Hello. The project is made with “Autodesk Inventor 2010” and I used the module “Inventor Studio” for the entire video (you can find this into a .iam file, in “modules” section). For simulating the movement parts, I used different strategies and tricks.

Hello! Really good question! For rendering entire video I used my old PC with Intel Core Duo CPU and 4 GB RAM... I stressed my old beloved pc for many nights in this way: fisrt I tried to render all video with one project, but unfortunately the PC crashed because the RAM was saturated; so I divided the videos into 11 parts and I rendered each part per night; obviously 11 are the final ones after several tests!!... so I think I spent more of 15 nights of processing (very old technology!). It was an interesting adventure haha :)
If that secondary could be rotated with the weights facing into the wheel and the belt housing made as minimal as possible it could be way more stream line, and possibly even catch on.

This kind of motor is able to spin up to 12.000 rpm, but I suspect under load it will be less rpm. How can I demultiply this relation to match an adequate speed yo the gearbox? Thanks for the video
Hi! I used to have a suzuki sepia for a long time, and it did run a Foma 1950 washing mashine motor. The speed and range wasn't bad, but to encrease the power and efficiency, l rewinded the motor and putted a fan on the rotor for cooling, by making some ventilation holes. The rpm while riding the scooter won't exceed 7-8000rpm
Can I get the same for Honda Activa 4G model. Would be better if you are able to give technical dimensions too. I am a disabled person wishing to modify the Activa scooter and hence need them for my work to make a side wheel attachment for the scooter.

Ciao! Sarebbe il motorino d'avviamento, anche se non viene montato propriamente così nella realtà, ma rimane esterno (senza inserirlo nell'apposito vano).

The original piston have two ring, but this is a upgrade cylinder, copy of Top Racing 70cc cylinder.
