Instead of "mein" (en. my) the correct choice would have been "man" (undefined person would be the closest description I can come up with, don't confuse it with "Mann" (en. man)). And all nouns are capitalized in german. If you wrote by hearing pat yourself on the back, you did a good job.

The only spelling mistake is with "sehr" the h is a "Dehnungs-H" a stretching h, it's there to elongate the e. Now your "Eine" references the "Video", "Video" is in german neutrum and would be refered to as "Ein" in the nominativ, your "gute" has a similar problem and should be "gutes". The last word that needs correction is "Deutsche", it should be "Deutsch" when refering to the language. I believe in you getting the hang of it at some point.

What I just so can explain is the difference between "manchmal" and "mal" in this context, as sometimes (as in "how often do you eat bread" so a frequency) is not the same as sometime (as in "when are we going to the racetrack again?" so an undefined point in time), sadly sometimes "manchmal" gets shortend to "mal" but context should clue one in.
