LADY SHARON GALE is a 4-Stateroom, classically styled Broward 112' Cockpit Raised Pilothouse M/Y.
Starting from the cockpit that's perfect for staging water activities we step up a flight of stairs to the aft deck. This area features one of the two al fresco dining spaces aboard. Here we can either step inside to the full beam salon or take a spiral stair case up to the expansive bridge.
Heading up the stairs brings us to a a davit and toy storage area that features a ribbed inflatable and 2 wave runners.
Heading forward brings us past a hot tub and to the fully outfitted wet bar. Adjacent to the bar is the second outdoor dining area. Continuing forward brings us the bridge helm station that's been outfitted with new Furuno electronics.
Flaking either side are wing stations for docking and just to port is access to the sliding door yielding access to the pilot house. Back in the lower aft deck we open two sliding doors to reveal a massive full beam salon that's incredibly wide open.
We are immediately greeted by new distressed tile flooring at our feet and see a great conversation pit where there are two sofas facing each other. Forward of this brings us to the indoor formal dining area. Its nice to note that this is ALL FREE STANDING furniture so, the yacht can be customized to your taste easily. Immediately behind the dining area is a full wet bar and huge 80' LED Smart TV.
Heading to port from here takes us to a set of stairs leading to (3) of the guest accommodations. The full beam master stateroom is located mid ship and features a king size bed, new LG LED TV, (2) large cedar lined closet and a sought after his-and-hers baths arrangement.
There are (2) identical guest staterooms located just aft of the master. These offer a very cleaver layout with a double bed to one side and an additional single bed adjacent in both cabins. Back in the salon if we hang a right to starboard we find a hallway with day head and pilothouse access to port, a sliding door with bow access to starboard and acts as the entrance to the Country Kitchen all the way forward.
Her galley is huge and has a center island and all newer appliances. Just forward of this is a breakfast nook. And, to starboard is access to the huge VIP. The VIP stateroom is located all the way forward and is more than generous with a private staircase featuring a queen size bed facing aft and comfortable ensuite bathroom.
Found on the bow of LADY SHARON GALE we have tons of sun pad space with a sun bed forward, huge sound pads just above accessed via built in stairs and of course, the ground tackle located all the way forward.

$1.5M for a yacht that size is a bargain! If I could afford the yacht, I would live on it
She is a beauty!!!
I consider the old browards to be the Gulfstream IV of the seas. Lots of bang for the relative buck
@@DenisonYachting Don't feel obliged to answer in details, but as someone who is just considering to start shopping, is the maintenance exorbinantly more than say the maintenance on a 60 length yacht?
@@rubberdorky Great question.
@@rubberdorky yes, it is I just got off of a 98’ broward
Beautiful and dare I say affordable for this size vessel and well appointed.. I love it!
Glad to hear that you love her!!!
I love these classic American yachts.
Thank you!!!
I'd live on that yacht for sure. Beautiful
she sure is beautiful!!!
After Ryan Alexander, I really love how Will presents the yacht. Very fluid and to the point. Great yacht as well, beauty! 👌
Thanks for your feedback Joren!!!
Such an elegant yacht.
Beautiful boat and well presented.
Thank you!!!
$1.5 million? What's wrong with it? What an incredible yacht for that price. Not a stylistically outdated as you might expect for a 22 year old boat. The salon is spectacular as is the master. If it weren't for the rounded top edge, nautical style doors in the accommodations, this boat would be timelessly designed. I'd take it as is but what a financial opportunity for someone to do a refit to make it their own and have some cash left over. One of the best bang for the buck yachts I have ever seen! This one might sell today!
Was thinking the same- with a refit and some love it could easily come across as a $4m+ yacht
It's a 90s yacht that's why. Trust me age makes a difference in price but it doesn't mean the yacht is terrible in any way
@@Mr112W How it has been maintained is key to the yachts real value.
This is a beautiful yacht... WOW! Great tour btw!
thanks for watching and your feedback!!!
I just realized you guys have over 250k subscribers. I remember the days of being like 8 or 10k. Times have changed. Congrats guys!
thank you!!! We appreciate it!!!
@@katocs Screw NELK.
Wow!! Hope to see one comparable in 3 to 4 years when I'm ready for this next big step.
I am thoroughly impressed with the design and quality for an older boat.
Glad you agree!
I enjoy watching these yacht tour videos and I have to say I love the layout of the aft deck. Even on some rather large yachts it can seem you're a bit crowded there if you're setting up for having fun... which I assume is something someone would do a lot of on a yacht. For once I think the aft deck matches the roominess and grandeur of the rest of the boat. And everything else on the yacht really fits what I love on these floating mansions. I am really impressed.
Nice presentation, hope she sells soon. Thanks for the walktrough 👍
You are very welcome!!!
STUNNING
I think that is a verry practical laid out yacht nice one
Thank you!!!
Gorgeous!!
An amazing yacht for that price. And a resonable range.
She is!!!
