Hi Rich, Thank you for the information you provide on your channel. They are very useful and welcome. I also have a problem and ambiguity that I would like to raise here if I am allowed to. I also invested in the first Aptera offer, twice on the same day, for which I received payment confirmations. However, since then I have received only one confirmation of participation no matter what complaints and inquiries I have made to the company. I even received a direct response from Chris telling me to contact him again if my problem was not resolved within 48 hours. Nothing has happened since then and we are talking about July. Since then, the second round of investments has taken place and my problem remains unresolved. Is there anyone else in my situation, someone who paid for a package of shares, received payment confirmation but did not receive confirmation of shares? And if YES, what common actions can we take? Thank you all
I would go back to the WeFunder platform and see if your payments are recorded. It’s possible, but I don’t know, that both your payments resulting in one security being issued but at the price for both payments. Checking WeFunder is the best approach I do believe. All the Best

Aptera, the Aston Martin of the electric vehicles. Unique, gorgeous, almost a hand made production. It will be extremely successful, go to a specific segment of the population and remain iconic for a long time.
An Aston Martin is unreliable, overpriced, not unique styling (looks like 2008 Tiburon), and offers no innovation in their consumer models. Not a good basis for comparison.

I don't recall the answer to that. I am non-accreted and invested more than thank $2,200. If you are interested in investing, I suggest you proceed to the link and follow the prompts, you will then be informed of individual limits to investing amounts under the Crowdfunding regulations.
You can invest up to 10% of the lowest of either your yearly income or total net worth. The maximum investment is $100k regardless of those qualifications.
Cool but you didn't mention that Aptera closed on a $20 million capital raise within 1 week and were seeking another $30 million for this round of funding, you only mentioned the $4 million Wefunder round which was quicker to show on their books. I also expect that instead of raising $30 million this round like originally planned, Aptera is opting to raise the max allowable with Regulation A over a 12 month period, which I believe is $75 million ($55 million plus the $20 million already raised under Reg A). So the capital raise in that case should be as much as $79+ million this year. That sheds a much more positive outlook as Aptera heads into production.
I read financial statements put together by qualified auditing professionals. Because the company only releases semi annual reports at the moment I can only go on what has been released. The other things you mention are all icing on the cake! I do not dispute them at this time.
Aptera is not a company that only makes disclosures when they do a financial statement, so the real story beats those statements to the punch and they become old news. Financial statements will be more relevant when sales figures and major capital expenditures get thrown into the mix.
I agree. There is A LOT of good things going on @ Aptera… I could go on and on about theses things, but I don’t want to be an echo chamber. Most folks don’t know about financial statements and securities - that’s why I chose to focus on them here.

Are you convinced that the shares that have yet to be issued, ( before becoming a public company) wouldn't be restricted 144 stock? Not sure if "insiders" that owned shares before becoming a public company, might be restricted for a period of time.
I understand Class B stock is what will be issued publicly, and that is what is being offered now. Class A shares may be restricted. Great question, thanks!
