Where is customer service on her website?
Just try not to have a problem where their mistake has cost you hundreds of euros. At first they maybe look helpful, then there is radio silence. On an occasion where one “sorry” could have made all the difference. 🙁
I LOVE that a brand finally caters for true olives!!! Please don’t ever discontinue the olive shades, I’m a 9,5 and super happy to have my skin in a bottle! Can’t wait to receive the goodies- what a beautiful launch!!❤
Same here, but im on 2.5... Im light but with true olive undertone and really cannot find anything but LE foundation that make light shade with olive undertone.

Yes. Same here. I haven't tried the 9.5 yet as I'm still working through my no 9 foundation (before 9,5 came out). So am very interested in this non-greasy skin tint for the summer.
I added the 2.5 and 9.5 especially for those who struggle to find light olive shades 😉
The 2.5 for light olives is unlike anything on the market. The only true olive for fairer skin that looks skin like, isn’t like wearing a mask. Thank you so much for developing this shade for those of us olives that have a lot of trouble finding our shade. I really hope to see a matching concealer.

You must not have had an issue, then. They’re super helpful if you need help deciding what to buy, but once your money is in their hands FORGET IT. They sent me an open/used/half-full skin tint (gross) and won’t respond to my concerns.
Yes yes yes, THANK YOU for focusing on neutrality! It's so difficult for me to find any truly neutral base products (which is why I enjoy the almost gray tones of K-beauty foundation products), because any over-saturated peach, yellow, orange, or pink undertones look wrong on me. For a while I thought I was possibly olive, but then testing some of your olive samples confirmed I'm not; I really am a middle-of-the-road plain beige. I'm so glad whenever I hear about a new base that actually aims for and achieves legit neutral undertones. For reasons I can't fathom too many makeup companies think we're all citrus-colored, or want to be.

I agree with you!! So tired of the oompah loompa shades-especially the peach/apricot undertones of foundation and blush shades. I, too, gravitate toward the grey undertones.
The liners would be perfect for actors doing period drama on film! I can totally see the gap in the market you’ve filled with both of these products. Amazing as always. ❤
Omg Lisa with the skintint and blush and lip pencil on you look like a boticelli painting! So fresh, soft, blurred yet defined, luminous, shine without the grease... it's everything! The skintint and lip pencils really address a gap in the market.. never saw a lip pencil that true to natural lips! even without a gap in the market i just love your launches because i can feel you behind them and how personal and how full of love and care and passion and integrity it is! Love watching your launch videos, they just feel like listening to a wonderful story unfold and take shape I get transfixed haha

I wondered if I’d made the right decision with the liquid liner because I had not worn one in over 30 years.
The first time I tried one it burnt my skin and I’ve avoided them like the plague since.
I have all the other liners and love them so I thought I would give it a go.

I cannot believe how natural my lips look with these pencils. Shade 0N is perfection and 1C is fantastic as well. No harsh lines, just the right definition which I can build up and redefine in a way unparalleled by any other lip liner I’ve used. So happy.

It’s so true often times true olive skin tones are left out of skin, tint shades. I think that’s why most of the time I don’t buy skin tints because they run very orange or very pink..

A good sculpting lip pencil is my favourite makeup item!
My vermillion border is super pale, making my philtrum look long for my face, so I feel like this tiny bit of enhancing really complements my facial proportions and makes them shine. :))

I received my new T3 skin tint and it is a perfect match. I am a 5 in the foundation. This is the perfect complexion product for my needs, I love that it is mostly skincare, because I can easily apply it and wear it while running errands, and it makes my skin look beautiful, without a heavy or shiny appearance. I also wore it during my spinning class workout, and I love that I did not have to worry about it clogging my pores, like a regular foundation or skin tint. Also, the feel of the skin tint is like butter, my skin feels soft and velvety, which is saying a lot because I have such dry skin. Lisa, thank you for creating this new innovative product! Now, I just need a moisturizer that will go along with my cleanser!

