EF Block(tm) is manufactured in Arizona. This particular type of Insulated Concrete Form is 87% recycled Styrofoam and Portland cement. Block are dry-stacked, spot glued, rebar is insert and the cavities are grouted solid with concrete. What you end up with is solid 10" concrete walls that are equal to an R-40 insulation. Walls are bug, fire, and sound resistant. 700% stronger than wood frame construction.
