Tell me about it but how do u help the fatigue u get just started being a selector I’m a pretty strong woman but I went as far as eating good and doing muscle training working in a freezer warehouse AINT a joke at all. I thought I invest in warmers don’t do it they don’t work gd enough imma get the charging heated work gloves see how that work.😩😩
@@shymommieTv you just get used to it over time ive been selecting since i was 18 im 23 now lol
I literally got frost bite on my face not having the right clothing. At one point it made my joints sore but as soon as I left my body became better
@@shymommieTv dry food is easier on your body I personally wouldnt work in a freezer ive done it once for like 6 months
Did the same type of work for Budweiser. They wanted us to pick 200+ cases per hour working 12-14 hours lol
Damn
Hard Hours Pay!👊👊
Same at pepsi
Coca Cola wants us to do 280 cases per hour for 12-14 hours
Leading the world in quality material handling products.
As someone who used to work in pepsi factory “ I’ll not tell where exactly “.
They are usually focus to make you work much faster than that xD
Exactly this isn't accurate they will fire us if we don't pick fast enough 😂😂😂
What do you guys do? I’m just asking cause I want to work for Pepsi I just don’t know what to apply for.
@@anahicruz8272 congrat_amelia on instagram, If u want details just send me a msg there xD
"Alright we got million cases to pick today before kick out (14 hour shifts and 5-6 days a week)."

I work at Pepsi and I do this. It's definitely back breaking but good money. If u ain't fit, I don't recommend applying for this job
How much are your paychecks weekly??
@@dbdb1681 Where I live your paychecks could be 1500 a week
Bro did they drug test u fam
@@munchiebigwins33 yeah they drug test
I believe that it isn't just fitness you need for this job.
From my perspective, as one who is considering it and having dealt with pallets during overnight shift at a grocery store, that you need to be fit, tempered, and definitely determined to keep up such laboring work.
Nice from Buena Park, CA Pepsico
Who put all those pallet stickers in the side bays??
i break my back, wrist, this job is very hard you must be mentally strong to be ale to do it
This is so weird to see that you have to have a separate device just for that. We use some older variant of the jungheinrich ece series low level order picker and the forks on those go up to waist/stomach height so we dont need this thing. and offloading the pallet is also way easier
2:10 😂 now he's picking of the floor and lifting onto the pallet. It's only convenient when the load happens to be in the same hight. But when i see this, it makes no sense to lift it onto a "to high" platform. I can see some practical use for it, but for most warehouses i used to work at, this would only slow me down in my work.
Ergonomics!
olico extraterrestres 👍
That’s looks good but when they deliver it to the store the one who gonna suffer are the merchandiser they did a lot of bending specially putting it to the shelf
@Grandma Gertrude ur intitled with your own opinion!
As a merchandiser that switched to picking, picking most definitely is harder.
Yeah i’m a merchandiser and i guarantee working in the warehouse would be tougher
Warehouse pickers touch way more product then merchandisers/stockers
Be a selector in a freezer and then rethink what h just said cause this don’t make no sense 😒
Wish they would have had this when I worked for Pepsi.
Where is the warehouse
I am a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, can I go and work for you? If possible, please help

@@mjohnson5716 the pay varies, I’m live in South Florida and out of the 4 warehouses down here. I work at the highest paying one at $21 per hour. The one in medley (Miami) pay 17.50. While the other two pays less BUT it’s a Union. I’m a picker (build pallets) and out of my 10 year work experience, it’s hands down the most physical job I have ever worked. I’ve been an athlete my while life. One shift doesn’t even compare to my most intense workouts lol. I’m covered in sweat head to toe so much that my thick work pants stick to my legs. If all of that doesn’t bother you, give it a try. Weekly pay with weekly performance incentives.
I might Pepsi a try because I wanna lose weight
Oh you’ll lose weight. Maybe in the first month seriously
If that's the case. Wouldn't be easier to just use a forklift? And lift it and lower it to your needs. Then load the truck?
as a Pepsi warehouse loader we’ve been saying this for years and the company has yet to listen. they continue to buy more walkie riders and transition to GEObox trucks when it would be easier to keep using route/bay trucks and buy more forklifts so we don’t have to wait for replen on pick aisles and we can load trucks ourselves
It takes longer for you to get in and out a lift to pick orders than a palket jack.. never have I seen a company use lifts to select orders..
@@tonyrusso6983 what does a loader do
When you're pushing out 50k cases a day. You need the man power on walkies.
@@chengsaeteurn804 there is one pepsi warehouse ive seen in asbury NJ where they only use forklifts to pick its a small warehouse and less people but those boys moved good.

Hello i want to have a job
This would great decrease productivity
Lol
Basically your paying for this for the first 2 layers of pallet
he would never make rate moving at that speed.
[first guy]
Yup they expect 225 cases an hour that's backbreaking work. There's a reason it's 19 to 22 an hour here in California at Pepsi
@@JohnS-il1dr i woud say lucky, but i hated being at work till 5qm
In Minnesota we make $27 warehouse picker
@@minnesota6125 made 16 here
This will never work in a high production warehouse. We stack it, wrap it and drop it. All that extra stuff is not efficient
Next it will take your job
Shitest job ever , your back will give way after 3 days .
these jobs pay okay. but for a long term career. isn't worth it.
