Basically when they're chatting in the room, Generals told Hitler that Steiner couldn't mobilize his forces due to not enough soldiers and firepower to do so and fight against invading Soviet Union soldiers.
Then Hitler asked others but 3 Generals to stay and scolded them for not obeying his orders, and disrespecting SS troopers.
Then after Hitler left, generals and Hitler's personal doctor had a bit speech conflict with each other, while Fegelin questioned about Hitler's final decision after he slowly walked away.
