haha... yes, but consider what food budget you have as fresh to "independent" living.
My first year of college my food budget was quite strict, I mostly ate oatmeal porridge and bread with cheese and caviar (cod egg roe).
The alternatives was slightly cheaper but totally not healthy. And greens are way to expensive compared to nutrient value when you are up in Tromsø - Norway.

My Xanthomas have really increased over the past 6 months and they are becoming problematic. I'm blown away! I started using your recommendations of Niacin, Choline and Tudca 4 days ago, after seeing this video. They are already receding, not gone by any stretch, but certainly diminishing. The Niacin was rough at the start, I took a 500mg tablet and had a wicked niacin flush, then I broke the 500 mg tabs in two and am building my tolerance, and taking an aspirin 30 mins before I take my niacin. I'm up to 750 mg per day. THANK YOU Dr. Berg! You might consider creating a Xantholoma Formula for your store, I'd be your first customer!

I'm appalled @ how people in general, take advice on face value from videos created by other doctors "hyping up" their point of view and "I think" source of information?!?

The idea that the first course action by MD’s is to start statin therapy without first looking into the points made here gives the appearance of pharmaceutical company bias or at least influence. Which in many cases many young doctors are groomed by marketing teams at conferences and begin to disregard the side effects just to achieve good lab results. I am currently trying to convince my GP not to go down this road again without telling him that mycotoxin therapy isn’t for me

Functional nutritionists or Naturopathic Doctors' key role is to find the root cause of conditions. However, even some of those are groomed to treat the symptoms and will often take an allopathic approach even though they may use natural supplements just to stop the symptoms. At times, yes that is useful, as long as they are truly trying to understand where the problem originated from.

Thank you for your video. I know I have a tendency to have higher cholesterol. It occurred to me that I have small number of tiny bumps on my scalp, forehead and can feel many of them on my neck too. They may not be xanthomas as they are not yellow but might be lipomas. Wondering if your remedies might help with lipomas. I am using tudca and marmite for vit B. Have to wait and see. Online searches always pointed to psoriasis but I don't think so, in my case. Psoriasis remedies did nothing. Your video tipped me to search for lipoma and it says - A lipoma, which feels doughy and usually isn't tender, moves readily with slight finger pressure. That's exactly how it feels like.
Also to lower cholesterol naturally, my sister uses fenugreek seeds in her drinking water. 1 teaspoon soaked overnight and eat it and drink that water. Her cholesterol levels have gone down and now she uses half teaspoon. Something to try.

Would not a diet high in niacin work better than taking a pill, My goal everyday is to get all my vitamins in the food I eat daily, My daily food diary helps me to know exactly what I`m consuming each day.
I have been on your keto diet for two years, my bad cholesterol has gone down since starting the diet, and I eat a lot of food that is high in cholesterol, more eggs, more red meat, Plus I eat a truck load of vegetables.

I have had low potassiium, but l have no gall bladder. Could this be the source The only thing that I have done recently is I found a really good dark chocolate, that has 8 g of sugar. I noticed that when I was on full keto this little deposit on my eyelid almost disappeared, but I was getting too much fat because I didn't really know exactly how little fat was required, and I hit the sour cream more than I should have. I quit full keto because I kept having issues with low potassium, due to the increase in water. Now, I make sure I have sources of potassium, such as little tubs of avocado in the fridge, because avocados get over ripe behind my back, lol. I now try to find them a bit softer, but most of the time, in Ohio, they are rock hard. I find myself fretting, and always making sure I don't get too much potassium, nor too little. So, I am on a semi Keto diet.

My problem with cholesterol is not high LDL, but low HDL. My doctor put me on a statin drug and I hate it. The statin drug didn't change anything for over a year being on it so I did some reading on diet........ anyway, started eating whole, organic eggs rather than just egg whites. Also started drinking rooibos tea because it's said to raise HDL cholesterol. By the next, semi-annual blood work, my HDL had come up several points without changing the already low, LDL.
What else can I do? The doctor doesn't want me to come off the statin for other reasons. (Have history of small strokes).
She also has me on clopidogrel which from what I read is more dangerous for me to come off of, than never having taken it at all. I want off these.
