I’ve been into collecting for about 10 years now and it’s crazy how certain watches have just fluctuated in price and taken a 180 on demand... I remember seeing these sell for under 20k and now to see them price at around 35k-40k is just bonkers
OMG!1 min earlier before u launched this video,I paid my deal for the exact same watch! Its true that the older version 15202 looks more classic. Love it!Great review Eric!
In my oppinion the most important steel watch ever! The PP Nautilus reminders me always of a TV from the 50s and has an "old man image", but the AP 15202 is elegant, technical and despite the age still a very cool design. There are some variations of the blue dials in the 15202 over the years, but you picked the nicest variant!
Congratulations on a great purchase, I had the 15300ST and really enjoyed it but the movement in the 15202, albeit more fragile, is visually still the best IMHO. Enjoy 😊
15300st is probably the best steel AP ever made….i would take the 15300 over 15202 any day….15300 is only 1mm thicker but have a screw down crown, quick set date, seconds hand and a much more robust in-house movement also used in older offshores…15202 don’t have any of that and is so much more fragile👍
Apparently the earlier models had AP logo at 12 but the more modern version they moved it back to 6. I am sure they were called 15300 but still 39mm slim. However the new version is the nearest DNA to the original of the 1972. I may be wrong and Eric and correct me.
The 15202st jumbo.. for the serious horology collector, the only AP you only need in the collection. Boutique exclusive piece. Very nice and serious watch.
Congratulations Eric very nice pick up. I payed $9900 to more door for my white dial 13500 brand new in 2010, these RO,s you never sell they keep going up.
Congrats Eric on the new addition the whole video I was trying to see the blueness as I had thought I would see it brighter and thought maybe it was the camera and the lighting but then you said it's very dark blue and it all made sense great job great video keep up the great work my man
Stunning watch, congratulations 🥳 I am hoping to add a 15500 to my collection with a Silver dial. I tried one on the other day, at the same time as a couple of RO rose gold models and chrono, plus some PP's. The watch I can't stop thinking about, is the 15500. The bracelet is on a another level. Such a timeless classic!
I own Royal Oak 15400 ST with Antracite ( grey) dial and I love all in it ... 41 mm/ second hand / shiny bracelet... I heard that it’s some kind of complicated to change a date in this particular model... my congrats to you buddy!!
Nice!...You like me love Nautilus and Royal Oak it's such nice watch... :) Royal Oak is one of must have watch...an Icon!...my current collection includes steel Royal Oak 41 Boutique Blue Dial, Nautilus 5711 in steel blue dial, Aquanaut, black dial rubber, Submariner 116610LN and yacht master rose gold+rubber 40 mm....See ya!...and keep with the good work!
Congrats and great review. In terms of size and thickness, this is perfect for the royal oak design. And the ap2121 is a really cool historic movement.
You can take it back to an AP boutique and they will ship it back to AP in Clearwater to have it re-finished so that it looks completely new. Bear in mind that this can only be done a limited number of times (I think 5 times) throughout the life of the watch, then the bezel has to be replaced. Most people prefer to allow the signs of wear to show. It's not so bad when you know that you could make it look new again whenever you want.
Nice Review! I have got the 15202 Boutique Edition, which „solves“ the Problem with the inconvenient Folding Clasp having a nice „smooth“ Integrated Butterfly Clasp.
Yes Eric This watch is a perfect fit for a 9 millimeter Barreta equipped with a silencer....keep an eye for a retired mercenary wearing this watch on the right
Hi Eric , how much is the new AP royal oak chrono panda 41mm 26331 /03 , how much is PP aquanaut and how much is the hulk thanx Joseph of rainbow shops
Hi dear, I got AP royal oak 15400 with blue dial and its bit too big on my wrist. My wrist size is 6.75inch. AP royal oak bracelet is really thick nd hard one and even haven't micro adjustment with it. Shall I go for 39mm ulta slim or 37mm AP royal....
Maybe I’ll upgrade to a Jumbo one day. I have a blue 15300st and I love it, but it being a bit thinner would be nice. Thoughts on the future value of the 15300?
Congrats on the new addition to your amazing collection! Is this your only AP? Can't remember. AP is nice, and different, no question but still love Rolex more. The AP seems much more dressier whereas with Rolex, depending on the model, more versatile and durable.
Im not a massive AP fan Yet ! but the more I see of them the more im liking them ! is it the natural progression from Rolex ? Rolex , AP , Patek ????? time will tell
Great content, love how you do all makes and styles, just got Yacht Master 2 in stainless and rose after watching your video which sealed the deal for me
whats up papis. Does anyone know how long is the waiting list for AP Royal Oak 39mm ad 41 mm in Miami. Here in Madrid is about 2 years and just wondering the waiting time in the 305
Gorgeous watch. One downside, as you can see , these AP's are scratch magnets. Which is ok for normal people, but I am on the Asbegers spectrum and scratches drive me nuts. I also really dislike over polished watches. So this watch would cost me a fortune in Lazer welding then polishing.
@@WatchEric Agreed. It is impossible to not get scratches on any watch. I own loads , so less chance of scratching them. Aha. To be clear , I much prefer your watch than one that has been polished. It is just the way my brain works when it comes to scratches.

