Been listening to Sevendust since Home. I think Alpha is their best album. Cold Day Memory is definitely up there. I just find it hard to believe that Sonny didn't have any input in Next, Alpha, or Hope & Sorrow. Animosity, Seasons, Next, and Hope and Sorrow are the only ones that I skip any tracks over. This was an excellent interview. John's guitar playing has gotten great!

Home sucked, alpha sucked anything with sonny I don't care for, the best song writer left the band! Miss ya Clint!

In other words, you prefer more of the butt rock side of this band and not their actual heavy stuff and heavier albums. Home and Alpha are easily both top 5 Sevendust albums even still with all the newer albums that have since come out after this post was made. Kill The Flaw is the only newer album that can compare to those first 4 albums and Alpha.