Я желаю тебе удачи, пусть твой путь к успеху будет легким и быстрым! Пусть все сложится так, как запланировано, поверь в свои силы и талант, смело двигайся вперед.
I love it!!!! I'll take it!!!! Then I woke up, man I wish!👍✌️
That's a home. I would live in that baby.
that would be an awesome home!!!
Nice Cockpit! For an older boat, it's aged extremely well considering most look fairly dated. The kitchen is immaculate, rooms are spacious, and the 22 GPH cruise and almost 3K range is very impressive for a yacht this size! Perfect size for chartering as well which helps offset costs, I don't see this one being on the market long.
Thanks for your feedback Micah, we appreciate it!!!
@@DenisonYachting ~ Yes, it’s awesome!!!
Incredible value!
She has a lot to offer!!!
FULL SEND!!
That's an amazing price for this size yacht! She's no _Mizu,_ but if you're a millionaire but not quite at the _Mizu_ level, then this is a great yacht, especially a "starter" yacht. I know most yachts have the galley hidden away, but I really love the exposed approach. My only concern is there doesn't seem to be anything to prevent pots & pans and chopping blocks from sliding. Other than that, I think it's great!
Hello! We appreciate and thank you for your feedback!!!
Super beautiful ❤️❤️❤️...
Thank you! Cheers!
She will sell very quickly if not already sold, beautiful boat
She is beauty!!!
Great Oreo. Well done.. seems a good buy
Thank you!!!
I love full Beam salons!
We agree!!!
The down side is that you lose the deck walk around. Depending on your preference that could be a problem.
That cockpit is huge and very unique. Great boat, and great presentation! 😉👣😉👣
She is a great one!!!
so pretty
She is a beauty!!!
Good work Will
Thanks Juno!!!
"More suitable to my program?" My program is to float around and get drunk. I'm a simple man.
I love Browards. They make me think of Miami yachting.
They are great!!!
I grew up in Miami in the 50-60s and Broward ( as in County) was a name to be reckoned with. Fine yachts and this lady’ is extra special. I am a bit skeptical as to the low price for what this yacht brings to the table. Really need to scrutinize the survey and have your own done... it that is just common sense. Excellent presentation.
We agree that this lady is extra special!!!
Here from nelk, let's go boy's!!
yasss!
Thank the Nelk boys for this sub, it really is a cool channel though with excellent video quality and editing. Great job.
hope you guys hit a million soon.
Thank you! We do too!!!
I think this boat would be great live a board. It would be great to have a Country Kitchen in a place I was living. Low price and reasonable operating expenses make it ideal for me.
We agree that it would be awesome to live on this yacht, Gregory!!!
Is it just me or are these boats getting more and more affordable? Very impressive boat.
She is an impressive one for sure!!!
affordable initially..
It has already been said, but fantastic job presenting this beautiful boat. Someone else, who does videos @ Denison, should take note.
Unless there's something nasty not shown, this is a real bargain!
1999 is why this boat is a bargain
@@johnkilsheimer9908 but how bad is that exactly it’s just above 20 years not horrible
@@logangreb9960 A 20 year old yacht that has been well maintained it's entire life should not have major issues. But a yacht that was poorly maintained most of it's life can have major problems that you cannot see with a walk through. A detailed survey would be necessary before purchase.
Almost seems to good to be true. Id love to know more about the history. The wife and I have been to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale several times this year alone in preparation for buying. I would love to charter something like this. I want to have a trip to Bermuda (lived in Hamilton as a child) and remember seeing the yachts thinking someday. That day will be very soon.
Another cracking craft and video from Will - good job. Just one observation Will....you need to go see your barber !
I bet Will @Denison Yachting can work that into the contract when you buy the boat :)
Very pleasant.
Glad you enjoyed it Simon!
Beautiful yacht great price
Indeed she is! Thanks for commenting!
She is a beauty. - synsaidthis
She is a beauty!!!
I was gonna say seems like a deal
Full send!
good boat but needs some work the TV on main deck is wrong place and a few things need to be changed or renewed yep if you had another half a million it would be ok spa these days need gone and replace with one with a drain back to filters as new ones any spill is recycled but still i like it i would negoicate on that price cheers
Thank you for the feedback
NELK!
That's a real bargain for $1.5 mil! - I think... xD
Personally I like side decks.
Me too. No side decks is very inconvenient. I am willing to sacrifice salon beam for side decks. But it is personal preference. In this case I would take it because of the price.
thats a nice hairdo bro
I'd sooner live on that than any rotten waterfront condo..
Mentioned in this video that the Yacht has MTU Diesels , Several other online sites list Detroit Diesels as installed . Was it re engined , seems odd at this age .
Mtu - none of MY advertising says Detroit. Some charter sites do which we do not control the content of and it’s unfortunate. In the video you can also see the mtu logos.
whats the annual maintenance and use cost?
What is the floor to ceiling height in the lower cabins? I love the look of this but it’s hard to shop around being 6’4”.
You should be good. I believe 6’8” email me wn@denisonyachting.com and ill get measurements.
