Very helpful. I am currently unemployed and received a loan from relative until I get back on my feet. Is there a place of the FL-150 to list such a debt that you are not yet making monthly payments on?

+patty pasko The question is asking for your estimated net value of all real and personal property. Real property refers to land or buildings like a house. Personal property consists of everything else you own - vehicles, furniture, furnishings, appliances, clothes, etc.
