Looks well polished like a finished product! I like it. Very creative re-purposing of existing resources. I gotta say I'm not sure how I feel about the straight-firing fireballs... I'd like to see just a tweak on the original fireball physics to maybe make them bounce a little bit more rapidly or further apart, and/or bounce higher or lower, but not completely straight like how piranha plants fire... that almost seems like a downgrade compared to how the regular fireballs work. (Unless there could be a tweak to choose the direction of the straight fireball, kinda like how Yoshi could aim his eggs in Yoshi's Story?!)

Also, an onion is funny, but doesn't make much sense as to letting him fly. Maybe make it a beetle? or moth wings? Some kind of generally not-aesthetically-pleasing flying animal or bug! Maybe bat wings? They kinda bumble around. A helicopter leaf? lol
