Millers Dice

Very chilled to start with, the relaxed downwinder turned into a full-out dice when a buddy came past just before the lighthouse.
At the same time the wind strengthened and the waves got bigger, what a blast...

thank you so much for the video ! I noticed how you increase and decrease your paddling intensity : what device did you use to record? It does capture stroke rate , HR and speed at the same time, right ?

The stroke rate is captured with a Vaaka cadence sensor. The data from that along with the data from my Garmin Heart Rate Monitor is captured in the Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 camera (and also in a Garmin Forerunner 910XT that I use to upload to Garmin Connect & Strava)!