Hello! Yes, please email Will at wn@denisonyachting.com and he will assist you with any questions you have.
where is craig?
Add 2 swivel t.v.in the salon....
And you can deliver Cape town South Africa
Thanks
I'd prefer doing a refit on 175ft or 225 or 250 ft oil rig supply boat with a wide open deck. Mount a big azz crane on her to lift a 55 Scout or Donzi when you want to fly around way out in the open sea. Make the living quarters nice but not super luxurious. No pools. The ocean actually does a fairly good job of mimicing a pool.with enough space id set up a helipad and keep a bird on deck for goofing around. Thats enough toys except for a diving platform .
Interesting idea! Thanks for sharing!
1,499,000$ ? Come on, I'll give you 1000 dollars so it's straight! hahahaa
Nice….for the…..Price !
I was waiting for the caveat. Maybe the maintenance is prohibitive.
I just have 1 problem with it.. the VIP cabin being separated from the rest, whilst the master and guest cabins are in the same area..
That's something that bugs me with a lot of otherwise really nice yachts.
If I were to somehow be able to afford a yacht, I'd want to have my privacy in the master cabin, whilst my family have their cabins in the same area.
Should have sold at 65k ha. I’ll be back!
You get a lot of yacht for the buck, but it must be extremely expensive to own, especially with major refits incoming soon.
All yachts are expensive to own. No refit due
I thought i was watching an outro for Timthefatman for a second
MTU owns Detroit diesel since 2000.
Thanks for the info!
Wow, nice yacht. I want to buy this one from Bangladesh. where to contact for details?
Where is the interior helm?
Plain but too formal for bathing suits and my tastes
Not necessarily luxurious in this day and time
Maybe set up as a workhorse retreat, a rental, easy-to-clean
The interior reminds me of a concept of luxury but in the nineteen-sixties. However, a good decorator could the main saloon and exterior public areas, with contemporary curtains and teak accents outside.
I didn't catch what material made up the interior bulkheads, but walnut veneer for the large public areas
Some built in art and mostly new furniture built specifically for casual attire.
But that blue and white striped wallpaper type material in the master bath, has to go... but mechanically it's pretty good!
How much to lease (excluding fuel, stores, foods, etc)?
She just sold but had a successful charter program before the sale. Thanks for watching!
Is it sold?
Nice looking vessel inside and out. Is the price a misprint?
the negatives; AGE PRICE UNDER CHARTER / POSITIVES appearance condition and
agent
What are the average yearly operating/maintenance costs on this yacht?
It all depends on the owner’s fuel usage, dockage, crew, and maintenance.
@@DenisonYachting Yes of course, but what would be the range?
No bs'ing on that 3000nm range?
because tha's trans-ocean impressive
We would not dare BS you, Mr. Soup
Where’s Craig ?
Is she capable of transatlantic/transpacific crossings
Perhaps with a good planning and intermediate stops, extra fuel tanks and at moderate speed. Range is 3000 nm, but the distance from Hamburg to New York (as example) is 3310 (acc. to google).
Where are Detroit diesel parts hard to find?🤔
I think because they no longer build Marine engines. Just guessing. But the MTU engines can be serviced anywhere in the world and parts are available any where.
@@kokomo9764 Thanks. Very well done walk through btw. 👉👍
The 16v or 12v of that Era were all 2 stroke motors. I prefer the MTU's....except for cost of maintenance. Oh well
There most be something wrong fot a 112 yacht like this for under 1.5M
Good deal! But maintaining it cost $$$. Meaning for nobody making less than $200k 😂. Unless you charter it
She has a very successful charter program already in place. Thanks for watching!
Nelk
Nice but some things I don't get. The big screen behind the bar? Where would you sit to see it? 30 feet away? Doesn't make much sense. Also, the galley on the main deck? Since the galley is for the CREW it should be below deck so the owners have more usable space on the main deck (like for the master!). Just my two cents. But GOOD PRICE!
Nice video but 1.5 million is too cheap for this boat.
I thought the 1.5 mil was a "share", at first.
Not to mention the Detroit not very economical, they Have a very inefficient, resulting in much more diesel needlessly burned. and they constantly have small ridley Parts always breaking they require constant maintenance. MTU, MAN and Caterpillar🐛 all much better choices
To each their own. Those are certainly popular choices these days. Cheers!
this is not a 1.5mil, lies
You've never seen a spiral staircase on a yacht & you're a yacht broker?
Hmmm..
No, not on a broward with this set up actually.
Will, exactly....not on a Broward
@@marshallsirota9501 He didn't say "Broward", he said "yacht"..
NELK
Without a doubt this is the worst color scheme for a salon I have ever encountered. That horrible gray faux wood floor and neutral fabric on the furniture makes it look like the color balance is set wrong on the camera.
That is because this is an old yacht first launched nearly a quarter of a century ago.
To each their own. Thanks for watching!
Too white. Look it's cloudy the guy still couldn't keep his eyes open. You will not be able to enjoy yourselves at all when sunny.
😂
Overuse by presenter "I can't overemphasize how important that is..."
