root(2) = 1.41..., and
root(3) = 1.76...
Acc. to que.,
root(2) < x < root(3)
So, x can be 1.5 or 3/2
*Therefore, the required rational number between root(2) and root(3) is 3/2.*

Sir, the answer of the last question is 1.5
1.5=3/2, which is a rational number b/w the 1.41&1.732(the approximate value of root2 & root3)
Square root of 2= 3/2 and root of 3 =7/4 and between these two that is between 3/2 and 7/4 is 13/8
