My mom "finished off" her "barely there" cataracts by doing longer fasts (23 hour - 45 hour) - she is certain that autophagy "ate" the rest off. So, I'm assuming if you add fasting to your Keto diet you'll see even more astounding results (if the fasts are over 16 hours). Mom is 76, by the way!

Thank you Dr Berg. Years ago an elderly lady recommended to me that having blueberries daily would get rid of floaters. For a few months I had a blueberry milkshake daily for breakfast. Just a cup of milk and 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries, not only did my floaters disappear, but I found I was wearing my glasses less and less. My family commented on how clear and bright my eyes had become. I still have blue berry milk shakes a few mornings a week.

I was told 4 years ago that I had the beginnings of a cataract in one of my eyes. Because of a change in insurance I ended up going to a different eye doctor a few months ago. After the exam I asked her if she saw any sign of a cataract. She said she hadn't. I told her that I had eliminated a lot of sugar out of my diet. She kind of brushed it off as being a non factor and implied that the other doctor might not have really been seeing what he saw. I know it's not definitive, but I think cutting out the sugar was a benefit. Also, I have my own chickens that I allow to free range.

The AMA creates stubborn know it alls that know only petrol poisons and preventative care that causes illnesses. It’s a win-win for the AMA especially considering the same family that created it makes money off the illnesses. The other month a dentist told me there were no studies that showed oil pulling did anything to help. When there are 33 studies that say it does. Doctors and dentists need to lose the ego & pride and learn their masters had other things in mind. Which is why during this time where knowledge is literally at our fingertips and the medical industrial complex is the biggest industry (just under the military industrial complex) in the country YET we are the stickiest every. With children having old people illnesses. I’m pretty sure injecting heavy metals isn’t the best way to go

I had a tumour in my lacrimal gland. I requested they remove the gland. They refused “that’s not how we deal with this”. The oncologist told me radiation was perfectly safe! Well it wasn’t. Radiation melted my teeth, shrunk my throat, killed my thyroid, caused cataracts, but worse of all was the nerve damage Trigeminal ganglion melted I suffer electrocutions. I had cancer side lens implant and the retina bled. Now cataract is slowly closing over my right pupil. My life was destroyed. I would have been far better off if they had removed the lacrimal and I would have had dry eye syndrome. Modern medicine is killing people.

In Dec 2022 I had an eye exam I was told I had cataracts in both eyes but it would be about 5-10 years, before I would need surgery. By the time I got to July 2nd I had all the signs that I had insulin Resistance Issues. I also had high blood pressure I weighed 200, I had very Sore joints And was Looking like I was headed for getting diabetes. I went on the carnivore diet July 2 and in December I went back to the doctor. They said that my eye had gotten so much worse that they were going to schedule me For cataract surgery and set me up for referrals. I knew that I was having such good results with the carnivore diet that I having gone on it, I had lowered my Blood pressure, it had reduced the inflammation I no longer had pain in the joints, I used to walk with a cane and no longer needed that. I lost roughly about 20 pounds and I stalled out for a while, and couldn't lose anymore... but I decided that was OK and not to worry about it after listening to everything you said. But I was Worried about my eyes. So I watched this video and I ordered C-NAC drops And I knew it was gonna take several months so I decided to test it. And I knew it was gonna take several months so I decided to test it on 1 eye cause the 1 eye was much worse than the other and it was visible- you could see yellow modeling on a white background when I looked at it with both eyes I would close 1 and check it then I'd close the other and check it and you could see that 1 was much worse. It was my right eye so I also looked at a bare Lightbulb and I could see a terrible hazey ring around the light bulb and general haze all over the room that was clouding my viision. My left eye was almost void of any of those problems, it really hadn't changed at all much and it was barely noticeable. So I used those drops for 15 weeks all the way to the 15th week I would check it and slowly I noticed after about half the time that I was seeing more white on the paper than I would the color of a oatmeal. And I kept using them. On the 17th week, I noticed I couldn't see any yellow so, I went to the light bulb and I had an ever so slight haze Haze around the edge And it was almost clear and it was almost the same as my left eye So at that point I began using the drops in my left eye as well as the right and about 2 weeks went by so now it's 19 weeks And I went in, tonight and there was no haze around the bulb. Both weree roughly the same. I still need the correction lenses done for my right eye so I don't think I'm gonna go back to that doctor I think I'm gonna just go to a different doctor and see If they can tell me if I have cataracts anymore. But I'm gonna wait a little longer until I'm sure that they're fully gone so probably give it another 4 weeks and then I will go and have my eyes checked I really don't want to go back to the original doctor I don't trust. That's my story and now that I have been on carnivore for 365 days as of today ...I have lost 25 pounds, My blood pressure has gone down from 165 over 100 to 135 over 70 and sometimes it's even less than that. I have no more pain in my joints I have no more signs of insulin resistance problems. I don't think I was ever hungry on this plan. I am so sold on eating a carnivore life Plan Because I've never been this healthy.... And I owe it to you. You have been an answer to a prayer I feel that you are an instrument Of God And that together we got rid of my cataracts And I just have to thank you with all of my heart I appreciate that you have shared your wisdom here And I wanted to say it means the world to me at 71 I no longer have the cataracts. Much gratitude to you and happy holidays And be safe. Wish me a happy Anniversary! Lol

