lore videos
THIS!!! The video edit and the poster's calm narration and occasional chuckle made me stay and watch the whole theory.
OMG YEA TY I knew I was forgetting something for Lyney! 💖🪄
I also wanna add how arle wants him to be her successor which is something else

'Passing the torch' is so simple but elegant AND a pun. Theory accepted!
another thing that could be taken from that quote at the beginning is that it could be referring to the hair color inherited as well; a physical symbol passed down to show winners and losers since the descendants have red hair (like flames) so perhaps the loser have white hair (like ash). there is a theory that Bennett is Natlanian and, due to the curse on Natlan's land, him being taken is the reason for his luck. This is just me looking at that quote and going "...huh" as I peice things together don't mind me.
okay but that idea about the white hair being like ash and red hair being like fire and it relating to the winners and losers quote is SO CLEVER THOUGH OMG UR MIND 🧠✨
Holy shit that's so real though
Iansan from the Natlan portion of the Travail Trailer also has white hair and green eyes just like Bennett. You could very well be on to something!
Maybe the storylines of Natlan could parallel with Hamlet (?)
i want him to be included in the archon quest omg ,,,,,,
To think bro was right about the pyro archon changing is kinda crazy
This video cooked so hard now that I've played through a good chunk of Natlan, I would actually shake in excitement to see a Snezhnaya theory video on how the visions are connected to the tsaritsa
ikr like please i need a cryo vision - tsaritsa centric theory video
I don’t know if anyone commented this yet, but I think for Jean, Barbara was the main loss, since they were raised separately after their parents split and they barely spoke after that despite Jean desiring to make contact, as she couldn’t face her little sister. Jean didn’t lose Varka until he left, but based on her vision story, I believe Jean had her vision before that.
Since celestia can probably already see what destiny is laid out for vision users, maybe the visions can be given out before they actually meet the quota, since they know they're going to meet it in the future
i agree with your take on Jean.
AH thank you Barbara fully slipped my mind somehow when writing the note for Jean's one! 💖
Some poeple Say That lisa will die
Imagine if it ties both Natlan and Snezhnaya together? The Primal Flame and the Primal Frost being the sovereign siblings and opposites
twin pyro gods that are constantly dueling sounds kinda fire if you ask me
Coming back at this, it didn't really spoil the full story, but he did predict the archons changing part, this theory can also be applied to the ancient names.
@@somotospero9717 well, we have already 3 characters with darker skincolour, so it's not really unimaginable.

Even Arlecchino holds the trait required to receive a pyro vision, in her killing the previous "father" and taking his role as "father" of The House of Hearth.
I'm more Curious on how Rosalyn fits the criteria.
Cause her origin was Pyro while her delusion was Cryo
Yup. You were right. The Pyro Archon is a Role Passed down from one Person to the Next.
It’s so funny that this came out before Chevreuse was released because a huge part of her character is how her dad trained her when she was little.
the closer we get to natlan, the more accurate this theory gets 😭
this video is aging so well
I’ve done the Natlan quests that are out so far and it turns out that the “passing down the torch to their successor” thing is actually a super central and important thing in the Natlan lore! Wow! How did this guy know!? 🤯
Now that Natlan is released, bro is not just cooking- they're the owner of all 5 star kitchen. He keeps hitting all the marks so far, scarily accurate even. I'm sure there'll be holes in this theory at some point but WOW he got many BIG things right
YOU WERE RIGHTTTT! My goodness I hope you feel super good about yourself because I don't think anyone else guessed so accurately the plot of Natlan.
With Arlecchino out now, your theory holds more weight. She inherits her mother's position as "The Knave" and director of the House of the Hearth.
@@pchjun I wasn’t saying that it was breaking the theory I meant that I thought it fit right in to the whole family business passing torch idea…
@@pchjun also Gaming's father is the one who introduced him to wushou dancing by taking him to see one for the first time!
Yes, this could be it!
and obviously nahida
His clan was no longer in their glory though they were once notable. It could just be that he felt that loss. The loss of his heritage and birthright
Wanderer 'lost' as well, his goal/himself or his old self.
kazuha's loss was indeed probably more family related than anything
i think his friend is a red herring, we know from kazuha’s story quest and from the wanderer AQ that his clan/family had been completely destroyed by the time he had grown up. In his character story,
“As the young master of the house, Kazuha could do nothing but watch as his family's future crumbled around him. But as helpless as this made him feel, when the moment came that the home was officially repossessed and the last attendant was finally dismissed, he breathed a sigh of relief: As far as he was concerned, this was a golden opportunity to begin leading a free and wandering life.”
the last line is obviously the most important, rather than tie himself to the sorrows of his families collapse from what wanderer did in the past, kazuha decided that he could be free of inheritance and traditional clan life. this is what makes him anemo, but the dead friend thing obviously adds to it lol

