Yeees, Suni is a gymnastics GENIUS! Not enough people appreciate the *brilliant* changes she makes to her routines on the SPOT.
Almost falling off the beam then just casually omitting the second turn?! I *gasped* audibly and kept yelling, "Did she just decide to ditch a whole element?! Where's the second turn?!?!" And, OMG IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT CALL!!!
She has, like, 5 different versions of her bar routine....WHO does that?! Suni, obvi!😆
How many different floor routines did she compete this year?! Then, when she was gunning for AA champ she went out there and competed a version of her routine that she had never even practiced all the way through, let alone competed!!!😱🤯
She doesn't just *do* the gymnastics, she *understands* the code and routine construction in a way I've never seen from a teenager. I hope she stays healthy and motivated and comes back for Paris, because she's such a *star.* Also, because she's got unfinished business on bars!😆❤️
