thx , it made 45.9 hp with the nos ... the nos adds about 2000 rpm instantly so the cvt/gears run out , i increase the roller weight in the vario for nos runs , butt never tested with longer gears . the best thing to do i think would be to block the cvt on the dyno to see only the engine rpm and bypass the cvt to get a true hp score , now many hp get lost on slip in the cvt i think
@@zipstunter Our belt driven CVT already has about a 25% power loss through it. So if you benched 45.9, you're actually making closer to 60hp at the crank. There's also "race grade" torque springs you can get to really crank up the tension on the belt.

Every time i slowly go on the throttle my bike drops by about 3k rpm and i have to completely let off the throttle and quickly go back on it to fix it and im pretty sure its a variaptor problem. in this video i stil had the stock piaggio cases and stage6 rt 95 cilinder 52bore*44 stroke with 33 carb ... i now have a malossi aftermarket engine cases motor and a 100cc roost havoc cilinder and 35 keihin carb with all the race parts possible in the engine . it makes 35 hp now without nos compared to the 28 hp old engine . . the nos works really good on 2 stroke

the engine survived , just the sparkplug blew up , i forgot to install the nos sparkplug , and we had a airleak on the 3d plastic printed nosplate cus the lines freezed and came loos
@@zipstunter beware you have intake manifolds .. the nos there can damage if they are fragile .. but I think you mount collectors made especially for the nos👍👍👍

i did not have the datalogger back then ... butt it shoots up around 2 k rpm on the dyno ... so we putt in heavyer rollers for the nos ...

i use the polini vario and belt ... its very good

yeah that would work as well on a 4 stroke ... butt always use a wet nitrous kit
How did you calculate how much extra fuel you need for the NO2?
the kit comes with some jet settings for the nitrous , for example 24 fuel 22 nitrous or 20-18
