funny enough, Terry was barely in Beyond the White Knight, he had very little time in it.
For me I loved Batman Beyond because it almost reminds me of Spider-Man.
The futuristic element is somewhat similar although BB isn't nearly as far into the future as 2099, its 2039 neo Gotham but I can see some similarities.
I always saw Miguel O' Hara as a good version of Reverse Flash replicating the accident that gave him the same powers as Flash, was a scientist from the future etc
I love both too I always felt Miguel and Terry were underrated versions of Batman and Spider-Man personally.
They based batman beyond off the spiderman show from the 90s
I think I like batman beyond because he's a less perfect Batman, and Terry is a bit more human, less jaded.
Batman Beyond is just so unique and futuristic. Then there the awesome suit. It’s just amazing
Batman Beyond is such a great continuation of the story past Bruce’s prime. Terry also doesn’t just feel like Batman 2.0 or a Peter Parker clone (despite similarities) he’s a character that stands on his own and is just as worthy of being recognized as a successor to Bruce as nightwing is.

This is the best Batman Beyond story to come out in years. Completely hyped for this storyline
I like him because his design is much more streamlined or sleak, he has a light stealth iron-man vibe, he still makes mistakes, and people still underestimate him.
Wish they have less legacy villains. Return of Joker was fantastic, and seeing Mr. Freeze in beyond was great, but I think Terry deserve his own rogue gallery. Even with twist I don't see why they have to bring back old names like Hush, Cat Woman, and Ra's Al Ghoul etc.
Did u watch the show?? They barely reused anyone except freeze and joker. Oh and bane of u want to count him being connected to tubes. Not to mention the Ras episode was probably the best one. Terry has his own villains and they are awesome. Inque if it's spelled like that lol. Blight. That sound dude. The time traveler. There is hella. Re watch he show lol.
I love the legacy villains and I want to see or at least hear what happened them in the future.
Terry does have his own villains as the person that was here before me said. He can have his own villains while showing the other villains from the previous Batman’s gallery.
I really like this, and Terry seems like a really intriguing character. He’s a man with 20th century values, outlook and realness, fighting the 21st century techno dystopia and and trying to protect the citizens of a city gone rogue.
I hope that there’s a Batman Beyond movie secretly in the works and it will be Schway

Batman Beyond for me represents a trust in my generation by one grumpy old man who was a total badass in his day. As a Millennial, me and my brother saw ourselves feeling a lot like Terry McGuinness, an outsider kid trying to fit into something much larger than himself. He was the one thing we most looked forward to every Saturday morning.

Terry McGinnis is my personal favorite Batman. He wasn't born into wealth, he has a mom, a little brother, and a network of friends to confide in, he's not a super genius or a detective. And yet in spite of being different from Bruce in almost every way, he's still Batman.

Well it’s probably nostalgia. I love it cuz I remember watching the show when it first came out as a kid. And it never really got a real end, minus the jlu episode. Plus, since wb aren’t making any plans for a continuance or reboot of the show, it’s the only way we get to enjoy the story.
It’s give you a true ending to the animation series.
These future series are cool cause we never know what the bad guys are going to do with high tech and what about other future series like cable keep going I really like this Channel.

Honestly I grew up with the original animated Batman series as a kid but Batman beyond really made me a fan. I love Bruce, that’s the OG and deserves all respect. But terry/Jason Todd’s red hood? Just related to me while I was growing up. I’m not a fan of capes myself so this suit was PERFECT for me. I love his touches gallery and the way his city looks and the relationships he makes in his own way as Batman

I feel that with batman beyond that was my first experience with batman , when the show was canceled it made me want more so I’ve always taken a liking to him next to both original batman and dark knight returns batman , I feel Terry as batman is different in a sense that he still has his mom and brother when Bruce had no one blood related for a long time plus the show was cool and and wish they coulda finsihed it properly

Ever since I played Cyberpunk, I finally understand why people like and dislike Batman Beyond. Some people find the futuristic setting overwhelming and some people just find it bad ass, I find it bad ass.

So like on The WB when it was called that there was you know,Saturday morning cartoons an at the time justice league unlimited was at its peak,static shock was having crossovers an i started catching up on Batman Beyond an the thing about it,it showed alot of teen perspectives early on but later on the seasons it got my attention an made me want to know more about gotham an it’s future than when i got to that one movie or episode where it turns out tim was brainwashed i was like,”i fucking love this show”

Not that anyone asked but here is my favorite part of the suit (and yes, this is fan head-canon):
He can open his mouth in the mask, ya? But how does that work when it comes to a mask? I like to think the mask has a sone-in mouth-guard. This is why the teeth are always drawn so prominently white and non-textured. It is also why we never see lips under the mask. It's not only esthetically makes you look more scary, but it also has practicality behind it where it protects your teeth, something you would expect batman to do.
It fits perfectly with how batman would design a suit when he first made it.

I can only see Terry as the true successor of Batman. Yes, Dick and Damian are also good candidates but they are more of a Robin and Dick will always be Nightwing. Terry just had it in him to be the perfect Batman after Bruce. Also, the idea of future Batman is really interesting and feels more "Cyberpunk" than Cyberpunk 2077 itself

I'm still waiting if they will release a Hero version of Joker that can rival the ultimate villain the Batman who laugh when I'm reading the series I seriously feel that who laugh is searching for a person who can fill as his rival and I think he's going to all this trouble to create his greatest rival that is why I think the best way is to create a heroic version of Joker who has the mentality of the original Batman and Superman basically a joker that don't kill and always believed that people can change no matter how bad they are well I'll be honest it's the hardest things to do but I think if it succeeded it will be the most awesome hero that can surpass Batman and Superman.Just as how Batman who laugh surpass Lex Joker and Darksiders.
And I seriously think that When you think of Batman the villain that First come is Joker so why is there a Joker that will Become the rival of the Batman Who laugh.
Terry's new girlfriend is Detective Sunbeam "Beam" Boonma. It appear that he and Dana broke up. That he calls her on the cellphone by telling her that he dumps her to run at Neo-Gotham City with Max because of his mentor and real father Bruce was killed by the new supervillain Lumos Donovan/The Holografic Man. Terry and Beam reminds me of Kaneda and Kei from the manga and anime AKIRA.
I believe all Terry's troubled and bad bullies like Blade, Nelson and all the popular kids was send to juvenile hall prison in 10 years and their abusive parents was send to Arkham Asylum in 10 years after Batman Beyond The Return of the Joker. And, Gestalt became Terry's new Oracle with Barbara Gordon.

Here is my draft for a character design for a good joker origin they can revive the joker that created the BHL and have him be cure of his joker infection and will regret making the chaos he created and to atone fo his sins he will Becomes the vigilante that will be known as the Joker who Atone and I know there is who hero Joker but his rival is Owlman plus if they created the evilest Batman they should be able to create an Ultimate heroic Joker that can rival The Batman who laugh.