Well...ALL of the Pyro characters we've gotten since this theory (Gaming, Chevreuse, and Arlecchinno) follow this pattern. Damn.
really ABD cooked with this omg
But about Venti's voiceline about the pyro archon and geo archon, he's mostly talking about how they were in the past!
YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE PYRO ARCHON TILTE THINGGGGGGGG
Chevreuse following her father’s footsteps as the Captain. Gaming’s father teaching him the wushou dance but also wanting to pass him the tea business. Arlecchino taking “Mother’s” role as the knave and father of the house of the hearth. Very well thought! I always thought about a burning passion for what they do but that passing the torch theory seems to be spot on.
the idea of passing the torch through family of some form (not just father figures i think) being a vision criteria is being proven more and more by natlan. especially with the concept of ancient names. this theory has aged amazingly well
you should genuinely make more genshin theories this was amazing and aged so well!!

Most theorists I've seen talk mostly about the travelers and paimon, it's so rare to see someone talk about Natlan and the Pyro Archon, not only that, I loved the editing and little animations you made, it was super enjoyable!! You have my utmost thumbs up! :D
congratulations! you accurately predicted the Natlan's plot
This aged very well.
Nice work.
And pyro archons pass the torch…
They switch archons often…
Your predictions have flaws but are pretty accurate
20:01 came back almost a full year later to say you cooked and got it right. To add, Arlecchino also inherited the mantle of harbinger from her “mother” so you are right, it’s not exclusive to fathers in general.
Especially with Mavuika, it’s a literal passing down of archon-hood from the lore we know so far.
... Chevreuse talks extensively about her father and became a member of the Special Patrol just like him. You might be on to something here.
if there is a focus on twins or siblings like the rumor, i think it'll follow the current theme of, "there can only be one of us." From the beginning of the game, plot points have frequently included clones or twins and only one survives.
BACK AFTER THE RELEASE, BRO YOU WERE RIGHT WHAT-!

man this vid aged like fine osmanthus wine
I enjoyed this theory so much as its still holds true to the new release pyro characters after this video, Chevruese, Gaming and Arlecchino
One thing about dendro characters is that they are all very goal oriented and career focused.
Alhaitham is easily the most powerful person in sumeru, and intentionally limits himself to have less oversight.
Tighnari is the head ranger.
emilie started a whole brand.
kirara started a delivery company (or at the very least is the best delivery person there)
baizu is the most acomplished doctor in the world.
@@mptyalln I paid plenty attention "bro"
Like paimon said it might've been caused by abyssal interference or the contamination of the night realm-,, but at the end of the day we're just theorising and neither this or that explanation is canonical. Crazy

I argee with ur edit 3 because this and the previous Genshin videos are making want to rework them to fit Alex's theory about how the visions work.
LMAO LOVE THAT😂😂😂😂 I think I had a similar reaction lol
Edit 3 is so real, I want to do it too lol, but I don't have any Genshin ocs
Guess what, here’s a snippet GaMing’s character story 1:
“Thanks to his father's hard work, at least Gaming no longer had to experience the backbreaking daily grind of farm work, nor would he have to start a business from scratch. But as they say, "like father, like son"”
Arlecchino and "mother"!!!!! Bro, your theory is sounding better with each new pyro character that comes out
This was so much fun to watch! id totally be down for more stuff like this. Im not able to play genshin so i love hearing about it and all the lore
Omgggggggggggggg
I am so stocked. I never forgot this video and holy moly, you did an amazing job predicting the plot! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
THIS AGED LIKE FINE WINE
I’m pretty sure in the musket and roses event chevruse talks a bit about her father and how he taught her many lessons like to not give up so this is a really good theory!!
What if the Dendro connection is centered on self-sacrifice? Nahida’s predecessor gave up her life to try to stop the Withering, Nahida gave up her memories during the archon quest, Baizhu sacrifices his health to heal others. Not sure about the others but that was a connection that came to me while listening
Kaveh sacrifices his well-being, finances and security to create beautiful things 😅
Tighnari sacrifices his sanity to make sure Cyno has company 😭 /j
Although for real, I do agree I think selflessness has somrthing to do with dendro.
What about Alhaitham ?
It definitely holds with Baizhu; self sacrifice is the entire theme of his character
@@colineberdou9180he sacrificed his own space for kaveh lol
