Here's a few more for consideration: If you lose sight of the one behind you and deside to pull off to wait, make sure there is as long a sight line as possible and use your flashers. It's often helpful to have a person that's experienced and/or knows the route, as the sweep (last vehicle). This is good practice for a number of reasons. The least experienced should be somewhere in the middle of the convoy.
@@BlueRidgeOverlandGear I have no doubt you handle business, Brother! 😉 If we ever meet, I'll have to tell you the nearly fatal story behind my first suggestion.
I have no doubt. We were out this past weekend with Adventure X Fest and the visibility Saturday morning was nil. Made me very conscious of the subpar lighting on my Jeep.
@@BlueRidgeOverlandGear I guess that's why there's no substitute for experience/getting out there in varied conditions. I hope that outing went well. Are you planning to post video highlights?
Homie this is great information
Glad you think so!
First time viewer. Excellent video. I will watch more of your stuff.

I always put the least-experienced/least-capable rig right behind me (lead guide) in the #2 spot or behind the mid-guide.

Sadly no. Just didn't have the time/energy/equipment to do any documentation.
