I have a leakage problem from the flat above me since 2019. In 2019the owner of the above flat renovated his flat.While doing so he has used a damaged pipe. Since then I am complaining to the society The society is not taking any action aagainst him nor the society has issued any noc to the above flat owner.The society never issues any NOC regarding internal renovation. In this case can I file a case aagainst the society as well as the owner above in the consumer court.
Kindly help us in this situation. What one should do. As we senior citizens. Our entire Flat has a major crack. From external. We had spoken to our society and even given them in writing. But they are just ignoring and acting deaf ears. Since last many years. Even last year our parapet facing the main road had fallen down in the night. We complained that too. They didn't acted serious.This year too we are going through major problems. We only trust our God at this moment. I live along with my two aunt's my dad's younger sisters. They're not married. My younger aunt is bedridden past six years. Her elder sister my aunt who is taking care of her. She too is unwell she is suffering from osteoarthritis. Dr has advised to go for knee replacement. We have lot of financial problems. Thank you🙏🏻
I stay in the 1st floor, the entire building doesn't have safety window grills, there is high possibility of robbery without grill also a small child can fall down from window without grill. I asked committee to allow to install grills, but committee is like as per bye laws it is not allowed. I need grill as Right to safety. What should i do?
Despite being owner society comitte not giving me parking space in premises,but rentals are parking cars in premises as their owners had got parkibg on first come first basis and now they have handed it over to their rented members.please help is it just

Buying flat in a building or in the society is One of the biggest mistake . If you want to live in a building or society , first became a lawyer.
