      Yes but lately they found traces off mercury and other kinds off nuclear pollutants in it , Himalayan went out on markets around 12 years ago …. Now there are reports surfacing about it .

      It's up to you how much you take, I have a grain when I drink water. There isn't a measurement I know about, but you can research it.

    I just got some . Mine says grey and my daughters doesn’t . Hers is white mine isn’t

      I never heard of a white Celtic Sea salt. Although I do use the brand Maldon sea salt which is white flakes.