Edgar Cayce talked about the forces in everything including food. (Edgar Cayce left behind a legacy of psychic readings, two-thirds of which dealt with physical illnesses and what might be done to restore the body to health. Throughout his suggestions on ways to correct these conditions, Cayce spoke volumes about diet. He saw certain food combinations as helpful, some as harmful. His theme throughout the readings was to keep the body and its functions balanced-often by using nutrition. This book provides readers with specific diets for arthritis, cancer, epilepsy, hypoglycemia, colitis, diabetes, and more. Plus, you'll learn that the diet you need for full health is as unique as you are. This book will show you the diet that will suit you best.) The book is Healing Foods by William A. McGarey M.D.

I eat two cans of sardines per week, bones included. The challenge is to grow greens in the hot summer. I am experimenting with containers of greens under the fruit trees to protect the greens from the heat. So far, they are doing well. We have berries on the property, so we will propagate them for more, a year round supply. One way to use the berries is I am planning to buy a fruit press to get the juice without the seeds, then make ice cubes from the juice and include this with lemon water. We have a bee keeper down the highway to buy raw, filtered honey, so I think we can upgrade our nutrition to stay healthy. Also, we have a dehydrator to dehydrate black berry and raspberry leaves, another good thing to do. Finally, I am looking around for wild gapes to propagate on the property, the leaves of which are also a very nutritious addition to our diet. It is on the way to get done, and I am sharing these ideas here for others to pick up also. We can do this, stay healthy to the last, like Moses did! Blessings to you and thanks for this very helpful information.

Interesting note about a dog with cataracts - my Mum had one of my border collie puppies and in her middle age developed splodge shaped cataracts. The vet gave her expensive eye drops and said she would need them twice a day for the rest of her life - not to cure the cataracts but to stop them from growing. I convinced my mother to change the dogs diet to a natural one and 6 months later at the dogs check up the vet found NO cataracts but also made NO comment about it when my mother mentioned the change to a natural diet.

They gave me a popular, expensive OTC drops for dry eye. I looked at the ingredients and lo and behold the third main ingredient was castor oil!!
I’m a big fan of castor oil for various reasons. So I started using a drop in each eye twice a day…within 48 hours my vision was good enough that I felt comfortable driving again. It is instantly soothing and lasts longer than expensive drops! This is what worked for me. Castor oil is amazing for many ailments.

didn't hurt. I had cataracts. I went in for my bi yearly eye exam. The eye doc said I had a new type of cataract that was fast growing and would quickly cause legal blindness. She told me there are about 10 different types of cataracts, which I was not aware. Knowing that I would soon be legally blind compelled me to get the surgery. I had so many complications from the surgery and my eyes have never fully recovered. If a doc tells you to get surgery, get a second opinion and unless its very necessary, don't have surgery. In my case I needed to because the new fast growing cataract was impairing my vision.

