- Hey there, it's Caleb Ulku here! 🙋♂️ Just wanted to share some insights on growing your own successful SEO agency in 2024.
In this video, I dive into proven methods for finding and retaining high-value local SEO clients. I'm talking about those dream clients willing to invest $1,000+ per month for game-changing results. 🎯💰
But here's the thing - there's no magic formula or get-rich-quick scheme. Building a thriving agency takes effort, knowledge, and genuine connections with potential clients. That's why I emphasize the importance of choosing a niche and truly understanding their business inside and out. 🤝💡
I share strategies for identifying the best prospects, like finding service providers already investing in online leads through Google Ads or directories like Angie's List. These are the clients who grasp the value of digital marketing and are primed for the long-term benefits of SEO. 📈🌐
When it comes to outreach, I'm not about spamming inboxes with generic emails. 🙅♂️ Instead, I show you how to craft personalized, value-packed messages that grab attention and spark genuine conversations. I even share some ChatGPT prompts to help you generate compelling email sequences across multiple platforms. 🤖✍️
But landing clients is just the beginning. I also discuss how to showcase the incredible potential of SEO using real-life examples and data. By demonstrating the revenue your clients are missing out on, you can make a powerful case for your services. 💸📊
Throughout the video, I draw from my own journey of scaling an SEO agency to 7-figures in just three years. I share the lessons I've learned and the tactics that have worked for me and countless other entrepreneurs I've coached. 🚀👨💼
So if you're ready to take your SEO game to the next level and build a wildly successful agency, this video is for you. Be sure to like, comment, and subscribe for more actionable tips and behind-the-scenes insights. Let's crush it together in 2024! 💪😄

This is one of the best video I have watched on client hunting thumbs up subscribed Thank you.
Amazing! Thank you for the feedback!
Loving these vids Caleb, thanks. Looking forward to seeing where your channel ends up!
Me too! Thank you!
Thanks, Caleb. I met you through Patric Shannon. Love the prompts!

Amazing stuff Caleb, Thank you.

This is EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND USEFUL!!!! Thank You 🙏🏾
So glad!
Caleb, you are bringing tremendous value with your vids, thank you!
Thank you for watching!
Incredible. Thank you!
Glad you liked it! Now time for you to implement!
Damn, that was awesome! Great creative strategies and I like the no negotiation theory. Makes complete sense and will save a ton of headache.
Awesome! Thank you! Yes, negotiating price makes you feel like a used car dealer and in my experience clients who negotiate pricing aren't as likely to respect your value.
This video just popped up in my feed and I'm so glad it did. Just subscribed. This was a very informative video, thank you. I appreciate how you broke everything down step by step. And yes, no negotiating! I have found the same thing... When people want to bargain, I end up regretting having them as a client, and eventually I fire them.
Welcome aboard! Glad you found it helpful! =)
Great video Caleb! I am in the process of seeking other ways to get clients,so this was very timely and helpful. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Wow, really powerful! Thanks Caleb.
Absolutely!
Thanks this is very helpful
Glad to hear that!
Thank you so much for this video
You are so welcome!
So nice of you
Great Content Caleb.
Do they read long emails?
Nope. Keep them short =)
Great video Caleb. Question please: Can I have a copy of that great prompt please?
Thank you! Yes, you can get it here: www.skool.com/caleb-ulku-3029/about
@@calebulku Thank you so much 😊
Do you have any training videos on service fulfillment? like GBP optimization
I sure do! You can learn more at calebulku.com/
can you please make a step by step video on how to find businesses running google ads
Other than searching for target keywords and looking at the businesses running ads? You could also scan their websites for a FB pixel or Google tag
@@calebulku thats good but pixes and tag doesn't say if the ads are active or not - it could also mean the business was running ads 5 years ago and speaking of searching with target keywords - that only shows 3-4 ads at max - is there a way to find all the advertisers on Google based on industry | location etc?? - just wanted to know
maybe im losing it. I cannot find the link to the word doc with the prompts. thanks for your help!
No problem! Here it is: www.skool.com/caleb-ulku-3029/about
Is there any tool/software that predicts call volume coming to a business? Like you mentioned: it would help in cold outreach.
I just asked ChatGPT to do it for a plumber in Houston, TX. Here's what it said:
1st Position: Approximately 504 calls per month
2nd Position: Approximately 294 calls per month
3rd Position: Approximately 189 calls per month
I don't have any data to comment on how accurate these estimations are. But... using a close rate of 30% and an average job size of $500 (everything from leaky faucets to water heater replacements) means the first position is making right around $1mil per year
@@calebulku I tried that prompt and I didn't get what you got back. Could you please share the exact prompt? Thank You
SGE will change ALL of this
As of yet, I haven't seen SGE rolled out in local searches. It's primarily being used (so far) in informational queries. And if/when it does roll out for local search, then yes the focus would switch toward doing SEO for what SGE is looking for.
Do you think Google will implement SGE in the local niches too??
@@samiulhaq318 I think that it will be harder to do that, if done well. Many of the best local businesses still don't have a strong presence online, so where do G get the signals from. But one day, yes, I do think it will be rolled out into local.
Have you ever used the methods you talked about in this video?
I sure have!
How can i get the prompt
Hit a bump with that. Working on pushing it out! Soon
They're now all available in my free community here: www.skool.com/caleb-ulku-3029/about
Love that
Thanks!

Thanks for noticing!
What about electricians?
Electricians can work! Focus on specific high ticket services. If you don't know what those are yet, ask ChatGPT!