Have you had to contact them with a product issue? They’re exceedingly unhelpful. Sent me an opened, half-empty, clearly used skin tint and won’t reply to my concerns. Gross.
As somebody with sensitive skin, I have to say I am really scared of the salicylic acid. So far, I haven't been able to tolerate any product with SA in it and I don't really see why it should be an ingredient of a foundation. To me, this is something like retinol from "conceptual" point of view - yes, it's an active, yes it can have proven results, but it also comes with potential side effects and it requires an active (ironically) decision to include it in one's skincare routine. I don't generally mind the trend of including rather "harmless" skincare ingredients in makeup, i.e. ingredients that can perhaps potentially help improve the skin but in the worst case cannot really do harm and do nothing (and are just marketing). But stuff like salicylic acid... I don't want THAT in my foundation. It's like 10-20 years ago, when companies used to include pretty heavy fragrance in foundations (some stuck in the old times still do...) - it's nothing I would like to have in a foundation, even though I may like perfume per se, if you know what I mean.
You're mentioning it in the video yourself that you tried to have it free from fragrance and alcohols and stuff like that, but for sensitive skin, SA can be similarly risky if not worse, so I don't understand why it's on the ingredients list.
I mean, it's LE, granted, I am hooked on her & products, I am very probably going to try it, but... I feel like I am taking a huge risk here and I don't understand why I should even feel like that when buying a foundation (which otherwise sounds lovely, so I would love to try it and its other benefits, but the SA.... I am scared.)

I had a terrible rosacea breakout when using a cleanser that had SA. I had to go on antibiotics to clear it up. I was lucky it was 2020 so didn’t need to leave the house, I looked awful 😢

When I see that skin tint, I can't help but think it would be the perfect thing to offer the mother of the bride or groom before the wedding if she doesn't usually wear makeup but still wants to look nice. Take her out dress shopping and swing by the Lisa Eldridge counter while you're at it. A skin tint and a nice lipstick and she's sorted.

Super idea! I found the foundation too heavy and visible on my skin, which seems to now enjoy products for more mature skin better. 😅 The tint somehow perfectly colour-matches (I decided depending on the faces wearing it, not the description) and if applied directly after moisturizer, it dissapeares into the skin! Invisible, yet the redness is gone with a silky finish. Perfect for eyes not used to the look of foundation! And it looks great until the end of the day, if you powder a bit/press some oils away. 👍😀

I'm turning 39 this Saturday, and I started noticing dry patches around my mouth and under my eyes where foundation/concealer tends to cling. The tint and two pencils arrived 30 mins ago and I immediately tested them and I can't stop looking in the mirror: since my skin is changing right now (44 y.o.) I'm currently struggling to find the right way to keep my makeup nice and fresh and this tint is awesome, exactly what I needed. Very light, buildable where needed, make your skin fresh and juicy even on the first wrinkles! And the pencil are perfect, I finally found my true lip color (1C) and I love it.
I'm immediately ordering a second color of tint for this summer and some other pencils

I think the tint is what I’ve been looking for. Now, I’m two days in, so we know how time can shift your opinion, but this has absolutely achieved “your skin but better” look that I’ve been trying to get.
I have a neutral undertone and most foundations/tints leave me looking a bit orangey. This one blends in perfectly. It’s really easy to use and I am thrilled. I’m comment 800 on this video but wanted to share, I like it that much!

Very excited for the skin tint! When I was looking for my foundation skin match, I received amazing service from your team. I sent them many pictures comparing shades from the sample card and they helped me determine the correct shade. It was easy to see that I need t7 in the tiny based on my foundation shade. I’m a huge fan!

Ooh this stuff is for real ! Love the skin tint. So easy to apply I love the finish and it plays well with the jones road face pencils for pinpoint concealing.