It is crazy
Yea Corolla use to be $15k 10 years ago now it’s $25k
The way Eric stressed "my new watch" felt like shots fired😂😂😂😂
39 is King. Blue dial is so classy. WOW so elegant
NICE! This bracelet looks so much better in person than on video, too.
One of my grail watches 💯 sick
I hate that blocky, Frankenstein's neck-bolt silly RO watch though.
Swatch is your shit then.............
OMG!1 min earlier before u launched this video,I paid my deal for the exact same watch! Its true that the older version 15202 looks more classic. Love it!Great review Eric!
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼⌚️🔥
Great minds think alike

The best sport luxury watch ever.A true connossieur watch. Not many people look for this watch nowadays, and on my wish list forever.
Take you time and you will get there!
Congratulations on a great purchase, I had the 15300ST and really enjoyed it but the movement in the 15202, albeit more fragile, is visually still the best IMHO. Enjoy 😊
Yes it is. Thank you!
Such a beauty 😍😍! Definitely the Jumbo is a must have in every serious collection! Congratulations for your new acquisition 👏🏻👏🏻
Just found Eric's new channel, I was on CRM like were tf is Eric at lol.

OMG, I just picked up my new 15202 last Saturday from my AD. But my AP logo is at 6 o’clock as it’s the 2020 version. I love the watch 😍
Great watch!!

Nice one. Eric hitting us with the grails. The only thing I like more than this is the 15202IP (it's a scratch magnet though).
Uff. That one is crazy!
The 15202st jumbo.. for the serious horology collector, the only AP you only need in the collection. Boutique exclusive piece. Very nice and serious watch.
What a piece Eric!! Congrats! Love that your combing new pieces with some neo vintage (if I might say it)..keep safe man!
Neo vintage is correct
Congrats Eric!!! Thats my favorite AP!
Excellent review of a fabulous watch. I own the 15500 but you got yourself the real deal here. Well done!
One of my fave Watch channels. Hey from the UK 🇬🇧
Thank you!!!

Its not a bright blue. I have sold a 15400 blue dial once and it looked pretty much black lol
Great review! This is definitely a keeper! Almost at 22K keep those videos coming!
Well done Eric, I like this watch, it suits your wrist. I regret not bagging a 39mm when I had the chance before the hype.
It happens to us all.
killer watch! great addition..i think jumbo is the best ap ro IMO (the rarity and the ratio and thickness is just right )
That ratio is what sold me!
Congrats Eric, business must be booming!
Thank you Arnold. Lot's of new opportunities.
great addition Eric!
I feel the same way. Thank you
Wow man, there's my grail right there, the bracelet is banging. Love the blue but the white 💙
Thank you!!
Stunning watch, congratulations 🥳

my congrats to you buddy!!
You sir have a fantastic watch with that grey dial.
Nice video mate
The bracket catches the light from every angle.
Congrats! Nice pick up Eric
No seconds hand is an aquirred taste. Love the blue.
This has been my grail watch for a long time Congratulations !!
Glad you enjoyed it. Stay focused and work hard. Things will happen!
Hi eric, why idoes the date have a white background? Doesnt the 15202 have a blue date wheel?
The newest version does. This is a 2007. It comes like this
Sick pick up my friend congrats
Thank you James
Another great acquisition. Congrats Eric.

Wow. Nice lineup
Congrats and great review. In terms of size and thickness, this is perfect for the royal oak design. And the ap2121 is a really cool historic movement.
Big congrats Eric! Enjoy in the best of health!
can you review a Girard perregaux laureato chronograph panda dial
Just curious why you didn’t go 41mm?
Glad to see you are talking about the watch I am wearing right now
I got the white Chrono version about two years ago While I was there in brickle Miami. Love the watch but the bezel picks up scratches like a mug

