  • Lasha Talakhadze is making history. Check out my video where I'm reacting at his 225kg snatch and 270kg Clean and jerk. It seems this lift was before competing at Europeans this year.

      The clean would be especially interesting
      with so many different final contact points
      some people have final contact mid thigh, (seem to hit the bar with legs)
      Some people last contact in the hips, (like snatch)

    What strikes me with lashas technique is that he stats flat footed for his pull, not sure if i have ever seen that before, he only extends up on his toes at the very last second

    Hey Gabriel, I was wondering if you could do a snatch and clean and jerk technique review of a certain CrossFit or that I think is more consistent with his list than any other CrossFit athlete. Ben smith He’s the fittest man of 2015 and I don’t think that he gets enough recognition of how consistent his techniques are even though he’s not an Olympic weightlifter thanks in advance Gabriel

  • @dusanhornak5097

    • @dkr-fq3lt
      @dkr-fq3lt 3 года назад

      @@gsincraian you could do yourself that would have been your category if you competed, plus you have very good technique and explosive power. But as of currently weightlifters, Meso's C&J, Tian clean or Moradi's snatch and clean. In my opinion Sohrab because from history he is the best on paper he is very underrated, even though he has been the best since 2016-2020. 242 kg c&j and 205kg snatch in training he is as good, probably even better than prime Ilya Iyin.
