Yo coach, I’ve always wondered and struggled as a hooper on how to be a good scorer and create space for myself. And your videos , especially this one have taught me more than have taught me more than any trainer I’ve been with. Appreciate it 💪💯
Yo coach I love and watch all your vids ; but this one especially messed me up . Thank you for all the mini gems that will help me become a better hooper🔥🔥🔥🔥🧨
One time when I dominated the open court someone asked me out. "Who's your coach?"😭 I wasn't even lucky enough to get into the varsity, but now I can score, make plays & break ankles. Thank you coach!💪🏻
i understand that mastering one go-to move is actually not bad (imo it is better than trying to be good at many things and my go-to is delayed between first i learned from damian lillard) how about finishing? do you think mastering one move is important in terms of finishing or should i have many different packages such as your 50 best finishing video. or what mindset is important something like that.
I think finishing you should try and master multiple ones. I know ball handling and moves can be so complex having really mastered one can go far. But, I don’t think it compares to finishing. All dependent on where you are on the court and angles and where the defender is. So try working on different finishing
It's tecnically a travel. But isn't & shouldn't be called. Pivot lifts off the ground 0.1 seconds before releasing the ball, and refs should let that slide because it happens 100 times a game.
There a myth out there that you should always or most often attack the front foot. Just wanted to quickly state that is not the case. I'm gonna do a deep dive video soon on when to attack each way.
What are some videos you'd like to see in 2022?
delayed 'tween
When to attack back foot and when to attack top foot
@@JoeyMa1996 it's more common to attack the top foot, defense often wants you to go to your weak side. Idk about the backfoot tho, great suggestion
how to attack stronger defenders; rebounding; footwork with the ball offensively and on the ball defensively
How to handle pressure and make smart decisions

Explosiveness is the main key.
None of these techniques will work if you're not explosive enough.

Me ACTUALLY watching this is 2024 LOL 👀
I'm curious can you dunk?
I can rim graze on a good day 🤣
@@CoachFrikki Yeah, maybe one day though
1:16 was travel, he moved his left foot before putting the ball down.
Every strongside rip is a travel.
@@CoachFrikki not if you put the ball down first. It is still a move, but less effective. But that one was too obvious.
