    I hope I can read Korean soon. I've been watching Kdramas for two years now, I need to get on that.
    Questions:
    1. My oven does allow temperatures lower than 170°F, how can bake these?
    2 For the cracker and pretzel meringues, will they maintain their shape if I pour chocolate over them?
    3. How do keep your meringues shiny and not browning?
    4. How long do your meringues last in the containers?

      2. I don’t recommend (chocolate powder is OK)
      3. make stable meringue (slowly!)
      4. about 1-2 weeks before opened

    스위스 머랭도 흰자. 설탕 1대1 배합이 가능한지 이제 알았어요 ! 매장 운영하시느라 피곤하실텐데 댓글들 하나하나에 정성이 느껴져서 인스타도 팔로우하고 구독도 했어용 ! 강원도는 넘 멀어서 못가지만 꼭 한 번 먹어보고싶은 비주얼이에용 혹시 매장은 혼자 다 운영하시나요 ??! 기계나주하면 가능하실까 해서요 !

    100도에서 90분이라면 100도예열한상태에서 90분 말씀하신거죠
    그리고 오븐문 열게되면 온도가 내려가지 않나요

      I will make again next time about making meringue cookies (add eng sub..😂😂😂) Time is not important when you whisk the meringue, you should check the consistency of meringue,, but, I usally whisk about 5-7min?? It depends on amount of ingredients.❤️

    Hi may i know what is the speed u use for making the colourful meringue.. i have the kitchenaid mixer as well so i need to know the speed u r using.. ? So basically it's a ratio or 1:1 meaning 360g egg whites: 360g sugar? And how long roughly i have to mix the egg white n sugar to form d meringue texture like urs? Im gonna make the one with the colourful ones.. so what's the baking temperature and the method of baking.. desperately need to know ..😬

      speed : mid speed -> mid high speed (5-7speed) / ex: egg white 100g, sugar 100g (1:1) / Time is not important. Check the consistency of meringue. / 100 degree C, 90min 🙂🙂🙂❤️

    머랭은 어떻게 오븐에 구워도 그 색과 모양이 고대~로 유지가 되는건지 볼때마다 신기해요!! 토치로 지지면 갈색으로 변하던데 왜 오븐에선 그대로일까??

    안녕하세요~
    머랭쿠키 영상 너무 환상적이네요~^^
    외국에 살면서 한국 머랭쿠키를 직접 맛보진 못했지만 인터넷 영상을 통해 집에서 만들어 선물을 주곤 했습니다~
    그런데, 굽고 바로는 바삭한데 통에 담거나 포장하는 짧은 시간에도 겉이 끈적여지기 시작하더라구요~ㅠㅠ
    또 날씨가 조금만 습해도 먹는 과정 중에도 끈적이구요~
    제가 무엇을 놓치고 있는걸까요?
    케이크 데코에도 머랭쿠키를 활용하던데..공기 중에 노출되면 끈적여 지지 않나요??
    끈적임이 겁이나서 요즘은 잘 안만들다 선생님 영상만 여러번 돌려 보고 있습니다~ ~^^;;

      저는 머랭이 식기전에 밀폐용기에 습기제거제와 함께 보관해요! 그러니까 끈적하지도 읺고 맛있고 넘 좋더라구요!💕

    what do you mean by point 3 for vegetable cracker and point 5 for the pretzels? So I continue mixing the remaining meringue to make it harder after I remove part of it for the vegetable cracker?
    And do I bake the meringue cookies with the oven door fully open or I can just open it slightly by putting a spoon there to keep it from closing?

      For example, the vegetable cracker merigue stiffness = 3, pretzel = 5.
      Because each shape has different characteristics. ☺☺
      But you don't have to change the stiff of the meringue if you make it same shape.👌🏻
      The doors should fully opened.
      If your oven doesn't work with the opened door, put gloves on the sensor.

    Hi after the meringue is ready how long do u keep it to dry out?
    I made a batch that was crunchy at first but after 3 days became chewy again. Can u explain why?

      Meringue cookies are not good for moisture, so you should keep them sealed. 🙂🙂

      Do you use brown sugar in you cooking? If it gets wet it becomes hard and not easy to use. Moisture in the air causes this. Many people put a slice a bread in with their brown sugar to keep it dry. That might work for you.

      프레첼은 7단으로 돌리는데 시간은 양이나 기계마다 차이가 있어서요 😅😅 저는 양을 많이 해서 7-8분 정도 걸리는 거 같습니다

    색소안넣는건 구움색이 너무 나서요ㅠ
    그리고 바익 레몬즙 넣어서 비린내가

    영상 너무 잘 봤어요~~ 저는 설탕을 훨씬 많이 넣었었는데 다시 만들어 봐야겠어요 🤔 근데 프레첼은 괜찮은데 야채크래커 머랭은 구운 다음에 시간이 지나면 떨어지던데.. 이건 괜찮은가요?? 떨어지는게 보기 싫어서 안만들고 있거든요 ....방법이 없는 걸까요??

      만드신 머랭이 조금 퍽퍽하진 않았을까요? 저는 잘 안 떨어지고 잘 있더라구요 😅😅 그리고 테이핑해서 완전밀봉 합니다~~

    머랭쿠키초보 입문중인데요 프렌치머랭으로 해봤어요 설탕은 나눠 만들었어요 스위스머랭은 50도 뎁혀 하네요 한번에 다넣어 돌려하시는데요 쉬위스 머랭쿠키의 장점이 멀까요?
