The mass m2 should be incorrect. We cant determine it from the incoming specific volume as the thermodynamic properties change once the steam enters the our control volume. I you take the values of P = 4 MPa and T = 430°C. If you extrapolate for v2(T=430°C) = 0.077382 m^3/kg and m2,final =V(tank)/v2,final = 25.845 which is logically smaller than m2(T=400). Is this a mistake on your side or am I doing something wrong?

Why can't we take u2 from the steam table like u1 which was taken fom the steam table. So please give some clarity
I believe its because you are calculating the temperature. Calculating it, you will be able to find the exact temp.
but he find U2 before temp. . so why we can't find u2 by sream table
