Thanks. I saw a video a while back - guy had same on his Yamaha and I thought it was hysterical. ruclips.net/video/3_Nws46xSrM/видео.html Now I have one on the trail 125 and one on the Himalayan. Hope your leg is mending.
Congratulations on the Himalayan. Dropping is inevitable. To many variables out of our control like sand or pebbles when you put your foot down. Dropping intiates fear for the T-bone. Good practice. ( At least for me) Riding area looks beautiful. I suffer from CHS, and CRS Cant hear shit and Cant remember shit. I could hear just fine. Hallelujah...my hearing is returning. Must be ear plugs while riding. Ride Safe Brother. That black on black is sleek!👌
Never drop a Himalayan, you WILL hurt the ground. The bikes pretty much indestructible apart from the cheese wizz factory bars. Toss a decent set of Renthals on it. And yes, they are a noisy rattly tractor, but they go anywhere, at a nice leisurely pace. Enjoy the ride, speed isn't everything
Necessary - tank bag, tail bag, heated grips, headlight (or driving lights) for others to see you, throttle lock. Nice to have - GPS, intake mod, deer whistle, clown horn.
Bike looks perfect for those light forest trails.
Did a lot of logging roads and trails this year. Nothing the Himalayan couldn't handle. Ride Smart, Ride Safe.
Thank you for sharing, I am waiting for the new Himalayan to come in, hoping prices drop on the 411 after they were raised over the last few years
Got to hear the back story on the bike horn? Congrats on the new bike.
