I do want to mention that I purchased this pump on my own accord with my own money! This was not a sponsored video nor was I paid to make it. I felt that it was worth reviewing since the Bosch Pumps only last for around 30-40k miles and its 20 year old technology.
Looks like a nice unit. I already bought 2 replacement Bosch pumps to have on hand for my cobras when the time comes, and I already replaced the one for my bullitt.
That pump moves a lot of water! I’ve still got the stock pump with the AN fittings. How did you go about making adapter lines to fit these cobra style pumps? BTW I’m in Vero Beach with a white 03 281 SC. Hoping to catch you guys sometime at a meet
When I got my car it had already been converted to slip fit hoses and the Bosch pump. You may be able to just pop the AN lines ends off or cut them and slip the hose on to the new pump with a hose clamp. If your line is a smaller diameter, you can get some brass slip fit adapters at Home Depot or Lowe’s and adapt a wider line so the new pump can attach as well
I'm in the middle of a tork tech swap on my 01 bullitt right now. dual afco heat exchanger and thinking this will be my best bet. I did not get the fan kit for my intercooler and am contemplating that now.. @@904Saleen
This oddly gave me a little anxiety @9:02 the hose clamp isnt on but you said its all done and lower the car. I assume it was tightened off camera since it didnt leak.
They have a similar impeller, though the KMJ version has a slightly larger inlet and outlet inner diameter as well as a different impeller design inside. The biggest difference though is that it features a brushless motor compared to the Bosch pumps which are brushed. This means quieter and cooler operation, the ability to move more fluid, and a longer lifespan.

Appreciate the video. I just got my alternator from them 2 weeks ago. Quality piece. I didn't know they did pumps. Gonna check it out. Thanks!
Hey I know you!
@2valve4six73 Just got my pump. Looking forward to getting it installed. You know me? From where?
Lol nevermind. Sup bro 😂
Glad it worked out for you! You can drive this summer with a little more confidence!!
That's the plan! Now to get these fuel system kinks worked out and we'll be ready to hit the track!

Do you know where the fuse and relay for the pump and IC fans located at mine stopped working
It should be located in the fender near the CCRM. That’s where mine was
What’s the screen you’re using to monitor everything?
That is a product I'm working on for the MS3 ;). Details coming soon
@@904Saleen hell ya! Keep us updated.
How has the pump beeen holding up?
So far so good. I did end up going back and making the wiring a lot nicer. Currently working through rewiring my heat exchanger fans as well.

Yes it was tightened don’t worry! I noticed after filming that clip that it wasn’t.
@@904Saleen i figured. Im sure it would have leaked a little if not.
When you show them side-by-side, they look like the same
