California Delta Striped Bass Fishing | Rio Vista Pier

Fished a windy one in Rio Vista. Tides weren't ideal but still headed out. Bite started off extremely slow, then as the tide started to turn the bite lit up. Striped Bass fishing using some fresh anchovy and liver. Great to see theres a bunch of hungry fish in the system. With all the extra flow, it should be a great summer!
