I love these bios to death my man ! Please keep doing them . These vids bring back so many memories to my childhood where I became a diehard wrestling fan . Some of these matches I search for anyway , some stuff on these vids sparks my memory like " oh yeah !! I forgot about that ! " then I track it down . Also its so awesome for people interested that didnt grow up then . Preserving wrestling history is a huge thing for me and I thank you .
Thank you. I like doing them, but they are a lot of work. I like coming across things I never knew doing the research. Like how Eric Embry was a recurring figure through Fulton's career, even though I never really knew there was much of a connection between the two.
Always interesting to learn about any sports person personal life and their profession. Wrestling is a hardcore profession. Good to know about these two great wrestlers of our times.
These bios of these guys was very fun to learn about! I remember them from when I was younger. Some of the info you gave in the vid I had no idea about, lol. I love wrestling. I actually got to see WWE live once and AEW wrestling live. They were pretty good! We always enjoy your content, I can't wait to see what the next vid you put out is going to be!! We hope that you're doing well, and thank you for sharing this amazing vid with all of us! Have a great night!! 💥👍💥🌟
Glad you enjoyed it! I've never seen WWE or AEW live. The WWE has had a couple of cards in Wichita Falls near me, but I've never gone. Next time they come I may try to get tickets.
The Fantastics vs. Sheepherders was right around the time I caught the wrestling bug and watched anything and everything wrestling . Bought every wrestling mag etc... Those were great times in wrestling . Especially the tag scene . Every company had great teams . Also I was a fan of Tommy Rodgers later work in ECW ! Dude was still killing it ! The " Tomikaze " finisher Christian still uses today !
best underrated wrestling tag team in my opinion. the match they had vs cornette' s midnight express is almost never talked about. they were supposed to be pushed ; in a big in WCCW but of course fritz von erich gave preference to his boys ; kevin and kerry over any other tag team. Tommy rogers gone too soon. great made video. in a big way i meant
In the early-1980s, Jonathan Boyd often teamed with *Luke Williams* as the Sheepherders, NOT with Rip Morgan, as stated. Morgan appeared later that decade as an *ally* of his fellow New Zealanders, albeit the better-known combination of Luke Williams and Butch Miller.
Yeah that was intended to be a general comment about The Sheepherders, I just somehow forgot to say Luke Williams name. I probably got interrupted when writing the script.
Have you seen the reboot of the old Calgary Stampede wrestling? It is now Dungeon Wrestling and it’s very old school style. Dungeon Wrestling is getting good crowds too.

How did I only find this channel 2 weeks ago? These are great deep dives. Much appreciated.
You got here as fast as you could. ha. Glad you are enjoying it.
I loved seeing how they broke in , and their early days . I knew a little but this was way in depth . Thanks !!!!
Great work. They were the ultimate babyface tag team.
Great depth of content here. Really well done.
Congratulations dear friend!! Thank you so much for this very nice Wrestling share, like 20!
Greetings and hugs from Italy!
This was excellent. Great work.

This was so awesome and you nailed it AGAIN........... Thanks for the info
Glad you enjoyed it!
The good old days of wrestling
These bios will do well when the algorithm grabs then 👍🏻
Thanks. The first couple did really good, the last couple have still don't okay for a channel my size.

I wish we had been able to get ECW here. I would have liked seeing Rogers, Benoit, and Guerrero when it was new.
Wasn't Tommy's finisher known as "The Tommyknocker?"
Tomikaze. It was a double underhook facebuster.
@@AViewFromTheMiddle Yup, I know what it looks like; I just thought it was called something else.
Great video 👍😀
Wow 😮 wrestling at 60 😎
Yeah I know. I'm not to 60 yet and I would probably shatter if I tried to wrestle.

I surprised Mr. Fulton didn't critique you. Lol. Great job again! 2 for 2!!
I was today years old when I found out Al Perez and Wendell Cooley are different people
Luke Williams and Butch Miller were the team that The Fantastics worked with mostly. Rip and Jonathan were also Sheephearders, Kiwis.
Yeah that was a mistake. I intended to mention all three as a general comment.

Great wrestlers back then
good job my friend👍18

I have not. I heard something about Stampede Wrestling coming back but didn't know it was called Dungeon. I'll have to look that up.
@@AViewFromTheMiddle There is a RUclips channel with some great matches
The fantastic dominated different wrestling promotions with wrestling in WWE…..
Interesting to hear about these two wrestlers James :) what got you into wresting? sounds like these two had a very interesting career :)
My sister's first husband got me into it. He was a big wrestling fan. I actually didn't think much of it at first, but started liking it later on.
Just goes to show you what kind of person fritz was... sad.
No mention of smoky mountain
It was in there, but brief. The video was already 30 minutes long. That was also the version with Jackie Fulton.
Fantastics were awesome!
@21:40 - is that Tucker Carlson reffing that match??? 😅
Tucker Carlson after hitting the gym a bit. ha.
@@AViewFromTheMiddle~
Ha ha ha ha! That response was classic!
Tucker Carlson - from "mud shows" to "mud slinging"! 😆