@@theaberrantdon that’s very helpful information. Thank you For the thoughtful, detailed reply.
I love the watch but hate that many of them are only 50m water resist only. That doesn't seem right for a stainless steel sports model.
Exquisite. A true classic. Congrats Eric -
Thank you!
Does the newer 15202st have the newer clasp? With the AP at 6 o'clock? It's a stunning piece. Congrats!
Absolute beauty and the closest design to the 70's Gerald Genta piece that changed the sports watch world for good. Keeper 💯
congratulations Eric, that is a fantastic watch and also a great investment.
Thank you Ali!
Love it!! But I prefer the 2012 version with the AP logo on the bottom at the 6 o clock
That one also has the petit tappiserie
Thats the so called „boutique Edition“ more rare, more expensive and has got the much smoother Butterfly Clasp and no Glas Backside.
It has so many scratches, but still a beauty 😍. Must have got a good deal as you said.
what do you think about the reliability of APs, is it really needed to get it serviced every 5 years? thanks Eric
It’s definitely not reliable like a Rolex.
Eric, since you are buying used watches, would you buy if the watch had been dropped but still in a great condition?
Nice Review! I have got the 15202 Boutique Edition, which „solves“ the Problem with the inconvenient Folding Clasp having a nice „smooth“ Integrated Butterfly Clasp.
Beautiful. IMO it’s the best modern representation of the standard Royal Oak. Second only to the double balance RO.
Such a cool watch Eric the video presentation was as smooth as the watch 😊 mate love the channel and content keeps it going...
How’s the price appreciation on this one Eric ? ;)
Yes Eric
This watch is a perfect fit for a 9 millimeter Barreta equipped with a silencer....keep an eye for a retired mercenary wearing this watch on the right
Hahahaha!
Yea it's cool Eric, nice one! I have the blue 15500 and it's a little big, and man it is delicate. The Jumbo looks great on you
Estás usando el Rolex de plantino?
Hi Eric , how much is the new AP royal oak chrono panda 41mm 26331 /03 , how much is PP aquanaut and how much is the hulk thanx Joseph of rainbow shops

Nice piece. Oddly enough I’ve never purchased an AP. I think it’s time for me to start looking.
Its a great move
Hey Eric where can we find spot prices for watches ?
Super cool piece. Great new shades too I think!
Nice one Eric👍, drives me nuts if clasp doesn't sit right on wrist.
You and me both!
Very nice. The blue dial is certainly more attractive than the white
Indeed
Maybe I’ll upgrade to a Jumbo one day. I have a blue 15300st and I love it, but it being a bit thinner would be nice. Thoughts on the future value of the 15300?
This one is a keeper Eric 👍 Congrats!
Actually quite an Un Eric watch but as he goes through it it's banging. Dial is 50/50 , not sure if i like it. Maybe a tad brighter....
I agree
Hi Eric, very nice piece my man and looks to be in exceptional condition. Well done
Stunning AP Eric. Will you have a website at some point re all your watches for sale?
I see your website now. Maybe they will be added at some point. Or to another site. Keep us updated man as always looking 👍
Excellent watch and great review as always my friend 👌👌👌
I'm surprised someone hasn't made a high price offer on the watch that you can't turn down yet.
That may just happen.
😎😎😎 another killer watch bro. Dale
Congrats brother. Nice watch.
Beautiful watch Eric!! Get some good wrist time with it.. keep up the great videos...
That's the plan!
Nice size though 39mm but not sure if I am an AP fan. My gut feeling draw towards Patek.
Fair enough!
We do not see the blue color but great video as usual by the goat of youtube watches.
Thank you! Its blue in the pictures lol
Run the game, collection is becoming extremely impressive.
Ur a legend Eric we love you
Congrats on the new addition to your amazing collection! Is this your only AP? Can't remember. AP is nice, and different, no question but still love Rolex more. The AP seems much more dressier whereas with Rolex, depending on the model, more versatile and durable.
Congratulations my beautiful watch, it's a work of art.
Awesome piece, congratulations,thanx for sharing
What price were you able to pay it at? It's a great watch!
Im not a massive AP fan Yet ! but the more I see of them the more im liking them ! is it the natural progression from Rolex ? Rolex , AP , Patek ????? time will tell
I have the new 15202 and I think it blows the older one away. Better clasp
Every man and every collection should feature this watch....like a classic Ferrari.
Like it a lot. But no way I’m paying over MSRP. The only time I have done it was to get my .2 GT3
🤷🏻♂️ I can understand that
How much?
Very smart watch and awesome dial. 👍
Cool classic AP
⌚️😎
Great content, love how you do all makes and styles, just got Yacht Master 2 in stainless and rose after watching your video which sealed the deal for me

Iconic watch

Great watch, Eric! AP and PP make the best blue dials.
The newer gen ultra thin has the new double clasp fyi
Its crazy how much the price have increased in a single year
thats a killer piece right there!
It caught my attention
