I made this with a friend in one afternoon for 8 bucks and it turned out awesome! The cutting out the cans was the hardest part and even that was super easy :D

this is the best tutorial ive found for this! but is the raw edge of the soda can sharp?
Thank you! It shouldn't be sharp as long as the cut is straight and smooth without any rough edges. The bottom part that sits on your head is lined with the crown band so it wouldn't be uncomfortable to wear.

Hello! Trying to make this for a cosplay! Just wondering how far the peaks are apart from each other? (Because I don’t have the leafs) Also thank you for posting such a great video! Couldn’t find an easy, good looking and cheap way to make a crown!
Thank u! The peaks are exacly 5.6 cm apart from each other (at the tip). I have just put the link the the exact gold leaves I used in the description box, you may find that helpful.