After listening to several videos on cataracts, I discovered that when they replace the lens in the surgery, they replace the old lens with one that BLOCKS UV light. Can you imagine disallowing this natural light spectrum from the sun from entering into the body? Imagine the ramifications of no UV light entering the body in old age. In Europe - I believe it's Germany, they provide a new lens that ALLOWS UV light to enter the body.

Also, since the eye is already compromised, UV, especially UVC, could hasten other degradation. So get out in the sunshine with your skin exposed. If it's too cold outside, sit in a warm room, near a large window when the sun is shining through, with your skin exposed. 🌞

Thank you Dr. Berg. Goji berry is one of the best natural remedies for helping eye vision according to old Chinese medicine records. I use 2/3 cup of organic goji berries by adding about 10 frozen cranberries and 2 teaspoons of American ginseng powder to make 500 ml smoothie every other day. It helps my vision much better and discoloration of the aging spots on face. Wash and cook the berries in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften first before making smoothies.

The Russians experimented on the eyes of prisoners in the gulags and concluded that the key to cataracts is that the eyes' l-carnosine with which we are normally born in large amounts gets depleted with time and exposure to UV light. The depletion leads the proteins in the eyes to become cross-linked, forming cataracts. They developed eye drops containing l-carnosine to be used in the eyes. They come in several brands.
Several years ago I developed detached vitreous humours in both eyes. The ophthalmologist [summa cum laude, Mt. Sinai in NYC] said the floaters, which were just tiny bits of blood from where the eyeballs had shrunk away from the eye socket, were dense. I could see about 15 feet, but couldn't see to drive. So I was trapped in my beautiful landscape without transportation. Acupuncture blew the gob of floaters in my right eye apart enough so I could see to drive. The floaters in my left eye eventually settled to the bottom of my eye.
Several years later, I realized that I could see only light and dark out of my left eye. When I saw the ophthalmologist again, I couldn't make out the large E on the eye chart. He said I had developed a cataract. No problem, outpatient, fully covered by insurance, 15 minutes. When I asked him if the surgery would stir up the floaters again, he stopped and thought. "It might," he answered. So I said I would look into what other options might be. He said that no other possibilities for cataracts existed yet.
Many days of study later, I found the Russian gulag experiments, then the eyedrops. I bought some, and used them faithfully. After only a couple of months, my vision began to return. By my 6-month checkup, my eye was back to 20/20 with corrective lenses.
Both he and his tech were astonished. I was enormously relieved.
I stopped using the eyedrops for a couple of years (too long a story already), the cataracts started coming back, I'm using them again, and it's taking longer this time. I am also 12 years older!
Sorry this is so long. Hope it helps somebody.🙏

Enough to make me a believer! Ordered 3 more bottles and started treatment on L eye too. Agree was sugars and starch. So 11 mo ago became carnivore. That and addition of Manuka honey as toothpaste took care of gingivitis! Lower BP from 165/110 to 116/60 and lost 2 lbs week with red meat 3x's a wk chicken n fish n shrimp rest of dinners 2 eggs a day bone broth several times a week. 71 yrs old feel like a kid again... no more joint pains sleep soundly. Thank you Doctor.🙏🙏🤟🤟 Your advice is totally priceless. I am so devoted to natural medicine.. For anyone reading this. I like to share a personal story with you. I had noticed last October 2022, that I had, what was seemed kidney problems. By Christmas time, I was totally knocked down with pain. It felt like my back, had been ripped off in two. I finally, went to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with myeloma. I don't know how advanced it was. I was prescribed a pile of steroids for the inflammation, and some other pills for the pain. My regular doctor, sat me up with the specialist right away, which I am still waiting to see him. At the time, I couldn't walk, sleep, or function anymore. Now, I am still having back pain on and off, however, I am walking again, and functioning. I took it in my hands. Decided to sleep on the floor, went into a totally alkaline diet, added some other supplements to my diet, and hare I am. I have decided that I will not let cancer wipe me out, like what it did to my son. RIP my beautiful son.🕯️🕯️🕯️
