This is amazing. It's like a long island iced tea, a combination of things that shouldn't work and should by rights offend all six senses, but somehow turns into something glorious. I have never, ever seen a hack combine elements of all four SMB games this gracefully, not by orders of magnitude.
All 4? It has some Lost Levels elements (Wind and a level where you must take a specific pipe to reach the end of the level otherwise you'll end up making no progress if you keep taking the right most path [5-1]), digging and picking up enemies like Super Mario Bros. 2 and enemies & music from the Gameboy games :)
I stopped watching after level 5-1 since I don't want the whole thing spoiled.
Its like they mixed SMB1, SMB2, SMB3, and SML1 all together!

One of my favorite hacks to play. I enjoy the super mario bros graphics/sprites more than the SMW which most are based on. Wish there were more like this one.
I like how they gave a shout-out to the music from Super Mario Land in 3-1. I thought that was nostalgic. Thanks for the upload =)
Oh god I was playing this on my modded switch and the audio crackles too. I was going crazy seeing if my audio settings were messed up in the settings. Glad to know it's just how the game works. Probably one of the better hacks I've played, really fun and the game is fair.
I was NOT expecting to see SMB3 3-7 in between the SMB1/SMB2J mash-up levels...

underground the goombas change to a dark palette, but the Koopa troopas and piranha plants don't.
I think it kinda sucks that the game took away your Hammer Brothers suit even after you beat the Sledge Brothers while still wearing it :P That's just wrong and besides, those things are hard to come by.

Just finished this game, very well out together and a lot of fun. It’s a shame because it looks like there’s more of the game to be finished, however from what I read on SMWcentral, it looks like the creator is finished?
iames85 No. In the sunken ship level, you come across an incomplete level, as there are only three A Coins, and you need four.
You press R while you’re on top of the airship

Pretty cool. I feel kind of letdown there's only firepower in this though. SMB3 that much of this seems to be based around (the all stars version of it anyway) you had the leaf, tanooki, frog and all the others. Just a leaf would have been great in this.

You either need an emulator, a flash card to play it on official hardware, OR play it on an online emulator like gamulator.
