    こういうおやつっていうかお菓子は大好き💓♥️❤️なんだけど、あまり食べないけど、動画見ていたら自然に拍手したくなる。芸術作品ですよね~~本当に。僕もクッキーを作ったことあるんですけど、形とか計量して作る前に先生やら職員の方々に教えられてやりましたけど、むずかしいから嫌になったけど、お客様あっての仕事ですから弱音は禁止しました。🤣。

    How come sometimes you precook your egg whites before beating them up and sometimes you don’t? Is there a difference in the final product?

      One is the 'Swiss Meringue Method' and the other is 'French Meringue Method'. 😉😉😉💕 Swiss meringue(cook in double boiler) is stronger and more stable than French meringue.

      I live in Florida where it’s very humid..which method would you recommend I use and how far in advance of the occasion can I make them. Also how should I store them. Thank you 😊

      @@kathyinman7376- A quick Google search says the best method for humid climates is to add 2 teaspoons of cornstarch to sugar before adding to egg whites.

    Why do we need to bake in opened door?

      To reduce the oven's temperature. Meringues aren't supposed to be baked in a very high level of heat

    Do you serve them on the ritz cracker or do you use the crackers strictly for presentation purposes then remove it after youre done making it?? Never had meringue ritz crackers before..... not sure I would like it.... but I would try it at least once tho I guess.

    What paper do you use to bake the meringue cookies?

      It could be parchment paper or something called Silpat which is what Martha Stewart recommends.

    Why do you always keep the oven door open when you are baking these little meringues?
    And will the candy toppers burn or change color during the baking process?
