As a 6.5 UTR I can confirm I can't tell the minor differences between strings. I have settled on restring zero and Toroline Wasabi, but honestly couldn't tell anyone what the differences are. Always appreciate your insights, I enjoy learning about this stuff! Thanks mate

That’s crazy to hear since even the feel of those two strings are so different, restring zero is more muted and less responsive than Wasabi and I’d say wasabi has better spin

i’m pretty sure toro toro is a completely different string from super toro, and isn’t just a color variation. color variations often cause pretty subtle performance changes, like in wasabi grey vs wasabi pink, or in enso pro pink vs enso pro grey.
besides the name change from super toro vs toro toro, i think the more noticeable performance differences indicate something more than just a simple color change.
video idea: have you thought of hybriding wasabi grey mains with super toro crosses? you get the stiffer, crisper feeling of super toro with the added bite of wasabi (wasabi grey being the stiffest variant of wasabi).
i bring up the potential of this hybrid bcuz super toro seems to be the stiffest, crispest string in their entire lineup (which is why u like it), so hybriding it with anything else (caviar, wasabi x, enso pro, snapper, absolute) would only give you the same livelier, less-favorable performance that hybriding with the toro toro gave u since they all fall under the category of “softer and hexagonal/round” strings.
at least with wasabi grey, it’s stiffer than toro toro, AND u get the added benefit of extra bite from its square shape, while still keeping the super toro properties in the crosses. could be worth a try since ur previous setup, confidential, was also square-shaped.
(this is coming from a tennis nerd who’s also a fan of the radical and a fan of toroline😎)

Today I tried Toro Toro in a full bed at 46pounds in my Extreme Tour to compare directly with my other ET with Confidential…I really liked it, felt quite soft with plenty of pocketing, almost too much sometimes weirdly that made the ball feel heavy but I didn’t mind that sensation as I could really feel the ball on my strings…not as much bite as Confidential but felt just as controlled and more comfortable. Pink doesn’t really suit the ET in my opinion but it would look amazing in some other racquets. Really slick and easy to string with compared to Confidential too

Hey! Enjoy your videos, thanks. How would you compare Super Toro x Zero x Confidential? Looking forward to hear your view on this. Thanks

The website stipulates that the toro toro is a softer feel to the super toro. I just commented on your super toro review earlier and was ordering string. The only distributor here in Australia doesn’t stock super toro yet so I purchased toro toro and wasabi x as that was a recommended hybrid…would like to try a full bed of toro toro though to compare with confidential

Toroline are selling Toro Toro mains and Enso Pro crosses as Toro Pro. It’s fantastic. Interested to hear about the Super Toro/ Toro Toro differences. You said more bite on the blue, does that equate to more spin?

Is Toro Pro only available in the US? Can‘t find it on their website.

@@alexblue04 Apologies. I think they’re selling as separate packets currently i.e. have to buy a pack of Toro Toro and a pack of the Enso Pro. Will release it as a combined packet shortly. They’ve also not got reels of the Toro Toro or Enso Pro charcoal currently either. Apparently the charcoal Enso reels will be available imminently. The Toro Toro reels end of the month.

What about trying enso pro carbon in crosses with super toro in mains hybrid to have slick round strings in the crosses. Tennisnerd found this hybrid very spin friendly.

I have played Super Toto mains with TruPro Ghostwire (my favorite round slick cross) and it played really well. I liked it much better than Super Toto full bed.

Just for curiosity , you usually played with 54/52 whenever using confidential, now you changed to 50/50 with super toro. Please does that mean that super toro offers less power than confidential ? I am using confidential 54/52 and just loving it. Just ordered a super toro to give it a try, and I am wondering if i should go for 50 pounds also. Thanks a lot for sharing this video
