what do you mean by point 3 for vegetable cracker and point 5 for the pretzels? So I continue mixing the remaining meringue to make it harder after I remove part of it for the vegetable cracker? And do I bake the meringue cookies with the oven door fully open or I can just open it slightly by putting a spoon there to keep it from closing?
For example, the vegetable cracker merigue stiffness = 3, pretzel = 5. Because each shape has different characteristics. ☺☺ But you don't have to change the stiff of the meringue if you make it same shape.👌🏻 The doors should fully opened. If your oven doesn't work with the opened door, put gloves on the sensor.
Hi after the meringue is ready how long do u keep it to dry out? I made a batch that was crunchy at first but after 3 days became chewy again. Can u explain why?
Do you use brown sugar in you cooking? If it gets wet it becomes hard and not easy to use. Moisture in the air causes this. Many people put a slice a bread in with their brown sugar to keep it dry. That might work for you.
