I loooove the pink dress! Never thought I'd hear the phrase, "I was dressing with my butthole, not my brain" but I'm here for it because it's def a thing. I too had a Japan-without-marijuana phase, except I wasn't in Japan- I was a teenager in the 80's.

I do think it will be interesting to see how nonbinary style continues to grow and improve as designers actually learn how to embrace it rather than just putting someone in the opposite binary style. I think tailoring from the 1870s would be interesting, lots of softened shoulders in both men's and women's fashion. But I would also have you in so many 1940s and 1970s inspired looks -I feel like those were such a great moments for nonbinary dressing. Beautiful high-waisted silk pants with open flowy jackets, flowing dresses that show off your height (lots of these outfits chop you up rather than create a clean line), so much potential can't wait to see how your style evolves 😍

Yes! So excited. Oscar Isaac has worn a skirt to an event a few times now and people are so confused because he's cis het...but wearing a skirt. I thought it was a bold choice but I'm not sure I love the tallish socks with bootie combo with the skirt. Very shortening. But he's trying, right? Also I'm so glad Christian Siriano is doing so well. I remember watching him on Project Runway!

I hope one day I'll look back at my fashion through orange tinted sunglasses and loose fitting patterned pants and laugh at my attempts to squeeze my ass into leggings to accentuate my curves. A serious moment here.. Mad RESPECT for you, dude. I think some people, watching these these funny/light video's don't understand what it took to get you to this place. I have not read your book yet, but seeing all your social media, QE, and interviews--you are truly an amazing person. You've survived childhood trauma in various forms--sexual abuse, growing up gay in a sexist/homophobic society being two of them--either of which could bring a person down for good. You've survived being HIV positive, and just continue to grow, evolve and manifest your dreams, large and small--with not a nod to what people might say. Literally carving out your niche and paving the way for others to follow in your wake--a hand always extended behind you to lift others, as well. Bravo. Seriously.

simply put, you are a very beautiful human being. Your style and iconic stature speak for itself. You are an honest lovely, beautiful human, we so need our humans.... your style is lovely and your heart and mind, matters the most. I want to believe that i don't have to be perfect in dress, but i want to believe we are souls doing our best and i feel you are beyond the best... Those BOOTS!!! You make it all look good! I feel like 70's rock, glam, disco swagger with a slender backless heel- yikes, would be incredible. Like tight- have to lie down to zip in- like red or navy satin- kind of pants. Or like super early 80's librarian, slight puff sleeve, with long delicate floppy bow ties down the front, (polka dots for all the points) statement belt layered over skirt! Maggie Gyllenhaal mood. You can pull off anything you dream up!