Oh, that’s a shame, salicylic acid. It’s a great ingredient, but I have sensitive rosacea skin so absolutely cannot apply an exfoliating acid daily like this.
I have rosacea and salicylic acid actuelly SAVED my skin ! I use 3 drops of PAI’s salicylic booster in their Back to life serum EVERY DAY ! Salicylic acid is actually a saver for me !
No one is supposed to exfoliate daily 😮 I’m sad to hear that it’s in the product

My skin tint arrived 🎉. First impressions; lovely tint for a no makeup look, evens out my skin and definitely gives a "my skin but better look", does have a very slight tacky feel but that could be because of my usual skin care underneath. Great under the eyes as I hate using concealer on my mature skin. I am wearing it for the first time today so will see how it goes but very impressed so far.
May I ask what percentage of Salicylic acid is included? There are very few products that I tolerate with it and not used on an everyday basis 😔

I am late to the party but I eventually bought and tried the Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint (T8) and Lip Shade Pencil (1W). And it was one of those mind blowing moments makeup wise - I could not believe how good I looked with those 2 products only! The perfect, perfect, PERFECT no makeup makeup ever. And it is long lasting with no drying effect, and without this awful greasy feeling I had with many tints from other brands. And the lip pencil is really, really beautiful too. 💖
I felt like a million dollar with very little work. So these products are ideal for my busy mornings with children before heading to work, but also perfect to take on vacation when you don’t want to use tons of products and brushes. Just received my skin tint today! As a natural makeup lover I've been looking for this product for years but it didn't exist. Most skin tints or tinted moisturizers feel thick or oily or simply do not have enough shades. I used 3 drops and it blended in perfectly. It's just the right amount of coverage and feels soft on the skin. It probably would work well adding a couple drops into your sunscreen for a custom tinted SPF as well. My favorite light foundation has always been MAC Face and Body. This product doesn't replace it but it's the perfect makeup to use if you want something lighter than Face and Body that truly doesn't feel like makeup. It's the perfect light coverage. It will be great for summer but also works well for winter. My skin is combination but slightly dry now and it did not settle into lines or cling to dry patches. This is a new holy grail product for me. Well done Lisa!

Also I love that this tint does give a little coverage for the under eyes as a lot of time I feel like I have to skip makeup completely because I have to use both concealer and foundation to cover everything up, but this product looks like it will be a refreshing change from deciding whether to wear full makeup or none at all. At the same time though I can't wait for when you do release a concealer too of course! ❤

Love that I can add a skin tint to my foundation wardrobe. I am a little hesitant with the coconut derivative (I can still be fairly oily and suffered from acne and clogged pores for many years), but I’m trusting the grade of the derivative and the formulation won’t cause an issue.
Yes so sad to see the coconut alkanes in there! Looks like such a beautiful formula but sadly those have wreaked havoc on my skin in the past.
@@SopranoGonzalez714 I really hope that I don’t break out from the formula. I think that many find it to be a problematic ingredient and I hope this won’t be used in other products that Lisa brings out.
Can also confirm the LE CS team are always lovely, helpful and responsive. Ordered a skin tint (with shade assist from the CS team) and the 0N pencil.. now I just need to get over my head cold and grab them when I'm back at work! The Skin Tint is a brilliant product. As one of your older customers ( I’m 60+), my skin does need some help and this product evens out tone perfectly. It is not heavy, so perfect for every day use. In Lisa’s foundation, I am a 10 or 11 and I find T6 to be perfect!

Hi Lisa, a month into using your new lip liners and they are now definitely staples!! The colours are outstanding, they are so versatile. I’ve used them alone for lovely natural looks and also to alter other lipstick shades I have. Love them so much!!

You are so right about the orange/ tan in foundations which look so weird on me. They’ll look ok-ish on my face but on my neck you can really tell the undertone is a terrible match. I feel like my neck goes more golden or olive( which I never would’ve tried olive before but it works) I prefer a more neutral golden/ olive tones to combat the redness in my cheeks and chin when I feel flushed. Can’t wait to try. Hope you create a concealer soon ❤
There are some great shade options in the tint if you want to go more golden/olive or want to create the look of a tan, without looking orange. Please feel free to drop my team a DM on instagram and they can suggest some shades for you xx
